蓬(peng)萊第一(yi)中(zhong)學地(di)處(chu)渤海、黃海之濱(bin),與馳名中(zhong)外(wai)的蓬(peng)萊閣相(xiang)鄰,學校建筑精美(mei),環境優雅,人文氣(qi)息濃郁(yu),是煙(yan)臺市(shi)重點高中(zhong),山東(dong)省規范(fan)化(hua)學校。學校占地(di)12萬平方米,總建筑面(mian)積達6萬多(duo)平方米,綠化(hua)面(mian)積2萬多(duo)平方米。現有在職教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)371人,其中(zhong),在職高級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)55人,一(yi)級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)90人。在校學生人數近4000人,70個班級。

高素質的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍自(zi)1995年(nian)以(yi)來,學(xue)校實(shi)施“名牌(pai)帶動戰略”,讓有較高業(ye)(ye)務能力(li)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理論(lun)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)的(de)(de)老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)擔任新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi),力(li)爭使(shi)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)入校后一(yi)年(nian)熟(shu)悉教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)常(chang)規(gui),三年(nian)熟(shu)悉學(xue)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)規(gui)律。隨著辦(ban)學(xue)規(gui)模的(de)(de)不斷擴大,青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)大量增加,2004年(nian),又進一(yi)步實(shi)行“青藍工程”,新(xin)老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)結(jie)師(shi)(shi)(shi)徒對子,以(yi)老(lao)帶新(xin)。學(xue)校鼓勵(li)并創造條件(jian)讓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)繼續(xu)深(shen)造與(yu)自(zi)我充(chong)實(shi)相結(jie)合,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與(yu)科(ke)研雙肩(jian)挑,不斷提高自(zi)己的(de)(de)業(ye)(ye)務水(shui)平(ping)(ping)。先(xian)后有3人獲全國優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)稱號。60人獲省、市(shi)級優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能手稱號。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)歷(li)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)99%達(da)到本科(ke)以(yi)上,研究(jiu)生課(ke)程進修(xiu)班學(xue)員30余名。
1、采用競(jing)爭和(he)激(ji)勵機制(zhi)(zhi),優化教(jiao)工(gong)管理。學校制(zhi)(zhi)訂了《蓬萊(lai)一中教(jiao)學質量末(mo)(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)(mo)位(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦(ban)法》、《蓬萊(lai)一中職員(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)質量末(mo)(mo)位(wei)公示及末(mo)(mo)位(wei)淘(tao)汰管理辦(ban)法》、《常(chang)規(gui)管理要(yao)求與檢查標(biao)準(zhun)》等(deng)一系列(lie)辦(ban)法,規(gui)范(fan)教(jiao)職工(gong)的教(jiao)育教(jiao)學和(he)服務(wu)行為;采用全(quan)員(yuan)聘任(ren)制(zhi)(zhi),讓全(quan)體教(jiao)職工(gong)競(jing)爭上崗;以校內結構工(gong)資(zi)制(zhi)(zhi)激(ji)活(huo)干勁(jing),充分調(diao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)了教(jiao)職工(gong)的工(gong)作(zuo)積極(ji)性(xing)(xing);開展(zhan)多種(zhong)形式的評優選佳活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),倡(chang)導(dao)同質競(jing)爭,加速(su)了教(jiao)職工(gong)隊伍(wu)的優化;嚴格實行班主(zhu)任(ren)管理辦(ban)法,提(ti)高(gao)班主(zhu)任(ren)的能動(dong)(dong)(dong)性(xing)(xing)。實行班主(zhu)任(ren)承諾制(zhi)(zhi),制(zhi)(zhi)訂了《班主(zhu)任(ren)常(chang)規(gui)管理考核(he)辦(ban)法》,把績(ji)效與班主(zhu)任(ren)津貼掛鉤,分等(deng)級,月兌現(xian),極(ji)大地調(diao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)班主(zhu)任(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的積極(ji)性(xing)(xing)。
2、深(shen)化(hua)(hua)德(de)(de)育工作(zuo),強化(hua)(hua)學生(sheng)常(chang)規管(guan)理。創新德(de)(de)育教(jiao)(jiao)育模式,開展主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育,諸如(ru)禮儀教(jiao)(jiao)育、誠信教(jiao)(jiao)育等等。同時(shi),加(jia)(jia)強校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she),形成濃郁的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)氛圍(wei),以此影(ying)響(xiang)熏陶感染學生(sheng),形成現代人(ren)格(ge)。利用班會教(jiao)(jiao)育和談心活(huo)動大力促進學生(sheng)思想品質的提高。德(de)(de)育工作(zuo)方式由強制性、整體化(hua)(hua)向(xiang)自主(zhu)性、個體化(hua)(hua)轉變。加(jia)(jia)大校園(yuan)常(chang)規管(guan)理的力度,通(tong)過對宿舍(she)、校園(yuan)秩序、行為規范(fan)的常(chang)抓不懈,優化(hua)(hua)了教(jiao)(jiao)學環境,創造了良好的校園(yuan)風(feng)氣。
3、加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管(guan)理(li)(li),努力提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量(liang)。我(wo)校緊緊圍(wei)繞(rao)“解放思想、科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)、優(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、狠抓落(luo)(luo)實(shi)”的(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai)工(gong)作(zuo),一(yi)(yi)是優(you)(you)化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)模式,采取級(ji)(ji)部(bu)(bu)負責制,責、權、利充分下放,學(xue)校制定了(le)(le)《蓬萊一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)關(guan)于加強(qiang)級(ji)(ji)部(bu)(bu)管(guan)理(li)(li)落(luo)(luo)實(shi)級(ji)(ji)部(bu)(bu)主任責任制的(de)(de)(de)意(yi)見》,進一(yi)(yi)步強(qiang)化(hua)級(ji)(ji)部(bu)(bu)職(zhi)能,使級(ji)(ji)部(bu)(bu)這一(yi)(yi)實(shi)體的(de)(de)(de)潛(qian)能得到(dao)大(da)程度的(de)(de)(de)發揮;二是優(you)(you)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍,制訂(ding)了(le)(le)《新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師考(kao)核管(guan)理(li)(li)辦(ban)法》和(he)《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)制度》,形成了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)整(zheng)套(tao)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)機(ji)制,以(yi)此來打造一(yi)(yi)支有創新精神的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍;三是優(you)(you)化(hua)高考(kao)科(ke)類。我(wo)們調整(zheng)了(le)(le)文科(ke)和(he)藝術的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),加強(qiang)了(le)(le)文科(ke)班生源質量(liang),擴大(da)了(le)(le)藝術生的(de)(de)(de)數量(liang),以(yi)獲取高考(kao)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)利益;四是優(you)(you)化(hua)課(ke)時(shi)安(an)排和(he)課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),留有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間給學(xue)生進行知識的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)化(hua),從提(ti)高課(ke)堂效(xiao)率和(he)培(pei)(pei)養學(xue)生能力入手,加強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。同(tong)時(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)各項落(luo)(luo)實(shi),其中(zhong)包括重點抓好(hao)文理(li)(li)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、調整(zheng)完善高三復習思路(lu)、落(luo)(luo)實(shi)測試的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)效(xiao)性和(he)指導作(zuo)用、落(luo)(luo)實(shi)高考(kao)目標等(deng)等(deng)。由(you)于措施得力,管(guan)理(li)(li)科(ke)學(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)成績大(da)幅度提(ti)高。五是以(yi)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)促發展(zhan)(zhan),積極開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),積極申報國家、省、市(shi)各級(ji)(ji)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)課(ke)題,做到(dao)人人有課(ke)題,全員參與,提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水平。
4、加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍建設,提(ti)高管理質量。我們花大(da)氣力(li),狠抓了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍建設,充分(fen)(fen)發揮領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)模范(fan)帶(dai)頭作用,取得(de)了(le)明顯成效。其中包括抓干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)隊伍的(de)思(si)路(lu)創新、抓領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作落實、抓班(ban)子的(de)團(tuan)隊精神。通過請進來、走出去、摘(zhai)發資料、集中交流(liu)等學(xue)習形式,提(ti)高干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作形象(xiang)、自(zi)律形象(xiang)、能力(li)形象(xiang),各科室和級部(bu)(bu)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)在全(quan)體教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會議上提(ti)出自(zi)己的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作承諾和質量指標承諾,讓全(quan)體教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)對領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)分(fen)(fen)管的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作進行監督。同(tong)(tong)時為(wei)了(le)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)管理力(li)度(du)(du),學(xue)校(xiao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)實行包級部(bu)(bu)的(de)年級分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi)、領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)首問責(ze)任(ren)制(zhi),大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作落實力(li)度(du)(du)。干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)部(bu)(bu)成員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作熱(re)情(qing)高,精神狀態好,協(xie)同(tong)(tong)意識和同(tong)(tong)心進取的(de)團(tuan)隊精神得(de)到進一步增強(qiang)(qiang)。
5、加強(qiang)綜合管理,提高服(fu)務質量。學校(xiao)工會(hui)、共青(qing)團、婦委(wei)會(hui)等(deng)群眾(zhong)組織,在黨委(wei)領導下,相互支(zhi)持(chi),共同合作,為教育教學工作做出了很大貢(gong)獻。
