樞紐簡介
西藏旁多水(shui)利樞紐工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)地處(chu)拉薩河(he)流(liu)域(yu)中游,扼(e)拉薩河(he)干(gan)流(liu)─熱振藏布和(he)烏魯龍曲、扒曲兩條支流(liu)的匯合口(kou),壩(ba)址控制流(liu)域(yu)面積(ji)16370平方公里,年徑(jing)流(liu)量62.48億(yi)立方米。旁多水(shui)利樞紐正常蓄水(shui)位4095m,水(shui)庫(ku)總庫(ku)容11.74億(yi)立方米,電站裝機(ji)容量120MW,電站年發電量為(wei)5.38億(yi)kW.h,設(she)計(ji)(ji)灌溉面積(ji)67萬(wan)畝(mu)。灌溉面積(ji)67萬(wan)畝(mu),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)規模為(wei)大(1)型(xing)Ⅰ等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。大壩(ba)設(she)計(ji)(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)1000年一遇,校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)10000年一遇;電站廠房設(she)計(ji)(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100一遇,校(xiao)核洪(hong)水(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)200一遇。地震基本烈(lie)度為(wei)8度,大壩(ba)地震設(she)計(ji)(ji)烈(lie)度為(wei)9度。工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)為(wei)69個月。
2011年10月(yue)26日,西藏(zang)旁(pang)多水(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等待(dai)截流。當日,被(bei)譽為“西藏(zang)三峽(xia)”的旁(pang)多水(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)截流成(cheng)功。旁(pang)多水(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)西藏(zang)解放來最大水(shui)利(li)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。
樞紐工程
工程(cheng)位于高(gao)海拔、高(gao)地震烈度和深覆蓋層地區(qu)(qu)。工程(cheng)區(qu)(qu)海拔高(gao)度在(zai)4000m以上,壩基(ji)覆蓋層深度150m。屬高(gao)原溫(wen)帶氣候(hou)區(qu)(qu),日溫(wen)差大(da)。本工程(cheng)主(zhu)要由大(da)壩、泄(xie)洪系統(tong)、引水發電系統(tong)及灌(guan)溉輸水洞等組(zu)成。
大壩
大(da)壩為(wei)碾(nian)壓式(shi)瀝青混凝土(tu)(tu)心墻砂礫石壩,壩頂高程為(wei)4100.00m,最(zui)大(da)壩高72.30m,壩頂長為(wei)1052.00m。壩基覆蓋(gai)層采用混凝土(tu)(tu)防滲墻帷(wei)幕灌(guan)漿方案(an)。
泄洪系統
泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)系(xi)統由泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞和泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)兼導(dao)流(liu)(liu)洞組成。泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞為(wei)表孔無壓隧洞,為(wei)10m×10.2m的圓拱直墻(qiang)斷面,全長747m,校(xiao)核情況泄(xie)(xie)量1237立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),最(zui)大流(liu)(liu)速(su)26.5m/s;泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)(hong)(hong)兼導(dao)流(liu)(liu)洞為(wei)有(you)壓隧洞,洞徑為(wei)11m,全長753m,校(xiao)核情況泄(xie)(xie)量1796立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),最(zui)大流(liu)(liu)速(su)18.90m/s。
引水系統
引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統采用(yong)(yong)一洞四機的(de)引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi),為(wei)有壓引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞,洞徑10m,全長418.6m,最大引(yin)(yin)用(yong)(yong)流量247.56 立方米/秒。發電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房為(wei)引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)地面廠(chang)(chang)房,廠(chang)(chang)內布(bu)置四臺(tai)立軸(zhou)混流式(shi)發電(dian)機組,主廠(chang)(chang)房尺(chi)寸82.98m×21.5m×38.51m(長×寬×高)。
灌溉輸水洞
灌溉(gai)輸水洞采用無(wu)壓引水方式(shi),采用3.5m×3.5m(無(wu)襯砌(qi)及(ji)噴錨段)或4.0m×4.0m(襯砌(qi)段)圓拱(gong)直墻開挖斷面,全長20207m,設(she)計流量10立方米/秒。
