“寶劍鋒從磨(mo)礪出(chu)”——近年來,學(xue)校(xiao)涌(yong)現出(chu)全國模范教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)2人(ren)(ren)(ren),省(sheng)優(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)10人(ren)(ren)(ren),市管專業(ye)(ye)技術拔尖人(ren)(ren)(ren)才4人(ren)(ren)(ren),市勞動模范2人(ren)(ren)(ren),市青(qing)年拔尖人(ren)(ren)(ren)才3人(ren)(ren)(ren)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)參加評(ping)選獲獎的(de)論文、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)成果(guo)達200多(duo)篇(pian)(項),7名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)獲國家(jia)級(ji)優(you)質課評(ping)比(bi)(bi)一等(deng)獎,30多(duo)名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)獲河北省(sheng)、石家(jia)莊市優(you)質課評(ping)比(bi)(bi)獎勵,20多(duo)位(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)被評(ping)選為省(sheng)、市級(ji)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi),省(sheng)市區(qu)級(ji)優(you)秀(xiu)班(ban)主任40余名,這些(xie)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)都已成為本學(xue)科領域中的(de)業(ye)(ye)務骨干(gan),在學(xue)校(xiao)乃(nai)至省(sheng)市區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育事業(ye)(ye)中發(fa)揮(hui)著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。
教學(xue)(xue)文化建設是學(xue)(xue)校的傳統優勢,學(xue)(xue)校一(yi)直(zhi)遵循“教學(xue)(xue)高(gao)質量、人才高(gao)素質、辦學(xue)(xue)有(you)特色、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)有(you)特點”的辦學(xue)(xue)思想,不斷(duan)創新教學(xue)(xue)理念(nian)。
學校不斷傳承、不斷探索,逐步形(xing)成了以(yi)我(wo)校辦學理(li)念為(wei)根基的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學文化理(li)念體(ti)(ti)系。這些(xie)觀點的(de)提出(chu)(chu)和(he)體(ti)(ti)系的(de)形(xing)成,是在新課程(cheng)改革的(de)大(da)背景下、針對學生的(de)具體(ti)(ti)情況和(he)特點、出(chu)(chu)于(yu)解決(jue)我(wo)校教(jiao)(jiao)師在教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學中遇到的(de)具體(ti)(ti)問題而提出(chu)(chu)的(de)。這些(xie)改變和(he)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)讓我(wo)們(men)實(shi)(shi)現了跨越,使得我(wo)們(men)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)自(zi)信,前進的(de)腳步更(geng)(geng)加(jia)堅定,我(wo)們(men)的(de)老師更(geng)(geng)加(jia)團結(jie),更(geng)(geng)加(jia)優秀。
石(shi)(shi)家莊十七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)前身(shen)是(shi)石(shi)(shi)家莊市立女(nv)(nv)子中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(1968年(nian)更名為十七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong))。1948年(nian)3月(yue),石(shi)(shi)家莊女(nv)(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)誕生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)解(jie)放戰爭的(de)硝煙炮(pao)火中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。女(nv)(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)血脈(mo)里,流淌著傳(chuan)承于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)革(ge)命(ming)的(de)紅色基因。校(xiao)長馮慧德、楊荃,是(shi)早(zao)年(nian)就追求真理(li)、投身(shen)革(ge)命(ming)的(de)教育家;女(nv)(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教師多是(shi)來(lai)自晉察冀邊區行政(zheng)干校(xiao)和(he)華北聯合大學(xue)的(de)青年(nian)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng);女(nv)(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一個班級,來(lai)自晉察冀邊區育才學(xue)校(xiao),這(zhe)個班的(de)共產黨員(yuan),于(yu)1948年(nian)10月(yue)組建(jian)了女(nv)(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)第一個學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校從誕生那天起,就(jiu)受到老一輩(bei)無(wu)產階級革命家(jia)(jia)的(de)親切關(guan)懷。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)駐扎河(he)北省平山縣西(xi)柏坡期間(1948年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)至1949年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)書記處書記任弼時、哲學(xue)(xue)(xue)家(jia)(jia)艾思奇(qi)、文(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)家(jia)(jia)丁(ding)玲、趙樹理(li)等(deng)來石(shi)(shi)家(jia)(jia)莊為師(shi)生作(zuo)過報告,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)統戰(zhan)部部長李維漢(han)、城(cheng)工部秘書長齊燕銘(ming)等(deng)曾來校指導工作(zuo)。1957年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)22日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)副主席劉少奇(qi)來石(shi)(shi)視察教(jiao)育工作(zuo),與(yu)女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)生代(dai)表親切座談。女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)生在黨的(de)關(guan)懷下茁壯成(cheng)長,形成(cheng)了“愛國(guo)、勤奮、誠樸、自強(qiang)(qiang)”的(de)校風,砥礪出“勵(li)志(zhi)圖強(qiang)(qiang)、奮發(fa)向(xiang)上(shang)、敢為天下先”的(de)女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)精(jing)神(shen)。抗美援(yuan)朝戰(zhan)爭時期,女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生爭相報名(ming)參軍,50名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生光榮(rong)入伍(wu)。50年(nian)(nian)代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)期,女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢(bi)業生踴(yong)躍(yue)奔赴邊疆,支援(yuan)西(xi)部建設。1959年(nian)(nian),女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)創(chuang)立“學(xue)(xue)(xue)科集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分段(duan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)法”(亦稱“一條(tiao)龍(long)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)法”),促進(jin)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量不(bu)斷提高(gao),培養出河(he)北省1963年(nian)(nian)高(gao)考理(li)科第一名(ming)李建國(guo)。女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)干部師(shi)生以堅強(qiang)(qiang)的(de)意志(zhi)和不(bu)懈的(de)努力(li),使學(xue)(xue)(xue)校成(cheng)為上(shang)世紀50至60年(nian)(nian)代(dai)石(shi)(shi)家(jia)(jia)莊地(di)區女(nv)子中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)教(jiao)育的(de)一面(mian)旗幟。催人(ren)奮進(jin)的(de)女(nv)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)歷史和文(wen)化(hua)(hua),激(ji)發(fa)了十(shi)七中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)開拓創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)豪邁氣概(gai),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校的(de)長足發(fa)展奠定了雄厚的(de)思想(xiang)和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)基礎。
