深州蜜桃有紅蜜和白蜜兩個品(pin)系:
紅(hong)蜜又稱(cheng)“魁蜜”、“冷 桃”,果實長圓形,果頂突(tu)出(chu)有(you)尖,縫(feng)合線深(shen),兩(liang)邊對(dui)稱(cheng),柄短,梗洼深(shen),果色鮮艷,向陽面有(you)紅(hong)霞。 果肉乳白色或淡黃(huang)色,粘(zhan)核(he),近(jin)核(he)處有(you)紫紅(hong)色射線,成熟(shu)期在八(ba)月(yue)中旬(xun)(xun)至九月(yue)上旬(xun)(xun)。

微粉紅,果(guo)肉(rou)白色,粘核(he),于(yu)九月上旬成熟(shu)。深(shen)州(zhou)蜜(mi)(mi)桃(tao)(tao)(tao)有大(da)桃(tao)(tao)(tao)小桃(tao)(tao)(tao)之分,平常(chang)所(suo)說的(de)深(shen)州(zhou)蜜(mi)(mi)桃(tao)(tao)(tao)系指大(da)桃(tao)(tao)(tao)而言。小桃(tao)(tao)(tao)稱為“桃(tao)(tao)(tao)奴”。桃(tao)(tao)(tao)奴單果(guo)重(zhong)50克左(zuo)右,最大(da)100克左(zuo)右,含糖量在(zai)20%以上,所(suo)以口味極甜(tian)。成熟(shu)期比大(da)桃(tao)(tao)(tao)晚15天左(zuo)右。
安(an)次甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)風味獨特,是(shi)我國唯(wei)一脆梨風味的甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)品種,其白(bai)如玉、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)如蜜、脆如梨。安(an)次甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)形狀為(wei)橢圓形,果皮較厚,果皮純白(bai)色,光滑靚麗,晶瑩(ying)剔透,單果重1.0~1.5千克;瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)肉呈白(bai)色,質地細(xi)密,脆爽(shuang)似梨、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)美多汁(zhi)、香甜(tian)(tian)(tian)可口。耐儲運性極強,自(zi)然條件下可貯(zhu)藏0天。營養豐富,富含(han)(han)蛋白(bai)質、維(wei)生素、鈣(gai)、鐵,總糖含(han)(han)量達7.6%,明顯(xian)高于(yu)普(pu)通(tong)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua),纖(xian)維(wei)素含(han)(han)量0.22%,明顯(xian)低于(yu)普(pu)通(tong)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)。
