1680年(nian),前門(men)大街源(yuan)升號酒坊的三位匠人發明了二(er)鍋(guo)頭(tou)(tou)酒傳統釀造技藝:蒸酒時舍棄(qi)頭(tou)(tou)鍋(guo)尾鍋(guo),只取(qu)清香純正的第(di)二(er)鍋(guo),因此被稱之為(wei)“二(er)鍋(guo)頭(tou)(tou)”。從(cong)此,一壇美酒走進(jin)了京城街頭(tou)(tou)巷(xiang)尾。
1949年(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)傳(chuan)承而生。1965年(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)向北(bei)京19家(jia)郊縣(xian)酒廠傳(chuan)授北(bei)京二鍋頭(tou)(tou)酒傳(chuan)統(tong)釀(niang)造技藝,扶持幫助其發展(zhan)生產;1981年(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)放棄(qi)了“二鍋頭(tou)(tou)”的(de)全名稱(cheng)商標注冊,只用(yong)“紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)”的(de)注冊商標,與其它所有(you)的(de)二鍋頭(tou)(tou)酒類(lei)生產企業共享“二鍋頭(tou)(tou)”;2016年(nian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)發布“每個(ge)(ge)人心中都有(you)一(yi)顆紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)”勵志大片;紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)二鍋頭(tou)(tou)作為(wei)中國(guo)清(qing)香型白酒的(de)代(dai)表,以獨特的(de)優(you)勢成功與世界接(jie)軌。可以說,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)(xing)濃縮(suo)了整個(ge)(ge)二鍋頭(tou)(tou)的(de)發展(zhan)史,烙印著一(yi)個(ge)(ge)品牌的(de)傳(chuan)奇!
