博白(bai)空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(博白(bai)蕹菜(cai)(cai)(cai)),又(you)叫空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),是一年生(sheng)草本植物,莖空心(xin),蔓生(sheng),是博白(bai)縣的特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)(cai)
博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))歷史(shi)悠久,品(pin)(pin)種優良,尤其以(yi)(yi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)城郊(jiao)南(nan)門(men)塘的(de)(de)最有名(ming)。古(gu)時(shi)的(de)(de)廣西玉(yu)林曾有過這樣(yang)的(de)(de)說法:“陸川豬,北流(liu)魚,博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)靚蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”。可(ke)見博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))確實早已(yi)(yi)譽滿神州,名(ming)揚(yang)海外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)第二本(ben)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi),為(wei)(wei)清道(dao)光(guang)十二年(nian)(nian)(1832年(nian)(nian))重鑄的(de)(de)乾(qian)隆時(shi)期的(de)(de)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(第一(yi)(yi)(yi)本(ben)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)是(shi)(shi)乾(qian)隆時(shi)期的(de)(de)手抄本(ben),已(yi)(yi)失傳),在該縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)第三冊,十二卷物(wu)(wu)產(chan)綱(gang),蔬屬篇中,就(jiu)有“蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)記(ji)載(zai),據《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(1988建(jian)國后(hou)(hou)(hou)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)冊)卷九第一(yi)(yi)(yi)章第一(yi)(yi)(yi)目(mu)記(ji)載(zai):“博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),又叫空心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)生草(cao)本(ben)植物(wu)(wu),莖(jing)空心(xin),蔓生,是(shi)(shi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)特產(chan)鮮菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)。它栽植于水(shui)(shui)田,特點是(shi)(shi)莖(jing)長葉(xie)(xie)疏、葉(xie)(xie)尾尖細、鮮綠(lv)脆(cui)嫩;把莖(jing)蔓折斷成段,其斷口(kou)即裂(lie)開卷縮,狀似喇叭(ba);煮(zhu)熟后(hou)(hou)(hou),次(ci)日仍保持原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)(de)青綠(lv)色澤。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)湯清淡可(ke)口(kou)被(bei)譽為(wei)(wei)“青龍(long)(long)過海”,是(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)們喜愛(ai)的(de)(de)素食湯菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)之一(yi)(yi)(yi)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)具有清暑解毒、消(xiao)(xiao)食去膩、生津(jin)、消(xiao)(xiao)炎之功能。便秘者,吃上能使大便暢通;對高血壓病(bing)人(ren)(ren)亦有療養。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)歷史(shi)悠久,200多年(nian)(nian)前(qian),已(yi)(yi)名(ming)揚(yang)海外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)以(yi)(yi)鮮美脆(cui)嫩著稱,遠銷(xiao)區內外(wai)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)位詩人(ren)(ren)品(pin)(pin)嘗(chang)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)后(hou)(hou)(hou),曾留下“席(xi)間一(yi)(yi)(yi)試青龍(long)(long)味,半夜醒(xing)來(lai)嘴猶香”的(de)(de)詩句。游子歸(gui)來(lai)以(yi)(yi)吃上博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)最為(wei)(wei)稱心(xin),外(wai)來(lai)旅人(ren)(ren)也以(yi)(yi)品(pin)(pin)嘗(chang)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)為(wei)(wei)快。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)田,泥肉較深,土質肥(fei)沃,灌溉方便,經常保持4到5寸水(shui)(shui)層(ceng);肥(fei)料全部施用腐(fu)熟的(de)(de)農家水(shui)(shui)肥(fei),不施化肥(fei)。但在異(yi)國他鄉用博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)種子培植的(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)味道(dao)卻大為(wei)(wei)遜色。”
