1932年(nian)(nian)7月鄒韜奮先生(sheng)在上海(hai)創辦生(sheng)活書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian),1948年(nian)(nian)生(sheng)活書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)與成立于20世紀30年(nian)(nian)代的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)社(she)(she)、新(xin)(xin)知書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)在香港合(he)并(bing)成立生(sheng)活?讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)?新(xin)(xin)知三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)。1951年(nian)(nian)三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)入(ru)人(ren)民(min)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)社(she)(she)作(zuo)為其(qi)副(fu)牌。1986年(nian)(nian)1月正(zheng)式恢(hui)復獨(du)立建制(zhi)。1996年(nian)(nian)1月,三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)遷(qian)入(ru)北(bei)京市東城區美術(shu)(shu)館東街22號營業。2002年(nian)(nian)4月三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)劃歸(gui)中國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司,2010年(nian)(nian)7月隨(sui)中國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司改制(zhi)為企業,現為中國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)傳媒股(gu)份有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司全資子公(gong)(gong)(gong)司。目前旗(qi)下有(you)學術(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)分社(she)(she)、文(wen)化(hua)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)分社(she)(she)、綜合(he)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)分社(she)(she)、大眾出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)分社(she)(she)、專題出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)分社(she)(she)、信息技術(shu)(shu)與數字出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)部六(liu)個出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)部門;《讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)》《三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)生(sheng)活周刊》《愛樂》《新(xin)(xin)知》四種期刊;北(bei)京三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)韜奮書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)、三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(上海(hai))有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司、三聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)時空國(guo)(guo)際(ji)文(wen)化(hua)傳播(bo)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司、生(sheng)活書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)(dian)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司等分支機(ji)構。
