“崆峒(tong)島刺參”的生產地(di)域(yu)范圍是:煙臺市芝罘區(qu)崆峒(tong)列(lie)島周圍海域(yu),地(di)理坐標為:121°27'28.80"-37°34'35.04"、121°31'58.80"-37°32'28.68"、121°33'36.00"-37°32'31.20"、121°37'40.80" - 37°37'06.96"、121°31'04.80"-37°37'05.52"。地(di)域(yu)保護范圍面積(ji)7690公(gong)頃,刺參(鮮)年產量約280噸。

1、產品品質特色(se)(se):體型圓筒狀、黃(huang)(huang)瓜(gua)形(xing),成(cheng)參(can)(can)一般體長為15cm~40cm、體重100g~1500g,體表(biao)亮潔呈黃(huang)(huang)綠(lv)色(se)(se)或深褐(he)色(se)(se)。背(bei)面(mian)(mian)稍隆起(qi),背(bei)、側面(mian)(mian)有4列(尤其是背(bei)部兩(liang)列)排列不規則(ze)的挺(ting)直粗壯(zhuang)的圓錐形(xing)肉刺(ci)(疣(you)足)。具(ju)有刺(ci)參(can)(can)特有的氣味,無異味。
2、內在品質(zhi)指標:肉質(zhi)厚實緊密,口感細(xi)糯滑潤(run),富有彈性(xing),味道鮮美(mei),營養豐(feng)富,鮮參(can)含有蛋白質(zhi)4.13g~5.12g/100g、脂肪1.0g~1.5g/100g、鈣91.28mg~93.14mg/100g、鐵5.01mg~6.15mg/100g。

1、產(chan)地(di)要求及水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)條件規(gui)定:生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)區(qu)域(yu)為崆峒(tong)列(lie)島周圍(wei)海區(qu),自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)境優(you)良,遠離陸地(di),受工(gong)(gong)業(ye)“三(san)廢(fei)”及農業(ye)、城鎮(zhen)生(sheng)(sheng)活、醫療廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)污染(ran)影響極小。水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫適宜,浮游生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)、大(da)型藻(zao)(zao)類(lei)豐富(fu)。海區(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)均符合(he)《無(wu)公害(hai)食品 海水(shui)(shui)(shui)養殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)》(NY5052)、《漁(yu)業(ye)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)標準》(GB11607)的(de)(de)規(gui)定要求。 2、育苗(miao)(miao)和(he)底播(bo)增殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi):親(qin)參(can)(can)(can)和(he)育苗(miao)(miao)按《刺參(can)(can)(can)增養殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術規(gui)范(fan)(fan)親(qin)參(can)(can)(can)》(SC/T2003.1)、《刺參(can)(can)(can)增養殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術規(gui)范(fan)(fan) 苗(miao)(miao)種》(SC/T2003.2)技(ji)術規(gui)范(fan)(fan)實施(shi)。其(qi)中,親(qin)參(can)(can)(can)必須全部采自(zi)(zi)(zi)崆峒(tong)島海域(yu)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)生(sheng)(sheng)長個體,苗(miao)(miao)種必須為省(sheng)級(ji)芝罘(fu)刺參(can)(can)(can)原(yuan)種場生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。常溫育苗(miao)(miao)于五月(yue)下(xia)旬開始(shi),升(sheng)溫育苗(miao)(miao)于三(san)月(yue)下(xia)旬開始(shi),人工(gong)(gong)育苗(miao)(miao)是從受精卵培(pei)育到稚參(can)(can)(can),然(ran)后(hou)(hou)進入養苗(miao)(miao)階段,養至體長達到3cm以上檢驗合(he)格后(hou)(hou),投(tou)放(fang)(fang)到自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)海域(yu)增殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),確保崆峒(tong)島刺參(can)(can)(can)為自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)生(sheng)(sheng)長品種。 3、自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)環(huan)境優(you)化(hua):通過人工(gong)(gong)投(tou)放(fang)(fang)魚礁(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、移植大(da)型藻(zao)(zao)類(lei)等(deng)措(cuo)施(shi),優(you)化(hua)刺參(can)(can)(can)繁衍生(sheng)(sheng)息環(huan)境,增加資源密(mi)度(du),自(zi)(zi)(zi)2005年起,共投(tou)放(fang)(fang)魚礁(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)68.5萬余(yu)空立方(fang)米、投(tou)放(fang)(fang)廢(fei)舊漁(yu)船共278艘(sou),魚礁(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)投(tou)放(fang)(fang)完(wan)成后(hou)(hou)移植鼠(shu)尾藻(zao)(zao)、馬尾藻(zao)(zao)等(deng)大(da)型藻(zao)(zao)類(lei)。 4、采捕(bu)收獲及種質(zhi)(zhi)資源保護:采取潛水(shui)(shui)(shui)采捕(bu)方(fang)式,以免產(chan)品受傷;采捕(bu)規(gui)格控制(zhi)在個體重(zhong)150g以上的(de)(de)不低于90%;采捕(bu)季節留(liu)存不低于20%的(de)(de)大(da)個體親(qin)參(can)(can)(can)以供(gong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)繁殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),保障刺參(can)(can)(can)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)資源的(de)(de)可持續發展。 5、產(chan)品加工(gong)(gong):根(gen)據市場需(xu)求,鮮銷和(he)加工(gong)(gong)干(gan)(gan)品相結合(he)。干(gan)(gan)刺參(can)(can)(can)加工(gong)(gong)主要依(yi)照(zhao)已(yi)有百年歷史的(de)(de)傳(chuan)統加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝:剖臟(zang)、淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)煮熟、鹽漬、干(gan)(gan)燥、鹽煮縮(suo)形(xing)、灰參(can)(can)(can)、干(gan)(gan)燥、分等(deng)、檢驗、包(bao)裝(zhuang)等(deng)流(liu)程進行,現(xian)在加工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)全過程,除水(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)食鹽外,杜絕施(shi)加任何其(qi)它(ta)物(wu)料。
六(liu).包裝標(biao)識相關規定
在(zai)產(chan)(chan)區地域范圍(wei)內的所(suo)有從(cong)事刺參生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經營者(zhe),在(zai)產(chan)(chan)品或包裝(zhuang)上(shang)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用已獲登(deng)記保(bao)護的“崆峒(tong)島刺參”地理標(biao)(biao)志,須向煙臺市芝罘區漁業技術推(tui)廣站提出(chu)申請,并(bing)按照(zhao)相關要(yao)求(qiu)規范生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)和使(shi)(shi)(shi)用標(biao)(biao)志,標(biao)(biao)志使(shi)(shi)(shi)用單位應在(zai)其產(chan)(chan)品或外包裝(zhuang)上(shang)統一使(shi)(shi)(shi)用水產(chan)(chan)品地理標(biao)(biao)志(崆峒(tong)島刺參名稱和農產(chan)(chan)品地理標(biao)(biao)志公(gong)共(gong)標(biao)(biao)識圖案(an)組合標(biao)(biao)注型式)。
(1)包(bao)裝(zhuang):所用包(bao)裝(zhuang)材料(liao)要做到堅固、潔凈、無毒、無異味。內包(bao)裝(zhuang)采用清潔無毒的(de)塑料(liao)袋(dai)。所有包(bao)裝(zhuang)物符合《預包(bao)裝(zhuang)食品標簽通(tong)則》(GB7718)的(de)規定。
(2)包(bao)裝標識:按(an)《預(yu)包(bao)裝食品標簽通則》(GB7718)的規定,產品外包(bao)裝上標明(ming)產品名稱(cheng)、產品等(deng)級、商標、條形碼、食用方法(fa)、貯存指(zhi)南、單(dan)位名稱(cheng)、單(dan)位地址、產品標準標號(hao)(hao)、生產日期、批號(hao)(hao)、毛重(㎏)、聯系(xi)電話等(deng)。
(3)貯存:貯存環境潔凈(jing)衛生(sheng)、陰涼、無毒、無異味,符合技(ji)術規范的技(ji)術要(yao)求、執行嚴格的衛生(sheng)制(zhi)度。遠離(li)有(you)毒有(you)害(hai)物(wu)質(zhi)及防(fang)止其它(ta)損(sun)害(hai)。 (4)運輸(shu):運輸(shu)工具清(qing)潔、無毒、無異味,禁止與有(you)毒、有(you)害(hai)或有(you)腐蝕性的物(wu)品混運,運輸(shu)途中防(fang)止日(ri)曬(shai)雨淋、蟲(chong)害(hai)、有(you)害(hai)物(wu)質(zhi)的污染及包裝物(wu)的機械損(sun)傷。
