1、自動洗手器電路
自(zi)動洗(xi)手器的電路原理如圖一(yi)所示。
220V 交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)路(lu)經變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)T 降壓(ya),變為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian),經整流(liu)(liu)(liu)濾波,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)壓(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu),再經三端集成(cheng)(cheng)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)路(lu)7806穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya),得(de)到6V直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)供給(gei)控制電(dian)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)(hong)色發光二極管,作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)源指示。N2為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)紅(hong)(hong)外接收電(dian)路(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鎖相環(huan)音頻譯碼器(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)(cheng)振蕩器(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定N3內部壓(ya)控振蕩器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)中心頻率,LM567的(de)(de)3腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)信號(hao)輸入端,8腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)邏輯(ji)輸出(chu)(chu)端,其輸出(chu)(chu)端為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)OC門輸出(chu)(chu),最大灌(guan)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)頻率可從零(ling)點幾赫茲到500千赫,靜(jing)態工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)NE555定時器(qi)(qi),它(ta)與(yu)外圍元件組成(cheng)(cheng)單穩(wen)(wen)態定時電(dian)路(lu),其目的(de)(de)是在人手(shou)(shou)偶爾偏離了紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian)的(de)(de)探測范圍時,能保證洗手(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)正常出(chu)(chu)水。
LM567芯(xin)片5腳(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)振蕩信號經三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)功率放(fang)(fang)大(da)后(hou)(hou),推動紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)VD向(xiang)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian)。沒有人洗(xi)手(shou)時(shi),紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)接收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路N2接收(shou)不(bu)到(dao)VD向(xiang)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian),N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)無信號輸(shu)(shu)入,8腳(jiao)為高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)為低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)截止,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)K 斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)處于釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)狀態,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 不(bu)動作(zuo),洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)無自來水放(fang)(fang)出(chu)。當人手(shou)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)下時(shi),N2 接收(shou)到(dao)人手(shou)反射(she)的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外(wai)線(xian)并經N2 放(fang)(fang)大(da)后(hou)(hou),輸(shu)(shu)入到(dao)N3的(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao),由(you)N3內部(bu)處理后(hou)(hou)使(shi)N3的(de)(de)(de)8腳(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),從而使(shi)N4的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)觸(chu)發(fa)端2腳(jiao)變為低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位,導(dao)致N4 的(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三(san)(san)極(ji)(ji)管(guan)導(dao)通(tong)(tong),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)J1 吸(xi)合(he),使(shi)其常開(kai)觸(chu)點(dian)閉合(he),接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥Y 的(de)(de)(de)220V 交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,Y 開(kai)始(shi)動作(zuo),使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)出(chu)自來水,供人們洗(xi)滌(di)之用,同時(shi)發(fa)光二極(ji)(ji)管(guan)LED2 發(fa)出(chu)綠(lv)光,指示洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)正工作(zuo)于放(fang)(fang)水狀態。洗(xi)滌(di)完畢(bi),人手(shou)離開(kai)洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou),N4 延時(shi)幾秒鐘后(hou)(hou)復位,使(shi)洗(xi)手(shou)器(qi)(qi)停(ting)止放(fang)(fang)水。

2、自動干手器電路
自(zi)動干(gan)手器電路(lu)圖如圖二(er)所示,電路(lu)由紅外發(fa)射部分與紅外接收控制部分組(zu)成。
紅(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)555時基(ji)電路產生頻率為(wei)5kHz,占空比為(wei)50%的方波信號,驅(qu)動紅(hong)外(wai)發(fa)射(she)管發(fa)射(she)紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)。
在手置于干手器下部時(shi),由(you)于手(shou)對(dui)紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian)的(de)(de)反(fan)射作(zuo)用(yong),接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)收到的(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)外線(xian)變成電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成的(de)(de)選頻(pin)放大器(qi)(qi),其輸出信(xin)號經放大、整形(xing)、濾波變成直流信(xin)號進人(ren)比較器(qi)(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)門(men)限電(dian)(dian)壓為7V,設(she)(she)置較高,其目的(de)(de)是提高電(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)抗干擾能力(li)。當IC4 的(de)(de)輸人(ren)電(dian)(dian)平超過(guo)7V 時(shi),其輸出變為低電(dian)(dian)平,觸(chu)發(fa)IC5 定(ding)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)開(kai)始定(ding)時(shi),同(tong)時(shi)該定(ding)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)3 腳變為高電(dian)(dian)平,使3DG130 導通(tong),繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸(chu)點吸合(he),接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)阻絲和風機(ji)。在定(ding)時(shi)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)2 腳設(she)(she)置了手(shou)動開(kai)關S1,可進行手(shou)動操作(zuo),還可通(tong)過(guo)S2 選擇(ze)冷風或熱風。
