一、助行器的使用方法
助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),又稱(cheng)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、走(zou)路助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),是(shi)一種通(tong)過器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)械的(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng),輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)人(ren)體支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)體重、保持平(ping)衡和(he)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)的(de)(de)(de)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)具,使用助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)以讓腿腳不便的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)方(fang)便,不過使用的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候要注意正(zheng)確(que)的(de)(de)(de)用法:1、助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高度(du)調(diao)節(jie):一般(ban)調(diao)節(jie)到尺骨莖突到腳后(hou)跟的(de)(de)(de)距離再加(jia)2.5cm,或者調(diao)節(jie)到患(huan)(huan)者持助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)站立(li)時(shi),肘(zhou)輕屈30度(du)左右。2、正(zheng)確(que)扶(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法:放松肩膀,正(zheng)確(que)擺放助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),緊握(wo)兩(liang)(liang)旁扶(fu)手(shou),保持正(zheng)立(li)姿勢,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)握(wo)緊助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)站穩,放置身前(qian),患(huan)(huan)側腿先邁出(chu),足跟落在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)?器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)腿位置,另?側腿跟上。3、步(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)方(fang)法:兩(liang)(liang)腳掌站在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)入口連線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)中央,先將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)向前(qian)移(yi)(yi)動20厘?,患(huan)(huan)側肢體向前(qian)邁出(chu)一步(bu)(bu),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),患(huan)(huan)肢不負(fu)重的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),邁出(chu)健(jian)肢(健(jian)肢與(yu)患(huan)(huan)肢平(ping)性(xing)即可(ke)),交(jiao)替行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)。4、坐下(xia)和(he)起身:(1)坐下(xia)步(bu)(bu)驟:慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)后(hou)移(yi)(yi),直至雙(shuang)(shuang)腳接觸椅邊,按著椅邊扶(fu)穩慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)坐下(xia)。(2)起身步(bu)(bu)驟:將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)放于正(zheng)前(qian)方(fang),健(jian)側手(shou)放在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)上,患(huan)(huan)側手(shou)按在(zai)床(chuang)面,臀部向前(qian)移(yi)(yi),雙(shuang)(shuang)膝微屈,重心傾向前(qian)然后(hou)起立(li)。
二、助行器使用注意事項

助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)的方法主要有兩種(zhong):1、三(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)法:抬(tai)頭(tou)挺胸,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架向(xiang)前(qian)移動1步(bu)(bu)(bu)(25~30cm)。患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抬(tai)高后邁(mai)(mai)出半步(bu)(bu)(bu),約在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架橫向(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)線處。雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸(shen)直握緊助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架把(ba)手(shou)(shou),支(zhi)撐身(shen)(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)(mai)出健(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),如此重復向(xiang)前(qian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)走(zou)。三(san)步(bu)(bu)(bu)走(zou)的順(shun)序是:助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)→患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)→健(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),步(bu)(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)順(shun)序為(wei):先提起助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)放在(zai)一(yi)(yi)臂(bei)處,患(huan)(huan)(huan)腿(tui)向(xiang)前(qian)邁(mai)(mai)出,健(jian)腿(tui)邁(mai)(mai)出與患(huan)(huan)(huan)腿(tui)在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)水平。2、四(si)步(bu)(bu)(bu)法:抬(tai)頭(tou)挺胸,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架向(xiang)前(qian)移動1步(bu)(bu)(bu)(25~30cm)。患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抬(tai)高后邁(mai)(mai)出,落在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架橫向(xiang)的中(zhong)(zhong)線處。再(zai)次(ci)向(xiang)前(qian)移動助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架1步(bu)(bu)(bu)。雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸(shen)直支(zhi)撐身(shen)(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)(mai)出健(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),超過患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)位置,落在(zai)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)架與患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)之間。四(si)步(bu)(bu)(bu)走(zou)的順(shun)序是:助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)→患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)→助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)→健(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),步(bu)(bu)(bu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)順(shun)序為(wei):雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)將助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)舉起,向(xiang)前(qian)移動一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu),患(huan)(huan)(huan)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抬(tai)高后邁(mai)(mai)出,再(zai)次(ci)向(xiang)前(qian)移動助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)器(qi)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)(bu),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)支(zhi)撐身(shen)(shen)(shen)體(ti),邁(mai)(mai)出健(jian)肢(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
五、助行器的作用
1、支持(chi)(chi)體重(zhong):偏癱、截癱后,患者(zhe)肌力(li)減弱或雙下(xia)肢(zhi)(zhi)無力(li)不(bu)(bu)能支撐體重(zhong)或因(yin)關節疼痛不(bu)(bu)能負重(zhong)時,走路助(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)器可(ke)以起到替(ti)代作用。2、保(bao)持(chi)(chi)平衡:如老年人、非中樞性失調的下(xia)肢(zhi)(zhi)無力(li)、下(xia)肢(zhi)(zhi)痙攣前伸(shen)不(bu)(bu)佳(jia)、重(zhong)心移動不(bu)(bu)能平衡等障礙,助(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)器可(ke)以幫(bang)助(zhu)(zhu)他們保(bao)持(chi)(chi)平衡。3、增強(qiang)肌力(li):經常(chang)使用走路助(zhu)(zhu)行(xing)器,由(you)于要支撐身體,需要較強(qiang)的肌力(li),因(yin)此,對上肢(zhi)(zhi)伸(shen)肌有增強(qiang)肌力(li)的作用。
