一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和(he)保護板(ban)兩(liang)部分組(zu)成(cheng)。PCM動力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)一(yi)般稱為電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系統BMS。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的心臟,管理系統相當(dang)于鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的大腦,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)主要(yao)由(you)正極構成(cheng)。目前市場(chang)上的鋰離子二次(ci)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)主要(yao)由(you)碳酸(suan)鹽(yan)類有(you)機(ji)溶劑六氟磷(lin)酸(suan)鋰和(he)一(yi)些添加劑組(zu)成(cheng)。電(dian)(dian)芯主要(yao)由(you)正極板(ban)、隔膜、負(fu)極板(ban)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)組(zu)成(cheng)。層壓(ya)、封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、填充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)、封(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。
而鋰離子電(dian)池電(dian)芯(xin)由正極(ji)、負極(ji)、隔(ge)(ge)膜、電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)、外殼五部分組成。正極(ji)活性物質為鈷酸鋰或其他(ta)鋰氧化物,如錳酸鋰三元材料等(deng),負極(ji)石墨電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)為六氟磷酸鋰溶解(jie)于多種混合溶劑,制成隔(ge)(ge)膜PPPE材質,外殼一(yi)般有鋁殼和鋼(gang)殼。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰(li)電池(chi)(chi)電芯具有高能量密度、長壽命、環保等(deng)特(te)點,廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于移動電源、儲能系統、智(zhi)能終端等(deng)領(ling)域。鋰(li)電池(chi)(chi)電芯的材料類型如(ru)下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)芯的正(zheng)極材(cai)料(liao)(liao)一(yi)般為鈷(gu)酸(suan)鋰(li)、三元材(cai)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)鐵鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。其(qi)中,鈷(gu)酸(suan)鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)能(neng)夠(gou)提供(gong)較(jiao)高的放電(dian)電(dian)壓和能(neng)量密度,但價(jia)格較(jiao)貴;三元材(cai)料(liao)(liao)價(jia)格適中,能(neng)夠(gou)提供(gong)較(jiao)好的性能(neng)表現;鐵鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)價(jia)格相對便宜,但能(neng)量密度較(jiao)低。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的(de)負極(ji)材料一般為石墨(mo)材料。石墨(mo)材料具有較(jiao)好的(de)導電性(xing)能和穩定性(xing),能夠承受較(jiao)大(da)的(de)電化學反(fan)應,但在高溫環(huan)境下易發生導電性(xing)能下降和容(rong)量衰(shuai)減等問(wen)題。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液一般為有(you)機液體電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)、聚(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)或無(wu)機固(gu)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體。有(you)機液體電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)具有(you)良好的(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing),但在高溫環境下易燃易爆;聚(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)的(de)熱穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)較強(qiang),但導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能較差;無(wu)機固(gu)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體具有(you)較強(qiang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率(lv)和(he)(he)穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing),但價格較高。
