海陽(yang)四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是海陽(yang)市級高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。創建(jian)于1957年(nian),1979年(nian)被確定為(wei)(wei)縣高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),原(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi)在小紀鎮駐地(di),2001年(nian)9月搬至東村原(yuan)海陽(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)(deng)職業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)(deng)學校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi),2007年(nian)搬至原(yuan)東村初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi),學校(xiao)(xiao)投資(zi)千萬余元,改造了餐廳,建(jian)造了氣勢恢宏(hong)的(de)規范化學生公(gong)寓大(da)樓(lou),另一座綜合實(shi)驗大(da)樓(lou)正在緊(jin)鑼(luo)密鼓的(de)籌備(bei)建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);在強化標(biao)注化校(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)設的(de)同時(shi),積極(ji)引進(jin)的(de)教學儀器,每(mei)個班級都配(pei)有(you)多媒(mei)體教學設備(bei),每(mei)個教職工都配(pei)有(you)一臺辦(ban)公(gong)筆記(ji)本電腦。現(xian)如今擁有(you)兩座教學樓(lou)、一座辦(ban)公(gong)樓(lou)、一座實(shi)驗樓(lou)、一座學生公(gong)寓,一個標(biao)準(zhun)田徑(jing)賽場(chang)和籃球場(chang),校(xiao)(xiao)園布(bu)局合理,動(dong)靜分明,分為(wei)(wei)教學、生活、運動(dong)、綜合服(fu)務四大(da)區(qu)域(yu);環境優美(mei),綠樹成(cheng)蔭,花草遍(bian)地(di);整個校(xiao)(xiao)園宛如一幅優美(mei)校(xiao)(xiao)園風(feng)情畫。
學校(xiao)(xiao)堅持以(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科研為先(xian)導(dao)(dao)(dao),從改(gai)革課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學入手(shou),不斷探索“減(jian)負(fu)增效”、實(shi)(shi)施(shi)素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的路(lu)子。我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)是山東省(sheng)“學生(sheng)能(neng)力培(pei)養(yang)研究(jiu)”實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)基地,承接(jie)了多(duo)項課題的研究(jiu)任務;課題“學案導(dao)(dao)(dao)學、任務驅動法”獲(huo)得山東省(sheng)基礎教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科研優(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)成果(guo)一等獎(jiang)。自建校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)(yi)來,涌(yong)現一批國家、省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)學能(neng)手(shou)和(he)優(you)質(zhi)課執教(jiao)(jiao)者。其(qi)中有2人(ren)次(ci)(ci),10多(duo)人(ren)次(ci)(ci)獲(huo)省(sheng)級(ji)獎(jiang),30多(duo)人(ren)次(ci)(ci)獲(huo)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一等獎(jiang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)者、模范教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、師(shi)德標兵(bing)、優(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、創新(xin)人(ren)物、名校(xiao)(xiao)長、名師(shi)和(he)政府特(te)殊津貼、有突(tu)出貢獻的優(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)人(ren)才等評(ping)選中,有2位(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)受表(biao)彰(zhang),5位(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)受省(sheng)級(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang),10余名教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)受地市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)級(ji)表(biao)彰(zhang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)學組織(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)上,實(shi)(shi)行班內分層次(ci)(ci)、全(quan)部(bu)(bu)學生(sheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)師(shi)制、特(te)長生(sheng)點(dian)對點(dian)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)制、學困生(sheng)手(shou)把手(shou)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)制等多(duo)形(xing)式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學。我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)自1993年以(yi)(yi)來,連(lian)續(xu)八次(ci)(ci)被(bei)評(ping)為海陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)”和(he)海陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“十佳文明學校(xiao)(xiao)”;學校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)連(lian)續(xu)七次(ci)(ci)被(bei)評(ping)為海陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”。1993年被(bei)評(ping)為“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)”“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)基層組織(zhi)(zhi)”;1993年、1995年兩(liang)次(ci)(ci)榮獲(huo)“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)”;1997年被(bei)評(ping)為“煙(yan)臺(tai)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”;高(gao)考本科上線率一直名列前(qian)茅。

自四中建校以(yi)來,海陽四中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習實(shi)踐科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)發(fa)展觀(guan)(guan),落(luo)(luo)實(shi)素質教育(yu)、落(luo)(luo)實(shi)課程(cheng)方案、規(gui)范(fan)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)行為(wei)。以(yi)“培養可持(chi)續(xu)發(fa)展的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,早就可持(chi)續(xu)勝任的(de)教師,創辦可持(chi)續(xu)攀高的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校,實(shi)施可持(chi)續(xu)提升的(de)教育(yu)”為(wei)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)宗旨,牢固樹(shu)立(li)大(da)安全觀(guan)(guan)和(he)大(da)質量觀(guan)(guan),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)工作逐步(bu)走上規(gui)范(fan)化(hua)、精細化(hua)、人(ren)文化(hua)軌(gui)道,內部(bu)(bu)發(fa)展潛力(li)得到深(shen)入挖(wa)掘。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)行扁平化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,把全校分為(wei)南(nan)北兩部(bu)(bu),每部(bu)(bu)各有三級(ji),縮(suo)短管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)鏈(lian)條(tiao),做(zuo)到“人(ren)人(ren)都管(guan)(guan)(guan)事,事事有人(ren)管(guan)(guan)(guan)”,同一(yi)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)一(yi)分為(wei)二,合作中有競(jing)爭,極大(da)調(diao)動了廣(guang)大(da)教師的(de)積極性,提高了管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)質量。
