1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手器的電路(lu)原理如圖一所示。
220V 交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)路(lu)經變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)T 降壓(ya),變為(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian),經整流(liu)(liu)(liu)濾波(bo),成為(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu),再經三端(duan)(duan)集成穩(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)路(lu)7806穩(wen)壓(ya),得到6V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)供(gong)給控制電(dian)路(lu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)紅色(se)發光(guang)二極管,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)紅外接收電(dian)路(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)鎖相環音頻譯碼器(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與R3、C6組成振蕩器(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定(ding)N3內部壓(ya)控振蕩器(qi)(qi)的(de)中心頻率,LM567的(de)3腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)信號輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(duan),8腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)邏輯(ji)輸(shu)出端(duan)(duan),其輸(shu)出端(duan)(duan)為(wei)(wei)OC門輸(shu)出,最大灌電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)頻率可從(cong)零點幾赫(he)茲到500千赫(he),靜態工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)NE555定(ding)時(shi)(shi)器(qi)(qi),它與外圍元(yuan)件組成單穩(wen)態定(ding)時(shi)(shi)電(dian)路(lu),其目的(de)是在人手(shou)(shou)偶(ou)爾偏離(li)了紅外線的(de)探測范圍時(shi)(shi),能保(bao)證洗手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)正常(chang)出水。
LM567芯片5腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)振蕩信(xin)號(hao)經三(san)極(ji)管(guan)功率放(fang)(fang)大(da)后(hou),推(tui)動(dong)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)發射(she)二極(ji)管(guan)VD向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)發射(she)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線。沒(mei)有人(ren)(ren)(ren)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)時(shi),紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)接收電(dian)路(lu)N2接收不到(dao)VD向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)發射(she)的(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線,N3的(de)(de)3腳(jiao)無信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)入(ru),8腳(jiao)為高(gao)電(dian)平(ping),N4 的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)為低電(dian)平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)截止,繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)K 斷電(dian)處于(yu)釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)狀態(tai),電(dian)磁(ci)閥Y 不動(dong)作(zuo),洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)無自來水(shui)放(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)。當(dang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)下時(shi),N2 接收到(dao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)反(fan)射(she)的(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)線并經N2 放(fang)(fang)大(da)后(hou),輸(shu)入(ru)到(dao)N3的(de)(de)3腳(jiao),由N3內(nei)部處理(li)后(hou)使(shi)(shi)N3的(de)(de)8腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)低電(dian)平(ping),從而使(shi)(shi)N4的(de)(de)低觸發端2腳(jiao)變為低電(dian)位,導致(zhi)N4 的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)高(gao)電(dian)平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)導通(tong),繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)J1 吸合(he)(he),使(shi)(shi)其常開觸點閉合(he)(he),接通(tong)電(dian)磁(ci)閥Y 的(de)(de)220V 交流電(dian)源,Y 開始動(dong)作(zuo),使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)自來水(shui),供人(ren)(ren)(ren)們洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌之用,同時(shi)發光(guang)二極(ji)管(guan)LED2 發出(chu)(chu)綠(lv)光(guang),指示洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)正工作(zuo)于(yu)放(fang)(fang)水(shui)狀態(tai)。洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)滌完畢,人(ren)(ren)(ren)手(shou)(shou)離(li)開洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou),N4 延時(shi)幾秒鐘后(hou)復位,使(shi)(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)停止放(fang)(fang)水(shui)。
圖1中(zhong),變(bian)壓器(qi)T采(cai)用220V/9V小型(xing)交流變(bian)壓器(qi),VD為PH303紅外發射二(er)極(ji)管,VT1為8050三極(ji)管,VT2為9013三極(ji)管,J1采(cai)用JRX-13F、6V小型(xing)直流繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi),Y采(cai)用市售的220V交流電(dian)(dian)磁閥,其余元件型(xing)號與(yu)數(shu)據見圖1 中(zhong)所標參數(shu)。
2、自動干手器電路
自動干手器電路圖如圖二所示,電路由紅外(wai)發射部(bu)分與(yu)紅外(wai)接收控制部(bu)分組(zu)成。
紅(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射部分由555時基(ji)電路(lu)產(chan)生頻率(lv)為5kHz,占空比為50%的方波信號,驅動紅(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射管發(fa)射紅(hong)外(wai)線。
在手置于干手器下部時(shi)(shi)(shi),由于(yu)手對(dui)紅(hong)外(wai)線的(de)(de)(de)反射(she)作用,接收電(dian)路中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)PH302將接收到的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)外(wai)線變成(cheng)電(dian)信(xin)號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)選頻放大器(qi),其輸(shu)出信(xin)號經放大、整形、濾波變成(cheng)直(zhi)流信(xin)號進(jin)人(ren)比較器(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)門限電(dian)壓為(wei)7V,設置較高(gao),其目的(de)(de)(de)是提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)干擾(rao)能力。當IC4 的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)人(ren)電(dian)平(ping)(ping)超過7V 時(shi)(shi)(shi),其輸(shu)出變為(wei)低電(dian)平(ping)(ping),觸(chu)發IC5 定時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)開(kai)(kai)始定時(shi)(shi)(shi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)該定時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)變為(wei)高(gao)電(dian)平(ping)(ping),使3DG130 導(dao)通(tong),繼電(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點吸合,接通(tong)電(dian)阻絲和(he)風機。在定時(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)2 腳(jiao)設置了手動開(kai)(kai)關S1,可進(jin)行手動操(cao)作,還可通(tong)過S2 選擇冷風或熱風。
