國(guo)家市場監督(du)管(guan)理總局網站通報2019年(nian)第二批等16種網售產(chan)品質(zhi)量國(guo)家監督(du)專項抽查(cha)情況,共894批次(ci)產(chan)品,發現153批次(ci)產(chan)品不(bu)合(he)格(ge),不(bu)合(he)格(ge)發現率17.1%。結(jie)果(guo)顯示,網購(gou)智能(neng)坐(zuo)便器類不(bu)合(he)格(ge)發現率為(wei)8.0%。本次(ci)抽查(cha)涉及、拼多多、、網易(yi)嚴選(xuan)、京東(dong)商城、1號(hao)店(dian)、當(dang)當(dang)網、國(guo)美電器、蘑菇街、唯(wei)品會、抖音、蘇寧易(yi)購(gou)等12家電子(zi)商務平(ping)臺。
據悉,本次產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量(liang)(liang)國家監督(du)抽查(cha)聚焦(jiao)兒(er)(er)童(tong)(tong)用(yong)品(pin)(pin)、電(dian)子電(dian)器(qi)(qi),以及“”期間銷售量(liang)(liang)較多的日(ri)用(yong)消費(fei)品(pin)(pin),對智能坐便器(qi)(qi)、玩具、兒(er)(er)童(tong)(tong)及嬰(ying)幼兒(er)(er)服裝(zhuang)、室(shi)內加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、自動電(dian)飯鍋、家用(yong)和類(lei)似用(yong)途(tu)插(cha)頭插(cha)座、電(dian)熱(re)毯、電(dian)熱(re)暖(nuan)手器(qi)(qi)、移動電(dian)源(yuan)、電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)、空氣凈化器(qi)(qi)等(deng)16種網售產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質量(liang)(liang)開展了國家監督(du)專項(xiang)抽查(cha)。
在(zai)智(zhi)能坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)方(fang)面對(dui)50批次產品進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)驗(yan),重點檢(jian)驗(yan)了水(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)深度、坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)表面尺(chi)寸、存水(shui)(shui)(shui)彎(wan)最(zui)小(xiao)通徑、便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)、洗凈功(gong)(gong)能、排放功(gong)(gong)能、排水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道輸送特性、水(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)回復功(gong)(gong)能、污水(shui)(shui)(shui)置換(huan)功(gong)(gong)能、衛生紙試驗(yan)、清洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)流量(liang)、整機能耗、坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效等級、坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效限定(ding)值(zhi)、對(dui)觸及(ji)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)件(jian)的防護(hu)、輸入功(gong)(gong)率和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、發熱、工(gong)作溫度下的泄漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)強度、非(fei)正常工(gong)作(不(bu)含(han)第(di)19.11條款試驗(yan))、穩定(ding)性和(he)(he)機械危險、機械強度、結構(不(bu)含(han)第(di)22.46條款)、內部(bu)布線、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源連(lian)接(jie)(jie)和(he)(he)外部(bu)軟(ruan)線、外部(bu)導線用(yong)接(jie)(jie)線端子、接(jie)(jie)地措(cuo)施(shi)、螺釘(ding)和(he)(he)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)等27個項(xiang)目。經檢(jian)驗(yan),發現(xian)4批次產品不(bu)合(he)格,不(bu)合(he)格發現(xian)率為(wei)8.0%。不(bu)合(he)格項(xiang)目涉及(ji)便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)、坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效等級、坐便(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效限定(ding)值(zhi)、輸入功(gong)(gong)率和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、發熱、接(jie)(jie)地措(cuo)施(shi)等。
針對(dui)(dui)本次不(bu)合(he)格的產品,國家監督局責(ze)令(ling)停止銷售,并(bing)采(cai)取(qu)產品下(xia)架(jia)等有效(xiao)措施(shi),以保障消費(fei)安全(quan)和消費(fei)者權益。 對(dui)(dui)本次抽查(cha)不(bu)合(he)格發(fa)現率(lv)較高(gao)的產品,要加大對(dui)(dui)其后續監督檢查(cha)力度。
