起重機上的電動葫蘆常見故障原因及解決辦法
一、按起動開關后電動葫蘆不工作
主要是因電動葫蘆沒(mei)接(jie)通額定工作(zuo)電壓,而(er)無法工作(zuo),一般有(you)3 種(zhong)情況:
1、不通電。供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統是否(fou)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)動葫蘆電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),一般用試電(dian)(dian)(dian)筆測試,如沒送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),等(deng)送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)再工作。
2、缺相。葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器損壞(huai)、線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)斷開或接觸(chu)不良,也會使葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機缺(que)相(xiang)無法正常工作,出現這種情(qing)況(kuang),需檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)路(lu)(lu),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)時,為了防止主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)送給三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源缺(que)相(xiang)而燒毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,或葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機突然得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運轉(zhuan),產生(sheng)危(wei)害,一定(ding)要將(jiang)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)上斷開,只(zhi)給主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),然后(hou)點動起動和(he)停(ting)止開關,檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查分析控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器及線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)工作情(qing)況(kuang),對有問題的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器或線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)進行(xing)修(xiu)(xiu)復或更換,當確認主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)無故(gu)障,方(fang)可重新試車。
3、電壓過低。葫(hu)(hu)蘆電(dian)機端電(dian)壓比額定電(dian)壓低10%以上,電(dian)機起動轉矩過小,使葫(hu)(hu)蘆起吊不動貨物,而(er)無法(fa)工作,檢查時,用萬(wan)用表或電(dian)壓表等測量電(dian)機輸(shu)入端電(dian)壓。
二、電動葫蘆運行時出現異常響聲
電(dian)動葫蘆的很多故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),例如控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)器、電(dian)機或(huo)減速器等出(chu)現的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),往往伴(ban)隨(sui)著異常(chang)噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),這些噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的位(wei)置及高(gao)低和音別隨(sui)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)原因(yin)不(bu)同而有(you)區別,檢(jian)修時,要多聽多看(kan),可以利用或(huo)根據故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)響(xiang)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特點,確定發出(chu)響(xiang)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)位(wei)置,尋找(zhao)和檢(jian)修故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)。
1、異常噪(zao)(zao)聲發生在(zai)控(kong)制回路上(shang),發出(chu)“哼”的(de)噪(zao)(zao)聲,一般是(shi)接(jie)觸(chu)器出(chu)現了(le)故障(如交流接(jie)觸(chu)器觸(chu)頭接(jie)觸(chu)不良、電壓等(deng)級不符(fu)、磁芯被(bei)卡等(deng)等(deng)),應(ying)對故障接(jie)觸(chu)器進行檢修,無法檢修時必須更換,處理后,噪(zao)(zao)聲自行消除。
2、電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發出(chu)(chu)異常噪(zao)聲(sheng),應立(li)即停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji),檢查電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)否單相(xiang)運轉,或軸承(cheng)損壞(huai)、聯軸器軸心(xin)不(bu)正(zheng)及“掃膛(tang)”等故障,這(zhe)些都會使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)有異常響聲(sheng),不(bu)同(tong)故障的(de)(de)(de)(de)響聲(sheng)位置(zhi)及高(gao)(gao)低(di)和音別(bie)不(bu)同(tong),單相(xiang)運轉時(shi),整個(ge)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發出(chu)(chu)有規律忽強忽弱(ruo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng);而軸承(cheng)損壞(huai)時(shi),會在軸承(cheng)附近,發出(chu)(chu)伴隨(sui)著“咯(ge)噔(deng)-咯(ge)噔(deng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng);而聯軸器軸心(xin)不(bu)正(zheng)時(shi),或電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)輕微(wei)掃膛(tang),整個(ge)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發出(chu)(chu)極(ji)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng),并不(bu)時(shi)伴隨(sui)著尖銳刺耳的(de)(de)(de)(de)聲(sheng)音。總之(zhi),應根據(ju)噪(zao)聲(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong),找出(chu)(chu)故障,進行(xing)逐項(xiang)檢修,恢復電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)正(zheng)常性(xing)能,當電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)故障未處(chu)理時(shi),禁止(zhi)使(shi)用葫(hu)蘆。
3、異常噪聲從減速器(qi)發出,減速器(qi)出現(xian)故障(如減速箱或(huo)(huo)軸(zhou)承(cheng)缺潤滑(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)、齒輪(lun)(lun)磨損(sun)或(huo)(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)、軸(zhou)承(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)等等),這時應停機(ji)檢查(cha),首先確定減速器(qi)的(de)減速箱或(huo)(huo)軸(zhou)承(cheng)在使用前是否加了潤滑(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you),使用中(zhong)是否定期更換(huan)潤滑(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you),如沒有按要求(qiu)潤滑(hua)(hua)(hua),減速器(qi)不僅會產生過(guo)高的(de)“嗡嗡”聲,還會過(guo)度磨損(sun)或(huo)(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)齒輪(lun)(lun)及軸(zhou)承(cheng)。
三、制動時停機下滑距離超過規定要求
電動(dong)葫蘆長期(qi)停用時,有人(ren)誤調整(zheng)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)調整(zheng)螺母,或制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)環磨損過(guo)大,使制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)彈簧壓力(li)減小,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)力(li)降(jiang)低,當停機時,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)不可(ke)靠,下滑(hua)距離超過(guo)規(gui)定要(yao)求(qiu),這種情況只要(yao)按(an)葫蘆說明(ming)書要(yao)求(qiu),重(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)調整(zheng)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)螺母即(ji)可(ke)。但工作中應注(zhu)意,起升重(zhong)(zhong)物時,禁止調整(zheng)、檢(jian)查和維修制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器。
有時,調(diao)整了制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)螺母,停機下滑(hua)距離(li)仍超過規定要求,碰到(dao)此類(lei)情況,就要考(kao)慮其他原因,首先先拆開制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)環,檢查制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)面上是否(fou)粘有油污(wu),如粘有油污(wu),摩擦(ca)系數降低,會使制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)時打滑(hua),下滑(hua)距離(li)超過規定要求,僅調(diao)整制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)螺母用(yong)處不大,這(zhe)時只(zhi)有徹底(di)清洗制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)面(清洗易(yi)用(yong)輕質汽油),恢(hui)復制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)面摩擦(ca)系數;其次,如制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)環松動(dong)(dong)或(huo)損壞,制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)環無法保證有效制(zhi)動(dong)(dong),只(zhi)有更(geng)換制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)環。
有時(shi)發現制(zhi)動環未損(sun)壞,僅制(zhi)動環與后端(duan)蓋錐面接觸(chu)不良(liang)(liang)(liang),制(zhi)動時(shi),制(zhi)動面接觸(chu)過(guo)(guo)少,制(zhi)動力(li)過(guo)(guo)小,使下滑距離(li)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)規定(ding)要求。檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)時(shi),為了(le)增大制(zhi)動力(li),應查找出接觸(chu)不良(liang)(liang)(liang)的位置,進行(xing)修(xiu)(xiu)磨,增大制(zhi)動時(shi)的接觸(chu)面,無法(fa)修(xiu)(xiu)磨時(shi),需更(geng)換配件;葫蘆電機(ji)(ji)聯軸器竄動不靈或(huo)卡死,停機(ji)(ji)后,制(zhi)動環與后端(duan)蓋錐面接觸(chu)不良(liang)(liang)(liang)或(huo)無法(fa)接觸(chu),使葫蘆制(zhi)動效(xiao)果時(shi)好時(shi)壞,這類情況,應對聯軸器進行(xing)檢(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)或(huo)更(geng)換。另外,制(zhi)動器壓力(li)彈(dan)簧(huang)長(chang)期(qi)使用產生疲(pi)勞,使彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)變小,停機(ji)(ji)時(shi),制(zhi)動不牢固(gu),則應更(geng)換彈(dan)簧(huang),重新調整制(zhi)動力(li)。
四、電動機溫升過高
首先應檢查電動葫蘆是(shi)否(fou)(fou)超(chao)載使(shi)(shi)用,超(chao)載導致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)發(fa)熱(re),長期(qi)超(chao)載將(jiang)燒毀(hui)電(dian)(dian)機(ji);電(dian)(dian)機(ji)未(wei)超(chao)載,仍發(fa)熱(re),應(ying)檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)機(ji)軸承是(shi)否(fou)(fou)損(sun)壞;還應(ying)檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)機(ji)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)按規定工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),這也(ye)是(shi)引(yin)起(qi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)發(fa)熱(re)的原因之一,使(shi)(shi)用時應(ying)嚴格按電(dian)(dian)機(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)運轉(zhuan)時,制(zhi)動(dong)器間(jian)隙太小,未(wei)完(wan)全脫開,產生(sheng)很大摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li),摩(mo)擦(ca)發(fa)熱(re)的同時也(ye)相當于增加了附加載荷,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速降低,電(dian)(dian)流變大而發(fa)熱(re),此時應(ying)停止工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),重(zhong)新調整制(zhi)動(dong)間(jian)隙。
五、重物升至半空,停車后不能再起動
首先檢查系統電壓是(shi)否過低或波動是(shi)否過大,如是(shi)這(zhe)種情況(kuang),只(zhi)有等電壓恢(hui)復正常(chang)后再起動;另(ling)一方(fang)面,要(yao)注意三相電機運(yun)轉中缺相,停機后無法起動,此時(shi)需要(yao)檢查電源相數。
六、不能停車或到極限位置仍不停車
這類情況一般是(shi)接(jie)觸器(qi)的觸頭熔(rong)焊,當(dang)按下停(ting)(ting)止開關時,接(jie)觸器(qi)的觸頭不(bu)能斷(duan)開,電機照常得電運轉(zhuan),葫蘆不(bu)停(ting)(ting)車(che);到極(ji)限(xian)(xian)位置(zhi)如限(xian)(xian)位器(qi)失靈,葫蘆不(bu)停(ting)(ting)車(che)。出現這種情況,立即切斷(duan)電源(yuan),使(shi)葫蘆強行停(ting)(ting)車(che)。停(ting)(ting)車(che)后,檢修接(jie)觸器(qi)或(huo)限(xian)(xian)位器(qi),嚴(yan)重損壞無法(fa)修復(fu)的,必須更(geng)換,微型電動(dong)葫蘆也是(shi)一樣。
七、電路無故障電機不能啟動
冬(dong)季施(shi)工中,尤(you)其(qi)是雪后(hou),電(dian)路無故(gu)障電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)還是不能啟動,其(qi)原因(yin)是剎車環凍(dong)死,若此時還強(qiang)行開機(ji)(ji)(ji),就容易燒毀電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。解決的(de)方(fang)法就是打(da)開電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)罩,用(yong)撬棍撬動電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),使(shi)其(qi)能自由旋轉(zhuan)即可。
八、鋼絲繩只上不下
其原(yuan)因為行(xing)程(cheng)限(xian)位器損壞,需更換行(xing)程(cheng)限(xian)位器,環鏈電動葫蘆(lu)也是(shi)一樣。
九、減速器漏油
減速器漏油原因是(shi):
1、減速器(qi)箱體與箱蓋之間,密封圈(quan)(quan)裝配不良或(huo)(huo)失效(xiao)損壞(huai),應拆(chai)下檢(jian)修或(huo)(huo)更換密封圈(quan)(quan);
2、減速器(qi)連結(jie)螺釘未擰(ning)緊,在停機后,應(ying)擰(ning)緊螺釘。
十、電動機發生掃膛
產生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)的原(yuan)因(yin)是電(dian)機軸上(shang)支承圈磨(mo)損嚴(yan)重、轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)鐵心位移,或因(yin)其(qi)他原(yuan)因(yin)使定子(zi)(zi)鐵心位移,造成電(dian)機錐(zhui)形(xing)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)與定子(zi)(zi)間隙(xi)(xi)太小發(fa)生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)。電(dian)機嚴(yan)禁“掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)”,當發(fa)生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)后,應(ying)拆下支承圈進行(xing)更換,調整(zheng)定子(zi)(zi)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)錐(zhui)面之間的間隙(xi)(xi)使之均(jun)勻(yun),或送到維修(xiu)廠進行(xing)修(xiu)理。
