春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)仁(ren)為姜科(ke)植物陽春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(Amomum villosum Lour.)的果(guo)實。陽春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)為半遮蔭(yin)植物。陽春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)簡稱春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha),廣東省陽春(chun)(chun)市特產(chan)。以花及果(guo)實入(ru)藥。春(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)仁(ren)還可以作為菜的佐料,可以提高其營養價值。
形態特征
多年生常綠草本,高(gao)達1.5m。地上莖(jing)直立,無分(fen)枝。葉(xie)(xie)排(pai)為2列,無柄(bing), 有特殊(shu)氣味(wei);葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)窄長圓形(xing)或條(tiao)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)披針形(xing),長14~40cm,寬2~5cm,全緣,羽狀(zhuang)(zhuang)平行脈;葉(xie)(xie)鞘(qiao)抱莖(jing),葉(xie)(xie)端(duan)(duan)芒(mang)尖。穗狀(zhuang)(zhuang)花序成疏松的(de)球(qiu)形(xing),具花8~12朵;花萼筒狀(zhuang)(zhuang),先(xian)端(duan)(duan)3淺裂,花冠(guan)管細長,先(xian)端(duan)(duan)3裂,白色/蒴果(guo)(guo)橢圓形(xing),成熟(shu)時紅棕色,有肉刺。種子多數,芳香。花期(qi)3~6月,果(guo)(guo)期(qi)6~9月。7~8月間果(guo)(guo)實成熟(shu)時采收,低(di)溫烘干(gan)。臨用(yong)時取種子搗碎;果(guo)(guo)皮亦入藥。
生長環境
春砂仁生(sheng)于(yu)山(shan)(shan)谷(gu)林(lin)下陰濕地。選(xuan)擇土壤(rang)肥沃、有(you)水源的闊葉常綠林(lin)地或排灌方(fang)便的山(shan)(shan)谷(gu)、山(shan)(shan)坡、平(ping)地種植。種前要懇荒、整地、起畦,沒(mei)有(you)遮蔭樹(shu)的地要植樹(shu)或搭棚(peng)。生(sheng)于(yu)氣候溫暖、潮濕、富含腐殖質的山(shan)(shan)溝林(lin)下陰濕處。
分布范圍
主要(yao)分布于(yu)中國(guo)廣東陽春。
加工方法
采回(hui)的果(guo)實(shi),可直接曬干(gan)(gan),也可用(yong)火(huo)焙干(gan)(gan)。火(huo)焙法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)磚砌(qi)成長(chang)4尺(chi),寬3尺(chi)的爐灶,三面(mian)密封(feng),前(qian)面(mian)留個火(huo)口,灶內25尺(chi)高處橫架木條(tiao),上(shang)面(mian)放竹席,每席放鮮果(guo)150-200斤,面(mian)上(shang)用(yong)草席蓋好(hao)封(feng)閉,用(yong)木炭或谷殼加(jia)溫,每小時翻動一次,5-7天后取出果(guo)實(shi),放在木桶(tong)或麻袋里壓實(shi),使果(guo)皮和種子緊貼,再用(yong)文火(huo)慢慢焙干(gan)(gan)即成。果(guo)實(shi)焙干(gan)(gan)率為20-25%。
正宗產地(di)(di)(di)在(zai)陽春市春城(cheng)街道(dao)蟠(pan)龍(long)村(cun)委(wei)會。金花坑配(pei)(pei)(pei)蔻仁(ren),宣(xuan)通三焦氣(qi)(qi)機,芳(fang)香化濁(zhuo),醒脾(pi)和胃,行氣(qi)(qi)止(zhi)痛(tong),俱能(neng)治(zhi)濕(shi)(shi)濁(zhuo)內蘊(yun),胃呆納少(shao),氣(qi)(qi)滯(zhi)胸悶,脘(wan)腹脹(zhang)(zhang)痛(tong),反(fan)胃嘔吐等(deng)癥。配(pei)(pei)(pei)青(qing)陳(chen)皮,理氣(qi)(qi)止(zhi)瀉,治(zhi)脾(pi)胃氣(qi)(qi)滯(zhi),胸腹脹(zhang)(zhang)滿(man),消化不(bu)良(liang),濕(shi)(shi)阻脾(pi)胃之泄瀉,痢疾。配(pei)(pei)(pei)佩蘭(lan),芳(fang)香悅脾(pi),可(ke)(ke)用(yong)治(zhi)濕(shi)(shi)阻氣(qi)(qi)郁(yu),惡心嘔吐,食欲(yu)不(bu)振,胸腹脹(zhang)(zhang)滿(man),治(zhi)胎動不(bu)安等(deng)證。配(pei)(pei)(pei)冬葵,行氣(qi)(qi)下乳,可(ke)(ke)治(zhi)乳少(shao)氣(qi)(qi)滯(zhi)脹(zhang)(zhang)滿(man)疼痛(tong)等(deng)證。配(pei)(pei)(pei)熟(shu)地(di)(di)(di),砂仁(ren)既免除熟(shu)地(di)(di)(di)滋膩礙胃之弊,又可(ke)(ke)引熟(shu)地(di)(di)(di)歸(gui)腎(shen)。配(pei)(pei)(pei)黃芩,寒溫相合(he),氣(qi)(qi)血(xue)配(pei)(pei)(pei)對,用(yong)于胎熱上沖所致(zhi)的(de)胎動不(bu)安。配(pei)(pei)(pei)木香,用(yong)治(zhi)脘(wan)腹氣(qi)(qi)滯(zhi)脹(zhang)(zhang)痛(tong),消化不(bu)良(liang),加強行氣(qi)(qi)止(zhi)痛(tong)之功(gong)。
歷史記載
春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)歷史悠久,早(zao)在兩千多年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)宋代出(chu)版的(de)(de)(de)藥(yao)學著作(zuo)《開(kai)寶本草》中(zhong)(zhong)就首次(ci)記載(zai)了(le)春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)藥(yao)物功效(xiao),云其可(ke)開(kai)胃醒酒(jiu)食,安胎治(zhi)惡(e)阻,行(xing)(xing)氣(qi)止痛,和(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)止痢。金元時(shi)(shi)期醫(yi)(yi)家(jia)李東垣(yuan)稱春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)化(hua)酒(jiu)食之(zhi)妙(miao)劑,因其辛溫行(xing)(xing)氣(qi)而(er)使酒(jiu)食隨之(zhi)而(er)化(hua)。明代萬歷年(nian)間的(de)(de)(de)《藥(yao)鑒》稱春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)安胎之(zhi)妙(miao)品(pin)。后世的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)類醫(yi)(yi)藥(yao)方(fang)書中(zhong)(zhong)均有記載(zai),把本品(pin)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)健胃行(xing)(xing)氣(qi),和(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)安胎,燥濕止瀉的(de)(de)(de)要藥(yao)。近代醫(yi)(yi)家(jia)焦樹德更發(fa)前人所未發(fa),在他的(de)(de)(de)著作(zuo)《用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)心得十講(jiang)》中(zhong)(zhong)認為(wei)(wei)春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)與肉桂(gui)有相同的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),指出(chu)“引火歸(gui)元時(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)肉桂(gui),引氣(qi)歸(gui)腎(shen)時(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren),用(yong)(yong)來治(zhi)腎(shen)不納氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)咳(ke)喘氣(qi)促(cu)。大(da)大(da)豐富了(le)春(chun)(chun)(chun)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)仁(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)范圍
