220V 交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)經變壓器(qi)T 降(jiang)壓,變為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian),經整流(liu)濾波,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓直流(liu),再經三端集成(cheng)穩壓電(dian)(dian)路(lu)7806穩壓,得到(dao)6V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)供給控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)工(gong)作。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)色發光二極(ji)管,作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)外接收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖相(xiang)環音頻(pin)(pin)譯碼器(qi)LM567,N3與R3、C6組成(cheng)振蕩器(qi),R3、R6決定N3內(nei)部(bu)壓控(kong)振蕩器(qi)的(de)中心(xin)頻(pin)(pin)率,LM567的(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)信號輸入端,8腳為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)邏輯輸出端,其(qi)(qi)輸出端為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門(men)輸出,最(zui)大(da)灌電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)作頻(pin)(pin)率可從零(ling)點幾(ji)赫(he)茲到(dao)500千赫(he),靜(jing)態工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定時器(qi),它(ta)與外圍元(yuan)件組成(cheng)單穩態定時電(dian)(dian)路(lu),其(qi)(qi)目的(de)是在人手偶爾偏離了(le)紅(hong)外線的(de)探(tan)測范圍時,能保證(zheng)洗(xi)手器(qi)的(de)正常出水。

LM567芯片5腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)振蕩信號(hao)經三極管(guan)功(gong)率放(fang)(fang)(fang)大后(hou),推動(dong)(dong)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)發射(she)二極管(guan)VD向外(wai)(wai)(wai)發射(she)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線。沒有人洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)時(shi),紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)接收電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路N2接收不(bu)(bu)到(dao)VD向外(wai)(wai)(wai)發射(she)的(de)(de)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線,N3的(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)無信號(hao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入,8腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),N4 的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三極管(guan)截止(zhi),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)K 斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)處于釋放(fang)(fang)(fang)狀態,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥Y 不(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong)作,洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)無自來水(shui)放(fang)(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)。當人手(shou)(shou)(shou)放(fang)(fang)(fang)到(dao)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下(xia)時(shi),N2 接收到(dao)人手(shou)(shou)(shou)反射(she)的(de)(de)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線并經N2 放(fang)(fang)(fang)大后(hou),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入到(dao)N3的(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao),由N3內(nei)部處理后(hou)使(shi)N3的(de)(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),從而使(shi)N4的(de)(de)低觸發端2腳(jiao)(jiao)變為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei),導(dao)致N4 的(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三極管(guan)導(dao)通,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)J1 吸(xi)合(he),使(shi)其常開(kai)(kai)觸點閉合(he),接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥Y 的(de)(de)220V 交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,Y 開(kai)(kai)始(shi)動(dong)(dong)作,使(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)自來水(shui),供人們(men)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌之用,同時(shi)發光(guang)二極管(guan)LED2 發出(chu)(chu)(chu)綠光(guang),指示(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)正工作于放(fang)(fang)(fang)水(shui)狀態。洗(xi)(xi)(xi)滌完畢,人手(shou)(shou)(shou)離開(kai)(kai)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou),N4 延時(shi)幾秒鐘后(hou)復位(wei),使(shi)洗(xi)(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)停止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)水(shui)。

圖1中,變(bian)壓器(qi)T采(cai)用(yong)(yong)220V/9V小型交流變(bian)壓器(qi),VD為(wei)PH303紅(hong)外發射二極(ji)(ji)管(guan),VT1為(wei)8050三極(ji)(ji)管(guan),VT2為(wei)9013三極(ji)(ji)管(guan),J1采(cai)用(yong)(yong)JRX-13F、6V小型直流繼電(dian)器(qi),Y采(cai)用(yong)(yong)市售的(de)220V交流電(dian)磁閥,其余元(yuan)件型號與(yu)數據見圖1 中所標參數。

2、自動干手器電路

自動干手器電路圖如圖二所(suo)示,電路由紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)發(fa)射部分與紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)接(jie)收控制部分組成(cheng)。

紅外發(fa)(fa)射部分由(you)555時基電(dian)路產生(sheng)頻(pin)率為5kHz,占空比(bi)為50%的方(fang)波(bo)信號,驅動紅外發(fa)(fa)射管(guan)發(fa)(fa)射紅外線。

在手置于干手器下部時(shi)(shi),由(you)于(yu)手對紅(hong)外線(xian)的(de)(de)反射作用,接收電(dian)路(lu)中的(de)(de)PH302將(jiang)接收到的(de)(de)紅(hong)外線(xian)變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)信(xin)號,經(jing)IC1、IC2、IC3 組成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)選頻放大器(qi),其(qi)輸出(chu)信(xin)號經(jing)放大、整形、濾波變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)直流信(xin)號進人比較(jiao)器(qi)IC4。比較(jiao)器(qi)的(de)(de)門限電(dian)壓為7V,設置較(jiao)高,其(qi)目的(de)(de)是提高電(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)抗干擾能力。當IC4 的(de)(de)輸人電(dian)平(ping)超過7V 時(shi)(shi),其(qi)輸出(chu)變(bian)為低電(dian)平(ping),觸發(fa)IC5 定(ding)時(shi)(shi)器(qi)開始定(ding)時(shi)(shi),同時(shi)(shi)該定(ding)時(shi)(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)3 腳變(bian)為高電(dian)平(ping),使3DG130 導通,繼電(dian)器(qi)觸點吸(xi)合,接通電(dian)阻(zu)絲和風(feng)機。在定(ding)時(shi)(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)2 腳設置了手動開關S1,可進行手動操(cao)作,還(huan)可通過S2 選擇冷(leng)風(feng)或(huo)熱風(feng)。
