桂林田(tian)螺(luo)是指生活于(yu)(yu)廣西壯族自治區(qu)桂林地(di)區(qu)的田(tian)螺(luo)科的軟(ruan)(ruan)體動(dong)(dong)物,屬于(yu)(yu)軟(ruan)(ruan)體動(dong)(dong)物門腹足綱前鰓亞綱田(tian)螺(luo)科。可在夏、秋季(ji)節捕取(qu)。
桂(gui)(gui)林田(tian)(tian)(tian)螺(luo)是指(zhi)生活于(yu)廣西壯族自治區桂(gui)(gui)林地區的田(tian)(tian)(tian)螺(luo)科的軟體(ti)動物(wu)(wu),屬于(yu)軟體(ti)動物(wu)(wu)門腹足綱前鰓亞綱田(tian)(tian)(tian)螺(luo)科。可在夏、秋季節捕取(qu)。桂(gui)(gui)林田(tian)(tian)(tian)螺(luo)是淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)生物(wu)(wu),大多分(fen)布于(yu)水(shui)(shui)田(tian)(tian)(tian)中,也有少數(shu)遷至水(shui)(shui)田(tian)(tian)(tian)附近的池塘、水(shui)(shui)溝等(deng)處。
其(qi)(qi)特(te)點(dian)是大(da)個肉肥(fei)、味道鮮(xian)美(mei)。吃時其(qi)(qi)味酸辣鮮(xian)美(mei),特(te)別(bie)開胃。老少皆宜。
煮田螺一定要配以桂林特制的酸辣椒,再放入蔥(cong)、姜、三花酒等(deng)各種(zhong)配料炒煮而成,煮時(shi)(shi)須將螺尾(wei)敲掉,便(bian)于煮時(shi)(shi)進味,亦便(bian)于吸食螺肉。
