繼工信部發布的《電動汽車傳導充電用連接裝置》3項系列國家標準通過了全國汽車標準化技術委員會電動車輛分技術委員會的專家審查后,中電聯標準化管理中心日前表示,《電動車輛傳導充電系統一般要求》和《電動汽車非車載傳導式充電機與電池管理系統之間的通信協議》通過了中國電力企業聯合會組織的專家技術審查。值得注意的是,上述5項標準是充電樁接口(kou)新國(guo)標(biao)的主要(yao)修訂內容(rong)。
業內認為,隨著各項標準出爐,電動車充電樁新國標發布進入倒計時階段,同時,這將有利于充電樁設施在國內各試(shi)點城市大(da)面積建設,從而(er)使(shi)新能源車市場繼續保持井噴態勢。
據(ju)了解,《電動車(che)輛傳導充(chong)電系(xi)統(tong)一般要求》和《電動汽車(che)非車(che)載(zai)傳導式充(chong)電機(ji)與電池(chi)管理系(xi)統(tong)之(zhi)間的(de)通信協議》主要是針(zhen)對(dui)于充(chong)電樁的(de)充(chong)電溫度監(jian)控、機(ji)械鎖與電子鎖聯(lian)動、過載(zai)和短路保護等。
資料顯示,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁國標的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接口及通(tong)信(xin)協(xie)(xie)議主要包(bao)括交直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接口《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)傳(chuan)導(dao)(dao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)連(lian)接裝置(zhi)》3項(xiang)系列(lie)標準、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)通(tong)用(yong)要求《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)輛(liang)傳(chuan)導(dao)(dao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)一般要求》標準以及直流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通(tong)信(xin)協(xie)(xie)議《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)非車(che)載傳(chuan)導(dao)(dao)式充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理系統(tong)(tong)之間的通(tong)信(xin)協(xie)(xie)議》標準等5項(xiang)。后兩項(xiang)標準日(ri)前通(tong)過(guo)了中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力企業聯(lian)合(he)會組織的專家技(ji)術審查,意味著充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁接口新國標的各項(xiang)標準已基本完成。
對(dui)(dui)于充(chong)(chong)電樁接口新(xin)國標(biao)全部出爐(lu),比(bi)亞(ya)迪(di)相關負責人(ren)認為,這對(dui)(dui)于整個新(xin)能源車(che)市場來說是(shi)利好,對(dui)(dui)于比(bi)亞(ya)迪(di)而(er)言,會(hui)將此(ci)前電動車(che)的充(chong)(chong)電樁接口標(biao)準按照新(xin)修訂標(biao)準做出相應改變。
汽車(che)專家(jia)張(zhang)志(zhi)勇認為,充(chong)電樁(zhuang)接口(kou)的5項新(xin)國標出爐(lu),勢必讓新(xin)能源(yuan)車(che)市場繼續保持現在的火爆態(tai)勢。“充(chong)電樁(zhuang)不兼(jian)容、充(chong)電難一(yi)直制約新(xin)能源(yuan)車(che)發展,統一(yi)標準可以(yi)讓消費者(zhe)更加放心購買新(xin)能源(yuan)車(che)。”張(zhang)志(zhi)勇說(shuo)。
