1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手器的電路原理(li)如圖一所示(shi)。
220V 交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)路經變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T 降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),變為(wei)(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian),經整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)濾(lv)波,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu),再經三端(duan)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)路7806穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya),得到(dao)6V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)供給控制電(dian)(dian)路工作。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)色發光二(er)極管,作為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)外接收電(dian)(dian)路SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖相環音頻譯碼器(qi)(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)(cheng)振蕩(dang)器(qi)(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定(ding)N3內部壓(ya)(ya)(ya)控振蕩(dang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心頻率,LM567的(de)(de)(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)信號輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan),8腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)邏(luo)輯輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端(duan),其輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門(men)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),最(zui)大灌電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)(de)(de)工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工作頻率可從零點幾赫茲到(dao)500千赫,靜態(tai)工作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定(ding)時器(qi)(qi)(qi),它與(yu)外圍(wei)元件組成(cheng)(cheng)單穩態(tai)定(ding)時電(dian)(dian)路,其目的(de)(de)(de)是在人手(shou)偶爾偏離了紅(hong)外線的(de)(de)(de)探測范圍(wei)時,能(neng)保(bao)證洗手(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)正常出(chu)(chu)水。
LM567芯片(pian)5腳輸出(chu)的(de)振蕩信號(hao)經(jing)三(san)(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)功率放大后(hou),推動紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)發射(she)二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)VD向(xiang)外(wai)發射(she)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線。沒有(you)人(ren)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)時(shi)(shi),紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)N2接收(shou)不(bu)到(dao)VD向(xiang)外(wai)發射(she)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線,N3的(de)3腳無(wu)信號(hao)輸入(ru),8腳為高電(dian)(dian)平,N4 的(de)3 腳為低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平,三(san)(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)截止(zhi),繼電(dian)(dian)器K 斷電(dian)(dian)處(chu)于(yu)釋放狀態,電(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 不(bu)動作(zuo),洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器無(wu)自來水放出(chu)。當(dang)人(ren)手(shou)(shou)放到(dao)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器下(xia)時(shi)(shi),N2 接收(shou)到(dao)人(ren)手(shou)(shou)反(fan)射(she)的(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線并經(jing)N2 放大后(hou),輸入(ru)到(dao)N3的(de)3腳,由(you)N3內部處(chu)理后(hou)使(shi)N3的(de)8腳輸出(chu)低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平,從而使(shi)N4的(de)低(di)(di)觸(chu)發端2腳變為低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)位,導致N4 的(de)3 腳輸出(chu)高電(dian)(dian)平,三(san)(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)導通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)器J1 吸(xi)合,使(shi)其常開觸(chu)點閉(bi)合,接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 的(de)220V 交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,Y 開始動作(zuo),使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器放出(chu)自來水,供人(ren)們洗(xi)滌之用,同時(shi)(shi)發光(guang)(guang)二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)LED2 發出(chu)綠光(guang)(guang),指(zhi)示洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器正工作(zuo)于(yu)放水狀態。洗(xi)滌完畢,人(ren)手(shou)(shou)離開洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器后(hou),N4 延時(shi)(shi)幾(ji)秒鐘后(hou)復(fu)位,使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)器停止(zhi)放水。
圖(tu)1中,變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)T采(cai)(cai)用(yong)220V/9V小型(xing)(xing)交流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),VD為PH303紅外發射二極(ji)管,VT1為8050三極(ji)管,VT2為9013三極(ji)管,J1采(cai)(cai)用(yong)JRX-13F、6V小型(xing)(xing)直流(liu)(liu)繼電(dian)器(qi),Y采(cai)(cai)用(yong)市售的220V交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)磁閥,其余元件型(xing)(xing)號與數(shu)據見圖(tu)1 中所標參數(shu)。
2、自動干手器電路
自動干手器(qi)電路(lu)圖(tu)如圖(tu)二所示(shi),電路(lu)由紅外發射部(bu)分與紅外接收控制部(bu)分組成(cheng)。
紅(hong)外發射(she)(she)部分由555時基電(dian)路產生頻率為5kHz,占空比為50%的方波信號,驅動(dong)紅(hong)外發射(she)(she)管發射(she)(she)紅(hong)外線。
在手置于干手器下(xia)部時(shi),由于(yu)手對紅外線的(de)反(fan)射作(zuo)用,接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)路中的(de)PH302將接收(shou)到(dao)的(de)紅外線變成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)信號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成(cheng)的(de)選頻放大器(qi),其輸(shu)出信號經放大、整(zheng)形(xing)、濾波變成(cheng)直流信號進人比較(jiao)器(qi)IC4。比較(jiao)器(qi)的(de)門限(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓為7V,設(she)(she)置較(jiao)高,其目的(de)是提高電(dian)(dian)路的(de)抗干擾能力。當IC4 的(de)輸(shu)人電(dian)(dian)平(ping)超過7V 時(shi),其輸(shu)出變為低電(dian)(dian)平(ping),觸(chu)發IC5 定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)開(kai)始定(ding)(ding)時(shi),同時(shi)該定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)的(de)3 腳(jiao)變為高電(dian)(dian)平(ping),使3DG130 導(dao)通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點吸(xi)合(he),接通(tong)電(dian)(dian)阻絲和(he)風(feng)機。在定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)的(de)2 腳(jiao)設(she)(she)置了手動開(kai)關S1,可進行手動操作(zuo),還可通(tong)過S2 選擇冷風(feng)或(huo)熱風(feng)。
