青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團是2009年3月(yue)由青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)社整體轉(zhuan)企改制(zhi)設立的(de)(de)國有(you)獨(du)資(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si),集(ji)圖(tu)書、報紙、期(qi)刊、電子、音像、網(wang)絡、影(ying)視于一體,覆(fu)蓋(gai)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)全產業(ye)鏈、具有(you)城(cheng)市(shi)特色(se)的(de)(de)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒集(ji)團。現轄(xia)青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)城(cheng)市(shi)傳(chuan)媒股份(fen)(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)財經日報社、商周刊社、青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)藝術館(guan)、青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)置業(ye)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)投資(zi)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)等23家公(gong)(gong)司(si)。2012年集(ji)團完成出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)發行(xing)板(ban)塊股份(fen)(fen)制(zhi)改造,成立青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒股份(fen)(fen)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)。2012年9月(yue)引入(ru)戰略(lve)投資(zi)者,實現了股權結(jie)構多(duo)元化。
集團(tuan)堅持正確出(chu)(chu)版導向,以弘揚(yang)社(she)會主義核心(xin)價值觀為引導,大力實施精品出(chu)(chu)版戰略,出(chu)(chu)版了(le)《馮(feng)其庸(yong)文集》《中(zhong)國木版年畫》《三江源》《孔(kong)子(zi)研究論文選(xuan)編》等精品力作,社(she)會效益(yi)凸顯。
集(ji)團(tuan)立足(zu)版權資產優(you)勢,加強與新興(xing)媒體融合發展。自主開發的(de)“青島微書城”已(yi)聚攏幾十萬粉絲,并成為中宣部(bu)指(zhi)導的(de)“中國(guo)好書”評(ping)選獨有移動互聯網合作伙伴(ban)。此外(wai),立足(zu)城市(shi)文化需(xu)求,集(ji)團(tuan)著手建立“數字文化社(she)區(qu)”和(he)“市(shi)民閱讀(du)體系(xi)”。
另外,集(ji)團(tuan)積極在文化領(ling)域實施兼并重組。參投(tou)的深圳崇德動漫(man)公司(si)和上海童石(shi)網絡科(ke)技(ji)公司(si)均已成(cheng)功掛牌(pai)新(xin)三板(ban);幾年來保持深度合作的國內女(nv)性閱讀品(pin)牌(pai)“悅(yue)讀紀(ji)”,集(ji)團(tuan)也將(jiang)于年內完成(cheng)對其收購。
