甘特(te)去(qu)世(shi)后,他的思想價(jia)值(zhi)日益顯(xian)現。1929年,美(mei)國(guo)機(ji)械(xie)工程(cheng)師協會和美(mei)國(guo)管理(li)學會決定設立亨利(li)·甘特(te)金(jin)質獎(jiang)章,授予那些“在(zai)工業(ye)管理(li)方面對社會做出(chu)優異成(cheng)績的人”,并把第(di)一(yi)枚金(jin)質獎(jiang)章授予了(le)(le)已故(gu)的甘特(te)本(ben)人,理(li)由是(shi)“由于他在(zai)工業(ye)管理(li)方面的人道主(zhu)義影響以及甘特(te)圖的發明(ming)”。可以說,在(zai)科學管理(li)的旗幟上,甘特(te)付出(chu)的心血使它放出(chu)了(le)(le)異樣的光彩。
