變壓器的原理
變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)原(yuan)理并不復雜,它利用(yong)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)感應原(yuan)理。當其(qi)中一塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體有一些不定量的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過,便會(hui)(hui)產生變動(dong)的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)。根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)互感原(yuan)理,這(zhe)變動(dong)的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)會(hui)(hui)使(shi)(shi)第(di)二(er)塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差。假如第(di)二(er)塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體是一條閉(bi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)一部(bu)份,那么該閉(bi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)便會(hui)(hui)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力于是得(de)以(yi)傳送。在通用(yong)的(de)(de)變壓(ya)(ya)器中,有關(guan)的(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體是由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)組成線(xian)(xian)圈(quan),因為(wei)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)所產生的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)要比(bi)一條筆(bi)直(zhi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)大得(de)多。當初(chu)級(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)中通有交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時(shi),鐵芯中便產生交(jiao)流(liu)磁(ci)(ci)通,使(shi)(shi)次(ci)級(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)中感應出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。初(chu)級(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)、次(ci)級(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)VS,VP和兩者的(de)(de)繞線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)匝(za)數NS,NP之間(jian)有正比(bi)的(de)(de)關(guan)系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的(de)(de)(de)這個性質使它成(cheng)為轉換電(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)設備(bei)。由于(yu)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)遵守這兩(liang)條(tiao)定律,它不會(hui)是放大器(qi)(qi)(qi)。如果處在(zai)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)方的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓有所不同,那么流經變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)方的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流也會(hui)不同,而兩(liang)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)差距(ju)則成(cheng)反比。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干(gan)式(shi)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)能直(zhi)接(jie)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)鐵芯和(he)線圈,大(da)多使用硅橡膠套(tao)管,適用于配電(dian)用,容(rong)量(liang)大(da)都(dou)在1600KVA以(yi)下(xia),電(dian)壓在10KV以(yi)下(xia),也(ye)有個別做到(dao)(dao)35KV電(dian)壓等級的(de)。油式(shi)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)只能看(kan)到(dao)(dao)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼,大(da)部(bu)分使用瓷套(tao)管,可(ke)用于高壓電(dian)路,可(ke)以(yi)從(cong)小到(dao)(dao)大(da)做到(dao)(dao)全部(bu)容(rong)量(liang),電(dian)壓等級也(ye)做到(dao)(dao)了所有電(dian)壓。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的電壓(ya)等級(ji)(ji)是(shi)固定的,常(chang)見的有(you)1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等等。變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的容量等級(ji)(ji)按照R10優先系(xi)數來計(ji)算的,可分為小型(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、中型(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、大型(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)、特大型(xing)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)這四個等級(ji)(ji)。
