海(hai)陽四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)海(hai)陽市級高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。創建(jian)(jian)(jian)于(yu)1957年(nian),1979年(nian)被確定為縣高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),原(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)址在(zai)(zai)(zai)小紀(ji)鎮駐地,2001年(nian)9月搬至東(dong)村(cun)原(yuan)海(hai)陽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等職(zhi)(zhi)業中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)址,2007年(nian)搬至原(yuan)東(dong)村(cun)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)址,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)投(tou)資(zi)千(qian)萬余元,改造了餐廳,建(jian)(jian)(jian)造了氣(qi)勢恢宏的規范(fan)化學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公寓(yu)大樓(lou)(lou),另(ling)一座(zuo)綜合實驗大樓(lou)(lou)正在(zai)(zai)(zai)緊鑼(luo)密(mi)鼓(gu)的籌備建(jian)(jian)(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);在(zai)(zai)(zai)強化標(biao)注(zhu)化校(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的同(tong)時,積極引(yin)進的教(jiao)學(xue)儀器,每個(ge)班(ban)級都(dou)配有多媒體(ti)教(jiao)學(xue)設備,每個(ge)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工都(dou)配有一臺辦公筆記本電腦。現(xian)如今擁有兩座(zuo)教(jiao)學(xue)樓(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)辦公樓(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)實驗樓(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公寓(yu),一個(ge)標(biao)準(zhun)田徑賽(sai)場和籃球(qiu)場,校(xiao)(xiao)園布局合理(li),動(dong)靜(jing)分明,分為教(jiao)學(xue)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活、運(yun)動(dong)、綜合服(fu)務四(si)大區(qu)域;環境優美(mei),綠樹成蔭,花草遍地;整(zheng)個(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)園宛如一幅優美(mei)校(xiao)(xiao)園風情(qing)畫。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校堅持以教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科研(yan)為先導,從改(gai)革課(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)入手(shou),不斷探索“減負增效(xiao)”、實(shi)施素(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的路子。我(wo)校是山東(dong)省(sheng)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)生能力培養(yang)研(yan)究”實(shi)驗基地(di)(di),承接了多(duo)項課(ke)(ke)題的研(yan)究任(ren)務;課(ke)(ke)題“學(xue)(xue)(xue)案導學(xue)(xue)(xue)、任(ren)務驅動法”獲(huo)得山東(dong)省(sheng)基礎教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)科研(yan)優(you)(you)(you)秀成果(guo)一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。自建校以來,涌現一(yi)批國(guo)家、省(sheng)、市(shi)級教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能手(shou)和優(you)(you)(you)質課(ke)(ke)執教(jiao)(jiao)者。其中(zhong)有2人(ren)次(ci),10多(duo)人(ren)次(ci)獲(huo)省(sheng)級獎(jiang)(jiang),30多(duo)人(ren)次(ci)獲(huo)市(shi)一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)(jiang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)者、模范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)標兵、優(you)(you)(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、創新人(ren)物、名校長、名師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和政府特殊津(jin)貼、有突出貢(gong)獻的優(you)(you)(you)秀人(ren)才等(deng)評選中(zhong),有2位(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)受表(biao)彰(zhang),5位(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)受省(sheng)級表(biao)彰(zhang),10余名教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)受地(di)(di)市(shi)級表(biao)彰(zhang)。在教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)組織(zhi)形式(shi)上,實(shi)行班內分層次(ci)、全部學(xue)(xue)(xue)生導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)制、特長生點(dian)對點(dian)輔(fu)導制、學(xue)(xue)(xue)困(kun)生手(shou)把手(shou)輔(fu)導制等(deng)多(duo)形式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。我(wo)校自1993年以來,連續(xu)八次(ci)被(bei)評為海陽市(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)人(ren)單位(wei)”和海陽市(shi)“十佳(jia)文明學(xue)(xue)(xue)校”;學(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨支部連續(xu)七次(ci)被(bei)評為海陽市(shi)“黨支部”。1993年被(bei)評為“煙臺(tai)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)單位(wei)”“煙臺(tai)市(shi)基層組織(zhi)”;1993年、1995年兩(liang)次(ci)榮獲(huo)“煙臺(tai)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)人(ren)單位(wei)”;1997年被(bei)評為“煙臺(tai)市(shi)黨支部”;高考本科上線(xian)率一(yi)直名列前茅(mao)。
海陽四中(zhong)歷經半個世(shi)紀的(de)風雨,半個世(shi)紀的(de)磨礪,積淀形成自(zi)己(ji)獨(du)特(te)的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文化底蘊。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)堅持(chi)以(yi)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)發展為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)本,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成才奠基(ji)”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念,以(yi)“厚(hou)德(de),博(bo)(bo)學(xue)(xue)(xue),尚(shang)美,篤行”為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)訓,以(yi)“文明(ming)(ming),樸實,合(he)作,進取”為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風,以(yi)“博(bo)(bo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樂教,厚(hou)生(sheng)善導(dao)”為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)教風,以(yi)“樂學(xue)(xue)(xue)善思,明(ming)(ming)理強能(neng)”為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)風。早在八(ba)、九十年代(dai),四中(zhong)人就(jiu)以(yi)純樸的(de)優(you)良品(pin)質和出色(se)的(de)成績,成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)山東基(ji)礎教育的(de)一面(mian)旗幟。時代(dai)雖已變遷,但純樸的(de)品(pin)質卻被四中(zhong)人一以(yi)貫之地傳承了下(xia)來,并能(neng)融合(he)時代(dai)精神,形成優(you)秀的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文化。
自四中建校(xiao)以來,海陽四中學(xue)(xue)習(xi)實(shi)踐科學(xue)(xue)發(fa)展(zhan)觀(guan)(guan),落實(shi)素質教(jiao)(jiao)育、落實(shi)課程方案、規范辦學(xue)(xue)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)。以“培(pei)養可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)持(chi)(chi)續(xu)發(fa)展(zhan)的學(xue)(xue)生,早就可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)持(chi)(chi)續(xu)勝任的教(jiao)(jiao)師,創辦可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)持(chi)(chi)續(xu)攀高的學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),實(shi)施(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)持(chi)(chi)續(xu)提升(sheng)的教(jiao)(jiao)育”為(wei)(wei)(wei)辦學(xue)(xue)宗旨,牢(lao)固樹立(li)大安全觀(guan)(guan)和(he)大質量觀(guan)(guan),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)管(guan)理工作逐步走上(shang)規范化(hua)、精細化(hua)、人(ren)(ren)文化(hua)軌道(dao),內部(bu)(bu)發(fa)展(zhan)潛力得到(dao)深(shen)入(ru)挖掘。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)行(xing)扁平化(hua)管(guan)理模式,把全校(xiao)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)南北兩部(bu)(bu),每部(bu)(bu)各有(you)(you)三級,縮短管(guan)理鏈條,做到(dao)“人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)都管(guan)事(shi),事(shi)事(shi)有(you)(you)人(ren)(ren)管(guan)”,同一級部(bu)(bu)一分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)二,合作中有(you)(you)競爭,極大調(diao)動了廣大教(jiao)(jiao)師的積極性,提高了管(guan)理質量。
