一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和保護板兩部分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。PCM動力電(dian)池一般稱(cheng)為電(dian)池管(guan)理系(xi)統BMS。電(dian)池的心臟(zang),管(guan)理系(xi)統相當于鋰(li)電(dian)池的大(da)腦,電(dian)池主(zhu)要(yao)由正極構成(cheng)(cheng)。目前市場上的鋰(li)離子二次電(dian)池充電(dian)電(dian)解液主(zhu)要(yao)由碳酸(suan)鹽類有(you)機溶(rong)劑六氟(fu)磷酸(suan)鋰(li)和一些添加劑組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。電(dian)芯主(zhu)要(yao)由正極板、隔膜(mo)、負極板電(dian)解液組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。層壓、封裝(zhuang)、填充電(dian)解液、封裝(zhuang)。
而鋰離子電(dian)池電(dian)芯由正極(ji)、負極(ji)、隔膜(mo)(mo)、電(dian)解液、外(wai)殼五(wu)部分(fen)組成。正極(ji)活性物質為鈷酸(suan)鋰或(huo)其他鋰氧化(hua)物,如(ru)錳(meng)酸(suan)鋰三元材(cai)料等(deng),負極(ji)石墨(mo)電(dian)解液為六(liu)氟磷酸(suan)鋰溶(rong)解于多種混合溶(rong)劑,制成隔膜(mo)(mo)PPPE材(cai)質,外(wai)殼一般有(you)鋁殼和鋼殼。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)芯具有高(gao)能(neng)(neng)量密度、長壽(shou)命、環保等特點,廣泛(fan)應用于移(yi)動電(dian)源、儲能(neng)(neng)系統(tong)、智能(neng)(neng)終端等領域。鋰電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)芯的材料類(lei)型如下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯的正極材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)一般為鈷酸鋰(li)、三元(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)或鐵鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)。其中,鈷酸鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)提供(gong)較(jiao)高(gao)的放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓和能(neng)量(liang)密度,但價格(ge)較(jiao)貴;三元(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)價格(ge)適中,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)提供(gong)較(jiao)好的性能(neng)表現;鐵鋰(li)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)價格(ge)相(xiang)對便(bian)宜,但能(neng)量(liang)密度較(jiao)低(di)。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的(de)(de)負極材料(liao)一般為石墨材料(liao)。石墨材料(liao)具有較好(hao)的(de)(de)導電(dian)性能和穩(wen)定性,能夠承受較大的(de)(de)電(dian)化(hua)學反應(ying),但(dan)在高溫環境下(xia)易發(fa)生導電(dian)性能下(xia)降和容(rong)量衰減等問(wen)題。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液一般(ban)為(wei)有(you)機(ji)液體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質、聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質或無機(ji)固體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體。有(you)機(ji)液體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質具有(you)良好的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing),但在(zai)高溫環境(jing)下易燃易爆;聚(ju)合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質的熱(re)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)強(qiang),但導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)較(jiao)差;無機(ji)固體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體具有(you)較(jiao)強(qiang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導率和(he)(he)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing),但價格較(jiao)高。
