蓬萊(lai)第一中(zhong)學(xue)地處渤(bo)海、黃海之濱,與(yu)馳(chi)名(ming)中(zhong)外的蓬萊(lai)閣相鄰,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建筑(zhu)精美,環境優雅,人(ren)文氣(qi)息濃(nong)郁(yu),是煙臺(tai)市重點高(gao)(gao)中(zhong),山東省(sheng)規范化學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地12萬平(ping)方米,總(zong)建筑(zhu)面積達6萬多平(ping)方米,綠化面積2萬多平(ping)方米。現有在職(zhi)教師371人(ren),其(qi)中(zhong),在職(zhi)高(gao)(gao)級教師55人(ren),一級教師90人(ren)。在校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生人(ren)數近4000人(ren),70個(ge)班級。
現代化(hua)(hua)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理(li)念(nian)多年來,學(xue)校(xiao)高(gao)(gao)舉素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)旗幟,堅持“高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、有特(te)色、現代化(hua)(hua)”的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)標準,堅持“辦一流(liu)學(xue)校(xiao),創(chuang)一流(liu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),育(yu)(yu)一流(liu)人(ren)才,進千所重點”的(de)目標,堅持“面向全(quan)體學(xue)生、全(quan)面發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)、學(xue)生主動(dong)(dong)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)原(yuan)則和“快節奏、輕負擔、高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)”教(jiao)學(xue)原(yuan)則,構建了(le)“以(yi)人(ren)格塑造為(wei)(wei)主線(xian)(xian),以(yi)全(quan)方位(wei)活動(dong)(dong)為(wei)(wei)載體,立體化(hua)(hua)滲透,全(quan)面培(pei)養素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”的(de)德(de)育(yu)(yu)格局,創(chuang)新了(le)學(xue)校(xiao)、處(chu)室、級(ji)部(bu)三(san)級(ji)管理(li)體系,以(yi)級(ji)部(bu)為(wei)(wei)實體的(de)級(ji)部(bu)主任負責(ze)制,形成(cheng)了(le)“以(yi)教(jiao)學(xue)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心,以(yi)教(jiao)研組和班教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)組為(wei)(wei)兩條主線(xian)(xian),調動(dong)(dong)學(xue)生、教(jiao)師、家長三(san)個積極(ji)性”的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)管理(li)模(mo)式。實施(shi)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)突(tu)破(po)戰略(lve),實施(shi)“創(chuang)名校(xiao)、立名師、育(yu)(yu)名生”的(de)“三(san)名”工程。逐(zhu)步形成(cheng)了(le)“謙遜、勤奮、誠樸、嚴(yan)謹(jin)”的(de)校(xiao)風(feng),“認(ren)真、嚴(yan)格、互助、務實”的(de)教(jiao)風(feng),“積極(ji)、主動(dong)(dong)、刻苦、求實”的(de)學(xue)風(feng)。高(gao)(gao)點定位(wei),致(zhi)力創(chuang)新。
高(gao)素質的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍自1995年(nian)(nian)以來(lai),學(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)施“名牌(pai)帶動(dong)戰略”,讓有較高(gao)業務能力和教(jiao)(jiao)育理(li)論(lun)水平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)擔任(ren)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),力爭使新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)入(ru)校后(hou)一(yi)年(nian)(nian)熟悉教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)常(chang)規,三年(nian)(nian)熟悉學(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)材和教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)規律。隨著辦學(xue)(xue)規模的(de)(de)(de)不斷擴大,青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)大量增加(jia),2004年(nian)(nian),又進一(yi)步(bu)實(shi)(shi)行“青藍工程”,新(xin)老教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)結師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)徒對(dui)子(zi),以老帶新(xin)。學(xue)(xue)校鼓勵(li)并創造(zao)條(tiao)件讓教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續深(shen)造(zao)與自我(wo)充實(shi)(shi)相(xiang)結合,教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與科研雙肩(jian)挑,不斷提高(gao)自己的(de)(de)(de)業務水平(ping)。先后(hou)有3人獲全國優秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)(cheng)號。60人獲省、市(shi)級優秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能手(shou)稱(cheng)(cheng)號。教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)歷水平(ping)99%達到本科以上(shang),研究(jiu)生課(ke)程進修班(ban)學(xue)(xue)員30余名。
1、采用競爭(zheng)和激勵機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),優化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管理。學校(xiao)(xiao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)訂了《蓬(peng)(peng)萊(lai)(lai)一中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學質量(liang)末(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)位(wei)淘汰管理辦(ban)法》、《蓬(peng)(peng)萊(lai)(lai)一中(zhong)職員工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質量(liang)末(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)位(wei)淘汰管理辦(ban)法》、《常(chang)規管理要(yao)求與檢查標準(zhun)》等(deng)一系(xi)列辦(ban)法,規范教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學和服務行為(wei);采用全員聘任制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),讓全體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)競爭(zheng)上崗(gang);以校(xiao)(xiao)內結構工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)激活干(gan)勁(jing),充(chong)分(fen)調(diao)(diao)動(dong)了教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極性;開展多(duo)種形式的(de)評(ping)優選佳活動(dong),倡導同質競爭(zheng),加速了教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍的(de)優化(hua);嚴(yan)格(ge)實行班(ban)主(zhu)任管理辦(ban)法,提高班(ban)主(zhu)任的(de)能(neng)動(dong)性。實行班(ban)主(zhu)任承諾制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)訂了《班(ban)主(zhu)任常(chang)規管理考核辦(ban)法》,把績效(xiao)與班(ban)主(zhu)任津貼掛鉤,分(fen)等(deng)級,月兌現,極大(da)地調(diao)(diao)動(dong)班(ban)主(zhu)任工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)積極性。
2、深化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作,強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學生(sheng)常規(gui)管理。創(chuang)新(xin)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)模式,開展主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),諸(zhu)如禮儀教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、誠信(xin)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)等等。同時,加強(qiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設,形(xing)成濃(nong)郁的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)氛(fen)圍,以此影響熏陶感染學生(sheng),形(xing)成現(xian)代人格。利用班會教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)和(he)談心活(huo)動大(da)力(li)促進學生(sheng)思想品質的(de)提(ti)高。德育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作方式由(you)強(qiang)制性、整(zheng)體化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)向自主(zhu)(zhu)性、個體化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉變。加大(da)校(xiao)園(yuan)常規(gui)管理的(de)力(li)度,通過對(dui)宿舍(she)、校(xiao)園(yuan)秩(zhi)序、行為規(gui)范(fan)的(de)常抓不懈(xie),優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)了教(jiao)學環境,創(chuang)造了良好的(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)風氣。
3、加強(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)管(guan)理(li)(li),努(nu)力提(ti)高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)。我校緊緊圍繞(rao)“解(jie)放思想、科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研究、優(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、狠抓(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)”的(de)思路展(zhan)開工作,一是(shi)優(you)化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)模式,采取(qu)級(ji)部(bu)負責制(zhi)(zhi),責、權、利充分下放,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)《蓬(peng)萊一中關于加強(qiang)(qiang)級(ji)部(bu)管(guan)理(li)(li)落(luo)實(shi)級(ji)部(bu)主任責任制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)意見》,進(jin)一步強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)級(ji)部(bu)職能,使級(ji)部(bu)這一實(shi)體(ti)的(de)潛(qian)能得到(dao)大(da)程度的(de)發揮;二是(shi)優(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍,制(zhi)(zhi)訂了(le)《新教(jiao)(jiao)師考核管(guan)理(li)(li)辦法》和(he)《教(jiao)(jiao)師培(pei)訓制(zhi)(zhi)度》,形成了(le)一整套培(pei)訓機制(zhi)(zhi),以此來打(da)造一支(zhi)有(you)創新精(jing)神的(de)研究型教(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍;三是(shi)優(you)化(hua)高(gao)考科(ke)(ke)類。我們調整了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)和(he)藝(yi)術的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),加強(qiang)(qiang)了(le)文(wen)科(ke)(ke)班生源(yuan)質量(liang),擴大(da)了(le)藝(yi)術生的(de)數(shu)量(liang),以獲取(qu)高(gao)考的(de)大(da)利益;四是(shi)優(you)化(hua)課(ke)時(shi)安排(pai)和(he)課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),留有(you)足夠的(de)時(shi)間給學(xue)(xue)(xue)生進(jin)行知(zhi)識的(de)消化(hua),從(cong)提(ti)高(gao)課(ke)堂效率和(he)培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生能力入手,加強(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研究。同時(shi)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)各項落(luo)實(shi),其中包括重點抓(zhua)好文(wen)理(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、調整完善高(gao)三復(fu)習思路、落(luo)實(shi)測試的(de)時(shi)效性和(he)指導作用、落(luo)實(shi)高(gao)考目標等等。由于措(cuo)施得力,管(guan)理(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)成績大(da)幅(fu)度提(ti)高(gao)。五是(shi)以科(ke)(ke)研促發展(zhan),積極開展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研究,積極申報國家(jia)、省、市各級(ji)科(ke)(ke)研課(ke)題(ti),做到(dao)人人有(you)課(ke)題(ti),全員參(can)與,提(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)水平。
4、加強干部隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍建設,提高(gao)管理質(zhi)(zhi)量。我們(men)花大(da)(da)氣力,狠抓了(le)干部隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍建設,充分發揮領(ling)導(dao)干部的(de)模(mo)范帶頭(tou)作(zuo)(zuo)用,取得(de)了(le)明顯成效。其中包括抓干部隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍的(de)思路創新、抓領(ling)導(dao)干部的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)、抓班子(zi)的(de)團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)精神。通過請進來、走出去(qu)、摘發資料、集中交流等學(xue)(xue)習形式,提高(gao)干部的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)形象(xiang)、自律形象(xiang)、能力形象(xiang),各科室和(he)(he)級(ji)部領(ling)導(dao)在(zai)全(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)議上提出自己的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)承諾(nuo)(nuo)和(he)(he)質(zhi)(zhi)量指標(biao)承諾(nuo)(nuo),讓全(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)對領(ling)導(dao)分管的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進行監督。同(tong)時為(wei)了(le)加強管理力度,學(xue)(xue)校領(ling)導(dao)實(shi)行包級(ji)部的(de)年級(ji)分工(gong)(gong)(gong)責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi)、領(ling)導(dao)首問(wen)責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高(gao)了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)力度。干部成員工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)熱情高(gao),精神狀態好,協同(tong)意識和(he)(he)同(tong)心進取的(de)團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)精神得(de)到進一步增強。
5、加強(qiang)綜合管理,提高服務質(zhi)量。學(xue)校工(gong)會、共青團、婦委會等群眾(zhong)組織(zhi),在黨委領導下(xia),相互支(zhi)持,共同合作(zuo),為教育教學(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)做出了(le)很大貢(gong)獻。
