繼工信部發布的《電動汽車傳導充電用連接裝置》3項系列國家標準通過了全國汽車標準化技術委員會電動車輛分技術委員會的專家審查后,中電聯標準化管理中心日前表示,《電動車輛傳導充電系統一般要求》和《電動汽車非車載傳導式充電機與電池管理系統之間的通信協議》通過了中國電力企業聯合會組織的專家技術審查。值得注意的是,上述5項標準是充電樁接口新國(guo)標的主要修訂(ding)內(nei)容。
業內認為,隨著各項標準出爐,電動車充電樁新國標發布進入倒計時階段,同時,這將有利于充電樁設施在國內各(ge)試點城市(shi)大(da)面積建設,從(cong)而使新(xin)能(neng)源車市(shi)場繼(ji)續保持(chi)井噴態勢。
據了解,《電動(dong)車輛(liang)傳導充(chong)電系統(tong)一般要求》和《電動(dong)汽車非車載(zai)傳導式充(chong)電機(ji)與(yu)電池管理系統(tong)之(zhi)間的通信協議》主要是針對于充(chong)電樁的充(chong)電溫(wen)度監控(kong)、機(ji)械(xie)鎖與(yu)電子鎖聯(lian)動(dong)、過(guo)載(zai)和短路保護等。
資(zi)料顯示(shi),充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)國標(biao)(biao)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)口及(ji)(ji)通(tong)信協議(yi)主要(yao)包(bao)括(kuo)交(jiao)直(zhi)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)口《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車傳(chuan)(chuan)導充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)連(lian)接(jie)裝置》3項系列標(biao)(biao)準、充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)通(tong)用(yong)要(yao)求(qiu)《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車輛傳(chuan)(chuan)導充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)一般要(yao)求(qiu)》標(biao)(biao)準以及(ji)(ji)直(zhi)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通(tong)信協議(yi)《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車非車載傳(chuan)(chuan)導式充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機與電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理系統(tong)之(zhi)間的(de)通(tong)信協議(yi)》標(biao)(biao)準等(deng)5項。后兩項標(biao)(biao)準日前(qian)通(tong)過(guo)了中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)企業聯合會組(zu)織的(de)專家技(ji)術審查,意(yi)味著充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)接(jie)口新國標(biao)(biao)的(de)各項標(biao)(biao)準已基本完成(cheng)。
對于(yu)充(chong)電樁接口新(xin)國(guo)標全部出爐,比(bi)亞迪相(xiang)關負(fu)責人認為(wei),這對于(yu)整個新(xin)能源車市場來說(shuo)是利好,對于(yu)比(bi)亞迪而(er)言,會將(jiang)此前電動車的充(chong)電樁接口標準(zhun)按照(zhao)新(xin)修訂(ding)標準(zhun)做出相(xiang)應改變。
汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)專家張志勇(yong)認為,充(chong)電樁(zhuang)接口的5項新國標出(chu)爐,勢必讓新能源車(che)(che)(che)市場繼續保持現在(zai)的火爆(bao)態勢。“充(chong)電樁(zhuang)不兼容(rong)、充(chong)電難一直制約新能源車(che)(che)(che)發展,統一標準可以讓消費(fei)者更加放心(xin)購買新能源車(che)(che)(che)。”張志勇(yong)說(shuo)。
