故障1:在熱風檔電機不轉,電熱絲不熱也無冷風。
第一步:檢查供電保(bao)險絲是(shi)(shi)否熔斷,是(shi)(shi)則更換。否則繼(ji)續(xu)下面的(de)。
第(di)二步:查電(dian)源插(cha)頭(tou)、插(cha)座是否插(cha)好,接觸不良(liang)。
第三步:查電(dian)源線是否內部(bu)有暗斷(duan),手(shou)(shou)柄內焊(han)點是否脫焊(han)。(修復或更(geng)換電(dian)源線;拆開手(shou)(shou)柄,重焊(han)焊(han)點)
第四步:查選擇電吹風開關是否(fou)嚴(yan)重氧化,接觸不良或(huo)其中是否(fou)裂斷。(磨光(guang)擦拭(shi)處(chu)理或(huo)更換(huan)新(xin)開關)
故障2:在熱風檔電熱絲發熱,但電機不轉,前筒過熱但無熱風吹出
第(di)一步:查(cha)電動機引出線是否(fou)脫焊(han)或折(zhe)斷(換新線或補(bu)焊(han))
第二(er)步:查選擇(ze)開關是(shi)否發黑或(huo)(huo)嚴重(zhong)氧化(磨光或(huo)(huo)則換開關)
第三步:查電動機(ji)架(jia)或風葉(xie)是否(fou)因碰撞偏斜,移位或變形
第四(si)步:檢(jian)查電動機錠子和轉子之間是否有(you)雜物
第五步:查電動機錠子和轉子是否相(xiang)碰(peng)
第六步:查電(dian)動機錠子繞組或電(dian)樞組間是(shi)否(fou)斷路或短(duan)路(更(geng)換(huan)新電(dian)機或修理)
第七(qi)步(bu):查電刷或換向(xiang)器是否接觸不(bu)良或換向(xiang)起短路(lu)
故障3:在熱風檔電機運轉,電熱絲不熱,只有冷風吹出
第一步:查電熱絲引出(chu)線是否脫焊或折斷
第二(er)步:查選擇(ze)開關是否接觸不良
第三(san)步:查固定電(dian)熱絲的(de)螺釘是(shi)否松(song)動(dong)或者氧化過多而接觸(chu)不(bu)良
第(di)四(si)步:查電(dian)熱絲燒斷應(ying)更(geng)新電(dian)熱絲或想辦法連上
故障4:電吹風有漏電現象
第一步:細觀察是否電(dian)機繞組受潮(烘干(gan))
第二步(bu):查(cha)電機繞組(zu)是否老化,絕緣強度下降(更換電機或繞組(zu))
第三步:拆開電機(ji),查繞組(zu)是否有破損或者碰殼(ke)現象
第四步:查(cha)引出線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)破損碰(peng)殼(ke)(換線(xian))
第五(wu)步(bu):查電熱絲是否有碰觸外(wai)殼(ke)現象
故障5:吹出的熱風風量小過熱
第一步(bu):查進風口是否被擋過(guo)多(duo)
第二步:查風葉是否(fou)有(you)同外殼輕(qing)微摩(mo)擦現象使轉速減慢
第(di)三步:查是否軸(zhou)承缺油是否過緊(jin)
第四步:查(cha)錠子饒(rao)組或電(dian)樞繞組是否(fou)局部短(duan)路
第(di)五步(bu):查電刷是(shi)否(fou)壓力(li)過大
電吹風是(shi)常用(yong)(yong)(yong)的小(xiao)家電,由于(yu)電熱(re)絲發熱(re)功率大,發熱(re)集中(zhong),其連接(jie)部分(fen)很容易松(song)動(dong)。常見的連接(jie)方法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)黃(huang)(huang)銅鉚(liu)釘將電熱(re)絲等導(dao)線鉚(liu)緊在(zai)云母板(ban)上。黃(huang)(huang)銅、鎳鉻(ge)絲、銅導(dao)線三者(zhe)的熱(re)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)系數(shu)不(bu)同,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)一段(duan)時間后(hou)鉚(liu)接(jie)點就(jiu)會松(song)動(dong),導(dao)致(zhi)接(jie)觸(chu)不(bu)良甚至打火。找一根醫用(yong)(yong)(yong)10號以上的不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼注射(she)針頭,切(qie)取5~10mm長的一小(xiao)段(duan),穿(chuan)卡在(zai)原來的黃(huang)(huang)銅鉚(liu)釘孔(kong)中(zhong)作(zuo)支(zhi)點。因為(wei)紫銅的熱(re)脹(zhang)(zhang)系數(shu)比(bi)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼大,當(dang)溫度升高后(hou)不(bu)但不(bu)會松(song)動(dong),反而會接(jie)觸(chu)得更緊,筆者(zhe)用(yong)(yong)(yong)此法(fa)修理(li)過多種電熱(re)器件(jian)都很成功,長時間使用(yong)(yong)(yong)導(dao)電都十分(fen)良好。
電吹風構成部件:
電吹風一般由殼體、電動機、風葉、電熱元件、手柄和開關等部件構成。電吹風的(de)殼(ke)體一般(ban)采(cai)(cai)用薄鐵(tie)板或(huo)銅板沖制焊接,再鍍(du)上鎳(nie)鉻,也有(you)的(de)采(cai)(cai)用工(gong)程(cheng)塑料壓制而(er)成。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)核心部件(jian),一般(ban)采(cai)(cai)用串(chuan)激式(shi)(shi)、罩極式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)永磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)三種。采(cai)(cai)用罩極式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)低,但風(feng)(feng)(feng)溫高,故適(shi)應于(yu)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)干(gan)濕發(fa)和(he)(he)整理發(fa)型(xing);采(cai)(cai)用串(chuan)激式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)永磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)速(su)高而(er)風(feng)(feng)(feng)溫低,更適(shi)應于(yu)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)塵及物品烘干(gan)等。永磁(ci)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓較低,且(qie)是直流,這需要增加(jia)降壓整流裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)風(feng)(feng)(feng)葉大都(dou)安裝(zhuang)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)軸端上,位于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)尾部,有(you)金屬(shu)扇葉和(he)(he)塑料扇葉兩種。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)一般(ban)采(cai)(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si)繞制而(er)成,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si)有(you)扁形(xing)和(he)(he)圓(yuan)線兩種,裝(zhuang)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)風(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)出(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)口附(fu)近(jin)。工(gong)作(zuo)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)帶動(dong)(dong)扇葉旋轉,由吸(xi)風(feng)(feng)(feng)口吸(xi)入冷風(feng)(feng)(feng),然(ran)后由出(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)口吹(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)(chui)出(chu)。
電吹風的(de)(de)開(kai)關的(de)(de)撓板式、推桿式和按(an)鈕式三(san)種,一般有“熱(re)風(feng)(feng)”、“冷(leng)風(feng)(feng)”和“停”三(san)擋,用不同的(de)(de)顏色作標(biao)記;白色表(biao)示(shi)“停止”,紅色表(biao)示(shi)送(song)“熱(re)風(feng)(feng)”,藍(lan)色表(biao)示(shi)送(song)“冷(leng)風(feng)(feng)”。電(dian)動(dong)機旋轉時(shi),若(ruo)(ruo)開(kai)關置“冷(leng)風(feng)(feng)”位置,這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)熱(re)元件是(shi)斷(duan)開(kai)的(de)(de),出(chu)風(feng)(feng)口吹出(chu)的(de)(de)是(shi)冷(leng)風(feng)(feng);若(ruo)(ruo)置“熱(re)風(feng)(feng)”位置,這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)熱(re)元件是(shi)接通的(de)(de),則(ze)吹出(chu)的(de)(de)是(shi)熱(re)風(feng)(feng)。
