1991年畢業后進(jin)入南京自動化研究所;
2012年9月至2013年4月,擔任上海置(zhi)信(xin)電氣股份有限公(gong)司副董事長(chang);
2013年(nian)4月至2015年(nian)4月,擔任(ren)上海置信電氣(qi)股份有限公司(si)董事長;
2015年4月起,擔任國(guo)電南瑞科技股份有限公司董事長。
主持并(bing)參與了多個科(ke)(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的開發研(yan)究和項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)實施(shi)工(gong)作,多次(ci)榮獲省部級(ji)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進步一、二等獎。2006 年(nian)獲得國務院頒發的政府特殊津貼,2007 年(nian)被(bei)江蘇省人才工(gong)作領(ling)導小組確(que)定為“333 高層次(ci)人才培養工(gong)程”首批中青年(nian)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)領(ling)軍人才,被(bei)評(ping)為第四(si)批南(nan)京市有突出貢獻中青年(nian)專(zhuan)家。
