貴州黔朝酒業有限公司成立于1995年8月(yue),注冊資金120萬。公(gong)(gong)司投(tou)入(ru)巨資在(zai)中(zhong)國酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)都——仁(ren)懷市茅(mao)臺鎮上(shang)坪村傾(qing)力(li)打造(zao)醬香型白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地(di),基(ji)地(di)占地(di)面積(ji)約300畝(mu),年基(ji)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力(li)4500噸,基(ji)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)儲存能(neng)力(li)15000噸。公(gong)(gong)司所(suo)有產(chan)品按照茅(mao)臺鎮傳統的生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝要求,嚴(yan)格按照節氣(qi),端午(wu)采曲,重陽投(tou)料(liao)(liao),全年分兩次(ci)投(tou)料(liao)(liao),同(tong)一(yi)批料(liao)(liao)要經九(jiu)次(ci)蒸煮,加曲,堆積(ji)發酵。一(yi)年一(yi)個生(sheng)產(chan)周期(qi)。在(zai)此期(qi)間內,經高(gao)(gao)溫制(zhi)(zhi)曲,高(gao)(gao)溫堆積(ji),高(gao)(gao)溫入(ru)池,高(gao)(gao)溫接酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),低(di)糖化(hua)制(zhi)(zhi)曲,低(di)水(shui)份入(ru)池,低(di)出酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)量,低(di)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)精(jing)濃度(du)等工(gong)(gong)藝,保證了茅(mao)臺鎮正宗的制(zhi)(zhi)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)工(gong)(gong)藝,使(shi)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的品質(zhi)極(ji)優(you),酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)體香而(er)(er)不(bu)艷,低(di)而(er)(er)不(bu)淡,豐滿醇厚,回味悠長(chang),空杯留香,且飲后(hou)不(bu)上(shang)頭(tou),不(bu)口干,為白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)的珍品。
貴州黔(qian)朝酒(jiu)(jiu)業有限公(gong)司(si)極(ji)力打(da)造(zao)的“黔(qian)朝”洞藏(zang)老壇(tan)(tan)酒(jiu)(jiu),采用茅臺(tai)鎮(zhen)(zhen)本地(di)糯高(gao)粱、小麥、水為原料,秉承貴州茅臺(tai)千年(nian)傳統(tong)釀造(zao)工藝,經(jing)九(jiu)次(ci) 蒸(zheng)煮、八次(ci)發酵、七次(ci)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)取酒(jiu)(jiu),整整一年(nian)生(sheng)產周期精心釀制而成。然后(hou)調酒(jiu)(jiu)大師根據(ju)各輪(lun)(lun)次(ci)酒(jiu)(jiu)不同特征,按不同比例進行大盤勾,這種粹取了(le)七輪(lun)(lun)次(ci)酒(jiu)(jiu)之精華的原漿酒(jiu)(jiu),在(zai)茅臺(tai)鎮(zhen)(zhen)用千斤(jin)(jin)、兩千斤(jin)(jin)陶壇(tan)(tan)首先儲存于通風、避光、清潔、常溫條件下,經(jing)受(shou)自(zi)然界四季溫差變化,酒(jiu)(jiu)體與茅臺(tai)鎮(zhen)(zhen)特殊的自(zi)然環境(jing)中豐富的微生(sheng)物(wu)群、氧氣發生(sheng)吐納作用。
