如何自制火箭模型 火箭模型的制作方法
一、箭體筒段(筒體)的制作。其是模型火箭(jian)(jian)的(de)主要(yao)零件,它支撐、裝載著模(mo)(mo)型火箭(jian)(jian)的(de)其它零部件,其外(wai)徑即(ji)模(mo)(mo)型火箭(jian)(jian)的(de)直徑。通常使用銅(tong)版紙(zhi)(zhi)或(huo)紙(zhi)(zhi)板(ban)制做箭(jian)(jian)體筒段。工業生產箭(jian)(jian)體筒段以紙(zhi)(zhi)為原料,用卷管(guan)機卷壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)型,或(huo)螺旋卷繞(rao),或(huo)平行(xing)卷繞(rao);手工制作則(ze)多通過芯模(mo)(mo)將(jiang)紙(zhi)(zhi)或(huo)紙(zhi)(zhi)板(ban)卷制成(cheng)(cheng)型,這里大家可以利用直尺進行(xing)輔助,將(jiang)紙(zhi)(zhi)卷曲成(cheng)(cheng)適當直徑的(de)紙(zhi)(zhi)筒即(ji)可。
二、工(gong)業生(sheng)產(chan)頭(tou)錐(zhui),通(tong)常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)塑料(liao),以(yi)注塑或(huo)(huo)吹塑成型(xing)法制造,其尺(chi)寸(cun)精確,表面(mian)光潔。手(shou)工(gong)制作(zuo)頭(tou)錐(zhui)可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)輕木(mu)塊車旋或(huo)(huo)削制而成,或(huo)(huo)以(yi)紙(zhi)板(ban)制作(zuo)。用(yong)紙(zhi)板(ban)制作(zuo),型(xing)面(mian)難(nan)以(yi)做到卵(luan)形(xing),通(tong)常(chang)只能(neng)做成圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)形(xing)。頭(tou)錐(zhui)應有一段圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu),圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)外(wai)徑略(lve)小于箭(jian)體內(nei)徑,以(yi)便(bian)將頭(tou)錐(zhui)的(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)插(cha)入箭(jian)體筒(tong)段的(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)端。木(mu)制頭(tou)錐(zhui)應以(yi)砂紙(zhi)打磨光滑,以(yi)利(li)減小氣動阻力(li)和便(bian)于噴涂(tu)(tu)涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)。此外(wai),也可(ke)用(yong)輕木(mu)片(pian)卷壓成型(xing)、用(yong)玻璃布或(huo)(huo)玻璃纖維纏繞/浸漬(zi)環氧樹脂成型(xing)。但目(mu)前(qian)(qian)市(shi)場上大(da)量銷售(shou)的(de)(de)箭(jian)體筒(tong)段多采(cai)用(yong)薄壁塑料(liao)管材,直徑較大(da)的(de)(de)箭(jian)體筒(tong)段則采(cai)用(yong)玻璃纖維/環氧樹脂管。這部分手(shou)工(gong)制作(zuo)有一些難(nan)度,同樣可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)手(shou)將紙(zhi)卷成圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)狀(zhuang),或(huo)(huo)者利(li)用(yong)身(shen)邊的(de)(de)諸如飲料(liao)瓶等物(wu)件,剪裁后當成火箭(jian)頭(tou)錐(zhui)部分。
三、—尾段是用來安裝發動機和尾翼的。但手工制做模型火箭時,最好將尾段與箭體筒段做成一體。尾段一般采用塑料,以注塑方法制造,但應設法使壁厚盡量減薄,以免尾段質量過大,使模型火箭質心后移。工(gong)業生產(chan)的尾(wei)段可以做(zuo)成船形,即(ji)其底部直徑小(xiao)于(yu)箭(jian)體筒段直徑,這樣(yang)有利于(yu)減(jian)小(xiao)底部阻(zu)力。
四(si)、尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)是用(yong)(yong)來穩定模型(xing)火箭飛行的,一(yi)般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)3或4片尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi),且(qie)其中性(xing)平(ping)面應通過火箭軸線,并(bing)(bing)對稱(cheng)、均勻分(fen)布于(yu)尾(wei)(wei)(wei)段周(zhou)圍。—工(gong)業生產尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)一(yi)般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)塑(su)料壓(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)或注塑(su)成(cheng)型(xing)。手工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)可(ke)(ke)以采(cai)用(yong)(yong)輕(qing)木(mu)片、紙(zhi)板(ban)或ABS塑(su)料片,劃(hua)線后用(yong)(yong)模型(xing)刀(dao)或壁紙(zhi)刀(dao)切割。—由于(yu)希望模型(xing)火箭的質心在壓(ya)(ya)心之前(qian)(qian),因此要求尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)盡可(ke)(ke)能輕(qing)。而紙(zhi)板(ban)的密度(du)較低(di),但剛性(xing)小;輕(qing)木(mu)密度(du)也低(di),剛性(xing)比紙(zhi)板(ban)好,而且(qie)可(ke)(ke)以削(xue)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)得很薄(bo),氣(qi)動(dong)阻力小,因此以輕(qing)木(mu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)做尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)最佳(jia)。木(mu)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)應注意木(mu)紋方向與尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)前(qian)(qian)緣(yuan)平(ping)行,以便增加尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)強度(du),延長(chang)使用(yong)(yong)壽命。除紙(zhi)尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)和(he)光滑塑(su)料外,尾(wei)(wei)(wei)翼(yi)(yi)(yi)表面應以砂(sha)紙(zhi)磨(mo)(mo)光,并(bing)(bing)使其前(qian)(qian)緣(yuan)打磨(mo)(mo)成(cheng)圓弧形,后緣(yuan)打磨(mo)(mo)成(cheng)刀(dao)口狀(即(ji)機翼(yi)(yi)(yi)橫(heng)剖面呈(cheng)流線形),以利減小氣(qi)動(dong)阻力。
五、發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)固(gu)定(ding)架(jia)。發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)固(gu)定(ding)架(jia)的(de)作用,是(shi)使安(an)裝在箭(jian)(jian)(jian)體筒段內的(de)模型(xing)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)得以(yi)(yi)固(gu)定(ding),確保模型(xing)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)在發(fa)(fa)射、飛(fei)行和回收過程(cheng)中(zhong),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)不會脫離箭(jian)(jian)(jian)體。由于(yu)常用模型(xing)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)外形基(ji)本相(xiang)同,而模型(xing)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)直徑(jing)各不相(xiang)同,為便于(yu)更換發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji),所以(yi)(yi)需要采用發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)固(gu)定(ding)架(jia)。固(gu)定(ding)架(jia)通常由套(tao)管、固(gu)定(ding)環和卡鉤組成。手工制作需要確保固(gu)定(ding)牢固(gu),以(yi)(yi)免發(fa)(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)飛(fei)出。

八(ba)、外表(biao)處理(li)和裝飾。雖(sui)然各零部件在制做時都進(jin)行了必(bi)要(yao)的打磨(mo)和清理(li),但在組裝過程中難免(mian)會沾上灰塵和異物(wu),在裝飾前(qian)應該進(jin)行一次(ci)清理(li),必(bi)要(yao)時還(huan)要(yao)打磨(mo)。如果發現在非分離部位(wei)有(you)縫(feng)隙,應以填料(liao)涂抹(mo)后再磨(mo)光(guang)。
九、表(biao)面(mian)清(qing)理后(hou)(hou),即可(ke)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)裝飾,自制(zhi)模型火箭(jian)一(yi)般需要(yao)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao),如(ru)果(guo)(guo)有塑料(liao)件(jian),不(bu)可(ke)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)硝基涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao),最好(hao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)油漆(qi)。顏色根(gen)據個人愛(ai)好(hao)選(xuan)擇或進(jin)行(xing)(xing)調配(pei),但(dan)應(ying)做到美觀大方,色澤協調。—底層最好(hao)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)白漆(qi),如(ru)果(guo)(guo)漆(qi)干以后(hou)(hou),色澤不(bu)勻,可(ke)適當(dang)打磨后(hou)(hou)再噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)一(yi)層白漆(qi)。待(dai)干后(hou)(hou),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)色漆(qi),如(ru)果(guo)(guo)以多種顏色組合(he),則應(ying)先涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)淺色漆(qi),而(er)后(hou)(hou)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)深色漆(qi);—噴(pen)(pen)(pen)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)第(di)二道漆(qi)時。應(ying)將(jiang)第(di)一(yi)道漆(qi)用(yong)(yong)紙包(bao)裹住。每(mei)次涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)漆(qi),都(dou)應(ying)待(dai)上一(yi)次漆(qi)干以后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing),并視情況,確定要(yao)不(bu)要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)打磨。有條件(jian)時,最好(hao)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)帶噴(pen)(pen)(pen)槍(qiang)的漆(qi)筒(tong)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)漆(qi)。如(ru)果(guo)(guo)制(zhi)作者有繪(hui)畫才能,可(ke)以在(zai)白紙上繪(hui)制(zhi)圖案,貼在(zai)箭(jian)體適當(dang)位置,然后(hou)(hou)罩一(yi)層透明涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)料(liao)(清(qing)漆(qi))。
