用途

電(dian)(dian)磁式電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi),為電(dian)(dian)磁式瞬動過電(dian)(dian)流繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi),它廣泛用于電(dian)(dian)力系統二次回路(lu)繼電(dian)(dian)保護裝(zhuang)置線路(lu)中,作為過電(dian)(dian)流啟動元(yuan)件。

結構原理

1. 繼電器系(xi)(xi)電磁(ci)式,瞬時動(dong)作,磁(ci)系(xi)(xi)統有兩個線(xian)圈,線(xian)圈出頭接在底座端子上,用戶可以根據需(xu)要串(chuan)并聯,因(yin)而(er)可使繼電器整定變化一倍。

3. 繼電器(qi)(qi)的動(dong)(dong)作:電流(liu)升至(zhi)整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)或(huo)大于整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)時,繼電器(qi)(qi)就動(dong)(dong)作,動(dong)(dong)合觸(chu)點(dian)閉合,動(dong)(dong)斷(duan)(duan)觸(chu)點(dian)斷(duan)(duan)開。當電流(liu)降低到(dao)0.8倍整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)時,繼電器(qi)(qi)就返回,動(dong)(dong)合觸(chu)點(dian)斷(duan)(duan)開,動(dong)(dong)斷(duan)(duan)觸(chu)點(dian)閉合。

工作原理和特性

電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工作原(yuan)理(li)和特性:電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)式繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)一般由鐵(tie)(tie)芯、線(xian)圈、銜(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)、觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)簧片等組成的(de)(de)(de)。只(zhi)要在(zai)(zai)線(xian)圈兩端(duan)加上一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),線(xian)圈中就(jiu)(jiu)會流過一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流,從而產生電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)效應,銜(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)(jiu)會在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力吸(xi)引的(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia)克服返(fan)回彈簧的(de)(de)(de)拉力吸(xi)向鐵(tie)(tie)芯,從而帶(dai)動銜(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)(de)動觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與靜(jing)(jing)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(常(chang)開(kai)(kai)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian))吸(xi)合(he)(he)。當線(xian)圈斷電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)力也隨之消失,銜(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)(jiu)會在(zai)(zai)彈簧的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)作用力返(fan)回原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)位置,使動觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian))吸(xi)合(he)(he)。這樣吸(xi)合(he)(he)、釋放,從而達到了在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)導通(tong)、切斷的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。對于繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)“常(chang)開(kai)(kai)、常(chang)閉(bi)”觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可(ke)以這樣來區分:繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)線(xian)圈未通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時處(chu)于斷開(kai)(kai)狀態的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),稱(cheng)為“常(chang)開(kai)(kai)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”;處(chu)于接通(tong)狀態的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)稱(cheng)為“常(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”。
