一、指針表和數字表的選用:

1、指針表讀取精度較差,但指針擺動的過程比較直觀,其擺動速度幅度有時也能比較客觀地反映了被測量的大小(比如測電視機數據總線(SDL)在傳送數據時的輕微抖動);數字表讀數直觀,但數字變化的過程看起來很雜亂,不太容易觀看。

3、在(zai)(zai)路(lu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、穩壓(ya)管(guan)(guan)好壞:因為在(zai)(zai)實(shi)際電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,三(san)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)偏(pian)置電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)或(huo)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)、穩壓(ya)管(guan)(guan)的(de)周邊電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)一般都比(bi)較大(da),大(da)都在(zai)(zai)幾百幾千歐姆以(yi)(yi)(yi)上,這樣,我們就(jiu)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表的(de)R×10Ω或(huo)R×1Ω檔來在(zai)(zai)路(lu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量PN結的(de)好壞。在(zai)(zai)路(lu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量時(shi)(shi),用(yong)R×10Ω檔測(ce)(ce)(ce)PN結應有較明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)正(zheng)(zheng)反(fan)向(xiang)特(te)性(如(ru)(ru)果正(zheng)(zheng)反(fan)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)相差不(bu)太明(ming)顯(xian),可(ke)(ke)(ke)改用(yong)R×1Ω檔來測(ce)(ce)(ce)),一般正(zheng)(zheng)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)R×10Ω檔測(ce)(ce)(ce)時(shi)(shi)表針應指(zhi)示在(zai)(zai)200Ω左右,在(zai)(zai)R×1Ω檔測(ce)(ce)(ce)時(shi)(shi)表針應指(zhi)示在(zai)(zai)30Ω左右(根據不(bu)同表型可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)略(lve)有出(chu)入)。如(ru)(ru)果測(ce)(ce)(ce)量結果正(zheng)(zheng)向(xiang)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值太大(da)或(huo)反(fan)向(xiang)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值太小,都說(shuo)明(ming)這個(ge)PN結有問題(ti),這個(ge)管(guan)(guan)子也就(jiu)有問題(ti)了。這種方法對于維修時(shi)(shi)特(te)別有效,可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)非(fei)常快速地找出(chu)壞管(guan)(guan),甚至可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)出(chu)尚未完全壞掉但(dan)特(te)性變壞的(de)管(guan)(guan)子。比(bi)如(ru)(ru)當你用(yong)小阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值檔測(ce)(ce)(ce)量某個(ge)PN結正(zheng)(zheng)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)過大(da),如(ru)(ru)果你把它焊下(xia)來用(yong)常用(yong)的(de)R×1kΩ檔再測(ce)(ce)(ce),可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)還是正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de),其(qi)實(shi)這個(ge)管(guan)(guan)子的(de)特(te)性已(yi)經變壞了,不(bu)能(neng)(neng)正(zheng)(zheng)常工作(zuo)或(huo)不(bu)穩定了。

4、測電阻(zu):重要(yao)的(de)是(shi)要(yao)選(xuan)好(hao)量(liang)程(cheng),當指針指示于1/3~2/3滿量(liang)程(cheng)時測量(liang)精(jing)度最(zui)高,讀數(shu)最(zui)準確。要(yao)注意的(de)是(shi),在用R×10k電阻(zu)檔測兆歐(ou)級的(de)大阻(zu)值(zhi)電阻(zu)時,不可將手指捏在電阻(zu)兩端,這樣人體電阻(zu)會(hui)使測量(liang)結果偏(pian)小。
