蓬萊(lai)第一中(zhong)學地(di)處渤海、黃海之濱(bin),與馳名(ming)中(zhong)外的蓬萊(lai)閣(ge)相(xiang)鄰,學校建筑精美,環境優雅(ya),人(ren)文氣息濃郁,是煙(yan)臺市重(zhong)點高(gao)中(zhong),山東省(sheng)規范化學校。學校占地(di)12萬(wan)平方米,總建筑面積達6萬(wan)多(duo)平方米,綠(lv)化面積2萬(wan)多(duo)平方米。現有在(zai)職教師371人(ren),其中(zhong),在(zai)職高(gao)級教師55人(ren),一級教師90人(ren)。在(zai)校學生人(ren)數近4000人(ren),70個班級。

高素(su)質的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍自1995年(nian)(nian)以(yi)(yi)來,學(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)(shi)施“名(ming)牌帶動戰(zhan)略”,讓(rang)有(you)較高業(ye)務能力(li)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理論水平(ping)的(de)(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)擔任新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),力(li)爭使新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)入(ru)校(xiao)后(hou)(hou)一年(nian)(nian)熟悉(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)常規(gui),三年(nian)(nian)熟悉(xi)學(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)規(gui)律。隨(sui)著辦學(xue)規(gui)模的(de)(de)不斷(duan)擴大,青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)大量增加,2004年(nian)(nian),又進(jin)一步實(shi)(shi)行(xing)“青藍工程(cheng)”,新老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)結師(shi)(shi)(shi)徒(tu)對子(zi),以(yi)(yi)老帶新。學(xue)校(xiao)鼓勵(li)并(bing)創(chuang)造條(tiao)件讓(rang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續深(shen)造與自我充實(shi)(shi)相(xiang)結合,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與科研雙肩挑,不斷(duan)提(ti)高自己的(de)(de)業(ye)務水平(ping)。先后(hou)(hou)有(you)3人(ren)獲全國優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)稱號。60人(ren)獲省、市(shi)級優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能手稱號。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)歷水平(ping)99%達到本科以(yi)(yi)上,研究生課(ke)程(cheng)進(jin)修班學(xue)員30余名(ming)。
1、采用競爭(zheng)和激勵(li)機制,優(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理。學校制訂了《蓬萊(lai)一中教(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)量末(mo)(mo)位(wei)(wei)公示(shi)(shi)及末(mo)(mo)位(wei)(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦法(fa)》、《蓬萊(lai)一中職(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質(zhi)量末(mo)(mo)位(wei)(wei)公示(shi)(shi)及末(mo)(mo)位(wei)(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦法(fa)》、《常(chang)規(gui)管理要求(qiu)與檢查標準》等(deng)一系列辦法(fa),規(gui)范教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學和服務行為;采用全(quan)員(yuan)聘任(ren)(ren)制,讓全(quan)體教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)競爭(zheng)上崗;以校內結構(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資制激活(huo)干(gan)勁,充分(fen)調動(dong)了教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性;開(kai)展多種形(xing)式的評(ping)優(you)選佳活(huo)動(dong),倡導(dao)同質(zhi)競爭(zheng),加速了教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍的優(you)化(hua);嚴格實行班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)管理辦法(fa),提高(gao)班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)的能(neng)動(dong)性。實行班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)承諾制,制訂了《班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)常(chang)規(gui)管理考核(he)辦法(fa)》,把績效與班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)津貼掛鉤,分(fen)等(deng)級(ji),月兌現,極大地調動(dong)班(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的積極性。
2、深化(hua)(hua)德育工(gong)作,強化(hua)(hua)學(xue)生常(chang)規(gui)管(guan)(guan)理。創(chuang)新(xin)德育教(jiao)育模式,開展(zhan)主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育,諸如禮(li)儀教(jiao)育、誠信教(jiao)育等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。同時(shi),加強校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she),形(xing)(xing)成濃郁的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)氛圍(wei),以此影響(xiang)熏陶感染學(xue)生,形(xing)(xing)成現代人格。利用班會教(jiao)育和談(tan)心活動大力促進學(xue)生思想品質的提高(gao)。德育工(gong)作方式由強制(zhi)性(xing)、整體化(hua)(hua)向自(zi)主(zhu)性(xing)、個體化(hua)(hua)轉變。加大校(xiao)園常(chang)規(gui)管(guan)(guan)理的力度,通過對(dui)宿(su)舍、校(xiao)園秩序、行為規(gui)范的常(chang)抓不懈(xie),優化(hua)(hua)了教(jiao)學(xue)環境,創(chuang)造了良好的校(xiao)園風氣。
3、加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管理(li),努力(li)(li)提高(gao)(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量。我校緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞(rao)“解放(fang)思想、科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究、優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、狠抓落(luo)實(shi)”的(de)(de)思路展(zhan)開工作,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)管理(li)模式,采(cai)取(qu)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)負責制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),責、權、利(li)充分下放(fang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)《蓬萊一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)關于加強(qiang)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)管理(li)落(luo)實(shi)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)主任責任制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)意見(jian)》,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步強(qiang)化(hua)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)職(zhi)能(neng),使級(ji)部(bu)(bu)這一(yi)(yi)實(shi)體的(de)(de)潛能(neng)得到大程度(du)的(de)(de)發揮;二是(shi)(shi)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)《新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師考(kao)核管理(li)辦法》和《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師培訓制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)》,形成(cheng)了(le)一(yi)(yi)整套培訓機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)此來打(da)造(zao)一(yi)(yi)支有(you)(you)創新精神的(de)(de)研(yan)究型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍;三是(shi)(shi)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)類。我們調整了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)和藝術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),加強(qiang)了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)(ke)班生(sheng)源質量,擴大了(le)藝術(shu)(shu)生(sheng)的(de)(de)數(shu)量,以(yi)獲(huo)取(qu)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)的(de)(de)大利(li)益;四是(shi)(shi)優(you)(you)(you)化(hua)課(ke)時安(an)排和課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),留有(you)(you)足夠的(de)(de)時間(jian)給(gei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行知識的(de)(de)消化(hua),從(cong)提高(gao)(gao)課(ke)堂效率(lv)和培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)能(neng)力(li)(li)入手,加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究。同時強(qiang)化(hua)各項落(luo)實(shi),其(qi)中(zhong)包括(kuo)重點(dian)抓好文(wen)理(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、調整完善高(gao)(gao)三復習思路、落(luo)實(shi)測試的(de)(de)時效性和指導作用、落(luo)實(shi)高(gao)(gao)考(kao)目標(biao)等(deng)等(deng)。由于措施得力(li)(li),管理(li)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成(cheng)績大幅度(du)提高(gao)(gao)。五是(shi)(shi)以(yi)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)促(cu)發展(zhan),積極開展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究,積極申(shen)報國家、省、市各級(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)課(ke)題,做到人人有(you)(you)課(ke)題,全員(yuan)參與,提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。
4、加(jia)強(qiang)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)建設,提高管理質(zhi)量。我(wo)們花(hua)大氣力,狠抓(zhua)了(le)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)建設,充分(fen)發揮(hui)領導(dao)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)模范帶頭作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,取(qu)得了(le)明顯成(cheng)效。其中(zhong)包(bao)括抓(zhua)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)隊(dui)伍(wu)的(de)思路(lu)創新(xin)、抓(zhua)領導(dao)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實、抓(zhua)班子的(de)團(tuan)隊(dui)精(jing)神(shen)。通(tong)過(guo)請進來、走(zou)出去、摘發資(zi)料、集中(zhong)交流等學習形(xing)(xing)(xing)式,提高干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)形(xing)(xing)(xing)象、自(zi)律(lv)形(xing)(xing)(xing)象、能(neng)力形(xing)(xing)(xing)象,各科室和(he)(he)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)領導(dao)在全(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)會議上提出自(zi)己(ji)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)承(cheng)諾和(he)(he)質(zhi)量指標承(cheng)諾,讓全(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)對(dui)領導(dao)分(fen)管的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行監督(du)。同(tong)時為了(le)加(jia)強(qiang)管理力度(du),學校領導(dao)實行包(bao)級(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)年級(ji)分(fen)工(gong)責(ze)任制(zhi)、領導(dao)首問責(ze)任制(zhi),大大提高了(le)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實力度(du)。干(gan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)成(cheng)員(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)熱情高,精(jing)神(shen)狀(zhuang)態好,協同(tong)意識和(he)(he)同(tong)心(xin)進取(qu)的(de)團(tuan)隊(dui)精(jing)神(shen)得到(dao)進一步增(zeng)強(qiang)。
5、加(jia)強(qiang)綜(zong)合管理,提高服(fu)務質(zhi)量。學校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)會、共青團(tuan)、婦委會等群(qun)眾組(zu)織,在黨委領導下,相互支持,共同合作,為(wei)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學工(gong)(gong)作做出了很(hen)大貢獻。
