一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和(he)保(bao)護板兩部分(fen)組(zu)成。PCM動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池一般稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管(guan)理(li)系統(tong)BMS。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)心臟(zang),管(guan)理(li)系統(tong)相當于鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)大腦(nao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由正極(ji)構成。目前市(shi)場上的(de)鋰(li)(li)離子二次電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由碳酸鹽(yan)類有機溶劑六(liu)氟磷酸鋰(li)(li)和(he)一些添加(jia)劑組(zu)成。電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)由正極(ji)板、隔膜、負極(ji)板電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)組(zu)成。層壓、封裝、填充電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)、封裝。
而鋰(li)離子電池電芯由正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)、負極(ji)(ji)、隔(ge)(ge)膜、電解液、外殼(ke)五部分組成(cheng)。正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)活性物(wu)質(zhi)為(wei)鈷(gu)酸(suan)(suan)鋰(li)或其他鋰(li)氧(yang)化物(wu),如錳酸(suan)(suan)鋰(li)三元材(cai)料等,負極(ji)(ji)石墨電解液為(wei)六(liu)氟磷酸(suan)(suan)鋰(li)溶解于多(duo)種(zhong)混合(he)溶劑,制成(cheng)隔(ge)(ge)膜PPPE材(cai)質(zhi),外殼(ke)一般有鋁殼(ke)和鋼殼(ke)。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰電(dian)池電(dian)芯(xin)具有(you)高(gao)能(neng)量密度、長壽命、環保等(deng)特(te)點,廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于移動電(dian)源、儲能(neng)系統、智能(neng)終(zhong)端等(deng)領域。鋰電(dian)池電(dian)芯(xin)的材料類型如下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電池電芯的正極材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)一般為鈷酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)、三元材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)或鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)。其中(zhong),鈷酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)能(neng)夠(gou)提供較(jiao)高的放電電壓(ya)和能(neng)量(liang)密度,但價(jia)(jia)格較(jiao)貴;三元材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)價(jia)(jia)格適中(zhong),能(neng)夠(gou)提供較(jiao)好的性能(neng)表現;鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)價(jia)(jia)格相對便宜,但能(neng)量(liang)密度較(jiao)低(di)。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的負極材(cai)料(liao)(liao)一(yi)般為(wei)石墨(mo)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。石墨(mo)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)具(ju)有(you)較好的導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能和穩定(ding)性(xing),能夠承受較大的電(dian)化學反(fan)應,但在高溫環境下易(yi)發生(sheng)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能下降和容量衰減等(deng)問題。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)池電(dian)芯的電(dian)解(jie)(jie)液一般為(wei)有(you)(you)機(ji)液體電(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)、聚合物電(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)或無機(ji)固(gu)體電(dian)解(jie)(jie)體。有(you)(you)機(ji)液體電(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)具有(you)(you)良好的導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和(he)電(dian)化學穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing),但(dan)(dan)在(zai)高(gao)溫環境(jing)下(xia)易(yi)燃(ran)易(yi)爆;聚合物電(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)的熱穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)電(dian)化學穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)較(jiao)強,但(dan)(dan)導(dao)電(dian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能較(jiao)差;無機(ji)固(gu)體電(dian)解(jie)(jie)體具有(you)(you)較(jiao)強的電(dian)導(dao)率和(he)穩(wen)(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing),但(dan)(dan)價格較(jiao)高(gao)。
