隨著農業(ye)產業(ye)化(hua)程度的逐步提高(gao),現代化(hua)農業(ye)產業(ye)化(hua)模式(shi)--“超(chao)市(shi)+供應商或(huo)加工企(qi)業(ye)+農(nong)戶”、“超(chao)市(shi)+農(nong)民協會+農(nong)戶”的(de)建立,超(chao)市(shi)化將是農(nong)貿市(shi)場(chang)發展的(de)趨勢(shi)。
但從目前經濟發展的(de)(de)實際情況來(lai)看,居民收入的(de)(de)不(bu)平衡(heng)性、消費多樣性的(de)(de)差(cha)異(yi)導(dao)致了人們還離不(bu)開低價又能就近購買的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)貿(mao)(mao)市場(chang),我們不(bu)能對農(nong)(nong)貿(mao)(mao)市場(chang)這一副產品經營業態(tai)采(cai)取(qu)“農(nong)(nong)(nong)改(gai)超”一刀切的(de)(de)辦(ban)法予以全面(mian)取締,而嬰、應根據實(shi)際需要(yao),出臺一些政策措(cuo)施,達到其(qi)結構升級(ji)、規范經營的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。事實(shi)上(shang),近幾年(nian),在超市(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)擠壓下,農(nong)(nong)(nong)副(fu)產品在農(nong)(nong)(nong)貿(mao)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)銷(xiao)售份額雖有下降,但(dan)面(mian)廣大(da)量大(da)的(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)(nong)貿(mao)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)仍是(shi)廣大(da)消(xiao)費者購(gou)買農(nong)(nong)(nong)副(fu)產品的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)場(chang)(chang)所,在中小城市(shi)(shi)尤其(qi)是(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)村,農(nong)(nong)(nong)貿(mao)是(shi)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)仍占主(zhu)導地位。
