繼電器的原理
繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理很簡單,工作時,只要在(zai)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)兩端加上一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中就(jiu)會流(liu)過(guo)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),從而產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)效(xiao)應,銜鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)會在(zai)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力吸(xi)(xi)(xi)引(yin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下克服返回彈(dan)簧的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拉力吸(xi)(xi)(xi)向鐵(tie)(tie)芯,從而帶動(dong)銜鐵(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)與靜觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(常開觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian))吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)。當線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)斷電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力也隨之(zhi)消(xiao)失,銜鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)會在(zai)彈(dan)簧的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反作用(yong)力返回原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,使動(dong)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)與原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)靜觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(常閉(bi)觸(chu)(chu)點(dian)(dian)(dian))吸(xi)(xi)(xi)合(he)(he)。這樣就(jiu)達到了在(zai)電(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導通、切斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
繼電器有什么用
1、代替小型接觸器
繼(ji)電器的(de)(de)觸(chu)點具(ju)有一定的(de)(de)帶負荷能力(li),當負載容(rong)量比較小時,可(ke)(ke)以用來替代小型接(jie)觸(chu)器使用,比如電動卷(juan)閘門和(he)一些小家電的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制。這樣的(de)(de)優點是不僅可(ke)(ke)以起到控(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),而(er)且可(ke)(ke)以節(jie)省空間,使電器的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制部分(fen)做得(de)比較精致。
2、增加接點容量
繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)具有一定(ding)的帶(dai)負(fu)載能(neng)(neng)力,同時其驅動所需(xu)要的電(dian)流又很小(xiao),因此可以(yi)用繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)擴大(da)接點容量,通(tong)過繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)控制其他負(fu)載,能(neng)(neng)達(da)到擴大(da)控制容量的目的。
3、轉換接點類型
在工業控制線路中,常常會出現這樣的情況,控制要求需要使用接觸器的常閉接點才能達到控制目的,但是接觸器本身所帶的常閉接點已經用完,無法完成控制任務。這時可以將一個繼電器與原來的接觸器線圈并聯,用繼電器品牌產品的(de)常閉接點(dian)去控制相應的(de)元(yuan)件,轉換一下接點(dian)類(lei)型,達(da)到所需要的(de)控制目(mu)的(de)。
4、當作開關
