1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手(shou)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)路(lu)原理如圖(tu)一(yi)所(suo)示。
220V 交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路經(jing)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)T 降壓(ya),變為(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),經(jing)整流(liu)濾波,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)直流(liu),再經(jing)三端(duan)集成(cheng)穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路7806穩壓(ya),得到(dao)6V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)給控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路工(gong)(gong)作。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅色(se)發光二(er)極管,作為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅外(wai)接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖(suo)相環音頻譯(yi)碼器(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)振(zhen)蕩器(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定(ding)N3內部壓(ya)控(kong)振(zhen)蕩器(qi)(qi)的中心頻率,LM567的3腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)信號輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入端(duan),8腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)邏輯輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出端(duan),其(qi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出端(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出,最大灌電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)(gong)作頻率可從零點幾(ji)赫茲到(dao)500千赫,靜(jing)態工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定(ding)時器(qi)(qi),它與(yu)外(wai)圍元件組成(cheng)單(dan)穩態定(ding)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,其(qi)目的是在人手(shou)偶爾偏離了紅外(wai)線的探測范(fan)圍時,能(neng)保證洗手(shou)器(qi)(qi)的正常出水。
LM567芯片5腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)振蕩信(xin)號經三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)功率放大(da)后(hou)(hou),推動紅(hong)(hong)外發(fa)(fa)射二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)VD向(xiang)外發(fa)(fa)射紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian)。沒有人(ren)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)時,紅(hong)(hong)外接(jie)收(shou)電路N2接(jie)收(shou)不到(dao)(dao)VD向(xiang)外發(fa)(fa)射的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian),N3的(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)無信(xin)號輸(shu)入,8腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高(gao)電平(ping),N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)低電平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)截止,繼電器(qi)K 斷電處于釋放狀(zhuang)態,電磁閥Y 不動作,洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)無自來(lai)水(shui)放出(chu)。當人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)放到(dao)(dao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)下時,N2 接(jie)收(shou)到(dao)(dao)人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)反射的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian)并經N2 放大(da)后(hou)(hou),輸(shu)入到(dao)(dao)N3的(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao),由N3內部處理(li)后(hou)(hou)使N3的(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)低電平(ping),從而使N4的(de)低觸發(fa)(fa)端2腳(jiao)(jiao)變為(wei)低電位,導致(zhi)N4 的(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)高(gao)電平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)導通,繼電器(qi)J1 吸合,使其(qi)常開觸點閉合,接(jie)通電磁閥Y 的(de)220V 交(jiao)流電源,Y 開始動作,使洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)放出(chu)自來(lai)水(shui),供人(ren)們洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌之(zhi)用,同時發(fa)(fa)光二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)LED2 發(fa)(fa)出(chu)綠光,指示(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)正(zheng)工作于放水(shui)狀(zhuang)態。洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌完畢(bi),人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)離開洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)后(hou)(hou),N4 延時幾秒鐘后(hou)(hou)復位,使洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)停止放水(shui)。
圖1中,變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)T采用220V/9V小型交(jiao)流變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi),VD為PH303紅(hong)外發(fa)射二極管(guan),VT1為8050三極管(guan),VT2為9013三極管(guan),J1采用JRX-13F、6V小型直(zhi)流繼電器(qi)(qi),Y采用市售的220V交(jiao)流電磁閥,其余元件型號與數據見圖1 中所標參數。
2、自動干手器電路
自(zi)動干手(shou)器電(dian)路圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)二所示,電(dian)路由紅外(wai)發(fa)射部分(fen)與(yu)紅外(wai)接收控制部分(fen)組成。
紅(hong)外發(fa)射部分由(you)555時基電路產(chan)生頻率(lv)為(wei)5kHz,占空(kong)比為(wei)50%的方波信(xin)號,驅動(dong)紅(hong)外發(fa)射管(guan)發(fa)射紅(hong)外線。
在手置于干手器下部時(shi)(shi)(shi),由于手(shou)對(dui)紅外線的(de)(de)(de)反射作用(yong),接收電(dian)路(lu)中的(de)(de)(de)PH302將接收到的(de)(de)(de)紅外線變成(cheng)電(dian)信號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)選頻放大器(qi)(qi),其輸(shu)出信號經放大、整形、濾波變成(cheng)直流信號進(jin)人比較(jiao)器(qi)(qi)IC4。比較(jiao)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)門限電(dian)壓為(wei)7V,設(she)置(zhi)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao),其目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)抗干擾能力。當IC4 的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)人電(dian)平超過(guo)7V 時(shi)(shi)(shi),其輸(shu)出變為(wei)低電(dian)平,觸(chu)發IC5 定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)開始(shi)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)該定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)3 腳變為(wei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)平,使(shi)3DG130 導通(tong),繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)點吸合,接通(tong)電(dian)阻絲和風(feng)(feng)機。在(zai)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)2 腳設(she)置(zhi)了手(shou)動(dong)開關(guan)S1,可進(jin)行手(shou)動(dong)操(cao)作,還可通(tong)過(guo)S2 選擇冷風(feng)(feng)或熱(re)風(feng)(feng)。
