深州蜜(mi)桃(tao)有(you)紅蜜(mi)和(he)白蜜(mi)兩個品(pin)系:
紅(hong)蜜又(you)稱“魁(kui)蜜”、“冷 桃”,果實長圓形,果頂(ding)突出有尖,縫合線深,兩邊對稱,柄(bing)短,梗洼(wa)深,果色(se)鮮艷,向陽面有紅(hong)霞。 果肉乳白色(se)或淡黃色(se),粘核,近核處有紫紅(hong)色(se)射線,成(cheng)熟期在八(ba)月中旬(xun)至九(jiu)月上旬(xun)。
白蜜果(guo)實(shi)圓形,果(guo)頂稍凹,嘴鈍,縫合線較深而明(ming)顯,柄短,梗(geng)洼深,色澤(ze)
微粉紅,果肉白色(se),粘(zhan)核,于(yu)九月上旬成熟。深(shen)州蜜桃(tao)(tao)有大(da)桃(tao)(tao)小桃(tao)(tao)之分,平(ping)常所說的(de)深(shen)州蜜桃(tao)(tao)系指大(da)桃(tao)(tao)而言。小桃(tao)(tao)稱為“桃(tao)(tao)奴(nu)”。桃(tao)(tao)奴(nu)單果重50克(ke)左右,最大(da)100克(ke)左右,含(han)糖量(liang)在20%以(yi)上,所以(yi)口(kou)味極甜(tian)。成熟期比大(da)桃(tao)(tao)晚15天左右。
安次(ci)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜風(feng)味(wei)獨特,是我國唯一脆梨(li)風(feng)味(wei)的甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜品(pin)種,其白如玉、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)如蜜、脆如梨(li)。安次(ci)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜形狀為橢圓形,果(guo)(guo)皮較厚,果(guo)(guo)皮純白色,光滑靚(jing)麗,晶(jing)瑩剔透,單果(guo)(guo)重1.0~1.5千克;瓜肉呈白色,質(zhi)地細(xi)密(mi),脆爽似梨(li)、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)美多汁(zhi)、香甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)可(ke)口。耐儲(chu)運性極強,自然條(tiao)件下可(ke)貯藏0天(tian)。營養豐富(fu),富(fu)含蛋(dan)白質(zhi)、維生素(su)、鈣(gai)、鐵(tie),總糖含量達7.6%,明顯高于(yu)普通甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜,纖(xian)維素(su)含量0.22%,明顯低于(yu)普通甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜。
