蓬(peng)萊第一中(zhong)學地(di)(di)處渤海、黃海之濱,與馳(chi)名中(zhong)外的蓬(peng)萊閣相鄰,學校(xiao)建(jian)筑(zhu)精美,環境優雅,人(ren)(ren)(ren)文氣息濃郁,是煙臺市重點高中(zhong),山東省規范化(hua)學校(xiao)。學校(xiao)占地(di)(di)12萬(wan)平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),總建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)達6萬(wan)多平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),綠化(hua)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)2萬(wan)多平(ping)方(fang)米(mi)。現(xian)有(you)在(zai)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師371人(ren)(ren)(ren),其中(zhong),在(zai)職(zhi)高級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師55人(ren)(ren)(ren),一級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師90人(ren)(ren)(ren)。在(zai)校(xiao)學生人(ren)(ren)(ren)數近4000人(ren)(ren)(ren),70個班級(ji)。
現(xian)代化(hua)的(de)教育(yu)理念多(duo)年來,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)舉素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教育(yu)旗幟,堅持(chi)(chi)“高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、有特(te)色、現(xian)代化(hua)”的(de)發展(zhan)標準,堅持(chi)(chi)“辦一(yi)(yi)流學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),創(chuang)(chuang)一(yi)(yi)流質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),育(yu)一(yi)(yi)流人才,進千所(suo)重點”的(de)目標,堅持(chi)(chi)“面向全(quan)(quan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)學(xue)生(sheng)、全(quan)(quan)面發展(zhan)、學(xue)生(sheng)主動(dong)發展(zhan)”的(de)教育(yu)原則和(he)“快節奏、輕負擔(dan)、高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)”教學(xue)原則,構建了(le)“以人格塑造為(wei)主線,以全(quan)(quan)方位活動(dong)為(wei)載體(ti)(ti)(ti),立(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)滲透,全(quan)(quan)面培養(yang)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”的(de)德(de)育(yu)格局,創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)了(le)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、處(chu)室、級(ji)部三(san)(san)級(ji)管(guan)理體(ti)(ti)(ti)系,以級(ji)部為(wei)實體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)級(ji)部主任負責(ze)制,形成(cheng)了(le)“以教學(xue)為(wei)中心,以教研(yan)組和(he)班教育(yu)組為(wei)兩條主線,調動(dong)學(xue)生(sheng)、教師、家(jia)長三(san)(san)個積(ji)(ji)極性”的(de)教育(yu)教學(xue)管(guan)理模式。實施(shi)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)突破戰略,實施(shi)“創(chuang)(chuang)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、立(li)名(ming)師、育(yu)名(ming)生(sheng)”的(de)“三(san)(san)名(ming)”工(gong)程。逐步形成(cheng)了(le)“謙(qian)遜、勤奮、誠(cheng)樸(pu)、嚴(yan)謹”的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風,“認真、嚴(yan)格、互助、務實”的(de)教風,“積(ji)(ji)極、主動(dong)、刻(ke)苦、求實”的(de)學(xue)風。高(gao)點定位,致力(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)。
高素質的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍自1995年以來,學校實(shi)施“名牌帶動戰略(lve)”,讓(rang)有較高業務能(neng)力(li)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理論水平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師擔任新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師,力(li)爭使(shi)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師入(ru)校后(hou)一(yi)年熟(shu)(shu)悉教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學常規(gui),三年熟(shu)(shu)悉學科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學規(gui)律。隨著辦學規(gui)模的(de)(de)(de)不斷擴大(da),青年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)大(da)量增加(jia),2004年,又進一(yi)步(bu)實(shi)行(xing)“青藍(lan)工程(cheng)”,新(xin)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師結(jie)師徒對(dui)子,以老帶新(xin)。學校鼓(gu)勵并創(chuang)造條件讓(rang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師繼續(xu)深造與自我充實(shi)相結(jie)合,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學與科(ke)研(yan)雙肩挑,不斷提高自己的(de)(de)(de)業務水平(ping)。先后(hou)有3人獲全國優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師稱號。60人獲省、市(shi)級優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學能(neng)手稱號。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)學歷(li)水平(ping)99%達到本科(ke)以上,研(yan)究生(sheng)課程(cheng)進修班(ban)學員30余名。
1、采用(yong)競(jing)(jing)爭和(he)激勵機制,優化教工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)。學(xue)校(xiao)制訂了(le)《蓬萊一(yi)中(zhong)教學(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量末位公示及(ji)末位淘汰(tai)管(guan)理(li)辦(ban)法》、《蓬萊一(yi)中(zhong)職(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量末位公示及(ji)末位淘汰(tai)管(guan)理(li)辦(ban)法》、《常規(gui)管(guan)理(li)要求與(yu)檢查標(biao)準》等(deng)一(yi)系列辦(ban)法,規(gui)范教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)教育教學(xue)和(he)服務行(xing)為;采用(yong)全員(yuan)聘任(ren)(ren)(ren)制,讓全體教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)競(jing)(jing)爭上(shang)崗;以校(xiao)內結構工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制激活干勁,充(chong)分調動(dong)了(le)教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作積極性;開(kai)展多種(zhong)形式的(de)(de)評(ping)優選佳(jia)活動(dong),倡(chang)導同質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)競(jing)(jing)爭,加速(su)了(le)教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍的(de)(de)優化;嚴格(ge)實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)管(guan)理(li)辦(ban)法,提(ti)高班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)能動(dong)性。實行(xing)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)承(cheng)諾(nuo)制,制訂了(le)《班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)常規(gui)管(guan)理(li)考核辦(ban)法》,把(ba)績效與(yu)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)津(jin)貼(tie)掛鉤,分等(deng)級,月兌現(xian),極大地調動(dong)班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)積極性。
2、深化德育(yu)(yu)工作,強(qiang)(qiang)化學(xue)生常(chang)規(gui)(gui)管理(li)。創新(xin)德育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)模式(shi)(shi),開展主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu),諸如禮儀教育(yu)(yu)、誠信教育(yu)(yu)等等。同時,加強(qiang)(qiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文化建(jian)設(she),形(xing)成濃郁的(de)文化氛圍,以此(ci)影響熏(xun)陶(tao)感染學(xue)生,形(xing)成現代人格(ge)。利用班會教育(yu)(yu)和談(tan)心活動(dong)大(da)力促進(jin)學(xue)生思想品質(zhi)的(de)提高(gao)。德育(yu)(yu)工作方(fang)式(shi)(shi)由強(qiang)(qiang)制性(xing)、整體化向自主(zhu)性(xing)、個體化轉變。加大(da)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)常(chang)規(gui)(gui)管理(li)的(de)力度,通(tong)過(guo)對宿舍、校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)秩(zhi)序、行(xing)為規(gui)(gui)范的(de)常(chang)抓不懈,優化了教學(xue)環境,創造了良(liang)好(hao)的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)風氣。
3、加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li),努力(li)提高(gao)(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)。我校緊(jin)緊(jin)圍(wei)繞“解放思想、科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究、優(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、狠抓落實(shi)”的(de)思路展開工(gong)作,一是優(you)化(hua)管(guan)理(li)模式,采取(qu)(qu)級部負責(ze)制(zhi),責(ze)、權、利充分下放,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校制(zhi)定了(le)《蓬萊一中關于加強(qiang)級部管(guan)理(li)落實(shi)級部主任責(ze)任制(zhi)的(de)意見(jian)》,進一步(bu)強(qiang)化(hua)級部職(zhi)能(neng),使(shi)級部這一實(shi)體的(de)潛能(neng)得到大(da)(da)程度的(de)發揮;二是優(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍,制(zhi)訂了(le)《新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)考(kao)核管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》和(he)《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培訓制(zhi)度》,形成了(le)一整(zheng)套培訓機制(zhi),以(yi)此來(lai)打造一支有(you)創新(xin)精神的(de)研(yan)(yan)究型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍;三(san)是優(you)化(hua)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)類。我們(men)調整(zheng)了(le)文科(ke)(ke)(ke)和(he)藝術的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),加強(qiang)了(le)文科(ke)(ke)(ke)班(ban)生(sheng)源質量(liang),擴大(da)(da)了(le)藝術生(sheng)的(de)數量(liang),以(yi)獲取(qu)(qu)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)的(de)大(da)(da)利益(yi);四是優(you)化(hua)課時(shi)安排和(he)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),留有(you)足夠的(de)時(shi)間(jian)給學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進行知(zhi)識的(de)消化(hua),從提高(gao)(gao)課堂效率和(he)培養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)能(neng)力(li)入手,加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究。同時(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)各項(xiang)落實(shi),其中包括重(zhong)點抓好文理(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、調整(zheng)完善高(gao)(gao)三(san)復習(xi)思路、落實(shi)測試的(de)時(shi)效性和(he)指(zhi)導作用(yong)、落實(shi)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)目標等等。由于措施得力(li),管(guan)理(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成績(ji)大(da)(da)幅度提高(gao)(gao)。五是以(yi)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)促(cu)發展,積(ji)(ji)極開展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)究,積(ji)(ji)極申報國家、省、市(shi)各級科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)課題,做到人人有(you)課題,全員參與(yu),提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平(ping)。
4、加強(qiang)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設(she),提(ti)高(gao)管理(li)質量。我們(men)花大(da)氣(qi)力(li),狠抓了干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設(she),充分發(fa)揮(hui)領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)模范帶頭作(zuo)用,取得了明(ming)顯成(cheng)效。其中包括抓干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)的(de)(de)思(si)路創新、抓領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)落實、抓班子的(de)(de)團隊(dui)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)(shen)。通過請進(jin)(jin)(jin)來、走出去、摘發(fa)資料、集(ji)中交(jiao)流等學習形(xing)式,提(ti)高(gao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)形(xing)象、自律形(xing)象、能力(li)形(xing)象,各科室和(he)(he)級部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)在全體教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)會議上提(ti)出自己的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)承(cheng)諾(nuo)和(he)(he)質量指(zhi)標承(cheng)諾(nuo),讓全體教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)對領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)分管的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)監督。同(tong)(tong)時為(wei)了加強(qiang)管理(li)力(li)度(du),學校(xiao)領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)實行(xing)包級部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)年級分工(gong)責(ze)任制、領(ling)(ling)(ling)(ling)導(dao)首問(wen)責(ze)任制,大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)了工(gong)作(zuo)落實力(li)度(du)。干部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)成(cheng)員工(gong)作(zuo)熱情(qing)高(gao),精(jing)神(shen)(shen)(shen)狀態好(hao),協同(tong)(tong)意識和(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)心進(jin)(jin)(jin)取的(de)(de)團隊(dui)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)(shen)得到進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步增強(qiang)。
5、加強綜合管理,提高服(fu)務質(zhi)量。學校工會、共(gong)青團、婦委(wei)會等群眾組織,在黨委(wei)領導下,相互支持,共(gong)同合作,為教(jiao)育教(jiao)學工作做出了很(hen)大貢獻。
