根據龍(long)川縣志記載,早在清朝年間(jian),陳(chen)(chen)順(shun)升(興寧南門人)來到(dao)龍(long)川老隆老街經商,開了一間(jian)食(shi)品(pin)店(dian),取名就叫(jiao)陳(chen)(chen)順(shun)升店(dian)。當時(shi),陳(chen)(chen)老人用糯米粉(fen)加各(ge)種原料做成糕點(dian),因為(wei)出鍋的糕點(dian)又(you)黃又(you)韌,很像牛(niu)筋,于是取名叫(jiao)牛(niu)筋糕。

“老隆牛筋糕”是廣(guang)東(dong)省龍(long)川縣餅食(shi)糖果(guo)廠商標注冊(ce)的拳頭產(chan)品。產(chan)品馳名中(zhong)外,遠銷東(dong)南亞一(yi)帶(dai),授有“東(dong)江特產(chan)”之(zhi)美譽,曾多次榮獲廣(guang)東(dong)省優質產(chan)品稱號。
