博白空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(博白蕹菜(cai)),又叫空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai),或(huo)通心(xin)(xin)菜(cai),是(shi)一年(nian)生(sheng)草本植物,莖空心(xin)(xin),蔓生(sheng),是(shi)博白縣的特產鮮菜(cai)
博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai))歷(li)史悠久(jiu),品種(zhong)(zhong)優良(liang),尤其以博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)城(cheng)郊南門(men)塘的(de)(de)(de)(de)最有名。古時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣西玉林曾有過這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)說法:“陸川豬,北流魚(yu),博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)靚蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)”。可見博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai))確實早已(yi)譽滿神州(zhou),名揚海(hai)外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)二(er)(er)本縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi),為(wei)清道光十二(er)(er)年(nian)(1832年(nian))重鑄的(de)(de)(de)(de)乾隆時(shi)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(第(di)(di)一本縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)是乾隆時(shi)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)手抄(chao)本,已(yi)失(shi)傳),在該縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)第(di)(di)三冊(ce),十二(er)(er)卷(juan)物產綱,蔬屬篇(pian)中,就有“蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)記(ji)載,據《博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》(1988建國后(hou)第(di)(di)一冊(ce))卷(juan)九第(di)(di)一章第(di)(di)一目記(ji)載:“博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),又叫空心(xin)(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai),是一年(nian)生草本植物,莖(jing)空心(xin)(xin)(xin),蔓(man)(man)生,是博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)(cai)。它栽植于水田,特點是莖(jing)長葉(xie)(xie)疏、葉(xie)(xie)尾(wei)尖細(xi)、鮮綠脆嫩;把(ba)莖(jing)蔓(man)(man)折斷成段,其斷口(kou)即裂開卷(juan)縮(suo),狀似(si)喇叭;煮熟后(hou),次日仍保(bao)(bao)持(chi)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)青(qing)綠色(se)(se)澤。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)湯(tang)清淡(dan)可口(kou)被譽為(wei)“青(qing)龍(long)過海(hai)”,是人(ren)們(men)喜愛的(de)(de)(de)(de)素食(shi)湯(tang)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)之一。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)具有清暑解(jie)毒(du)、消食(shi)去膩(ni)、生津、消炎之功(gong)能(neng)。便(bian)(bian)秘(mi)者,吃上能(neng)使大便(bian)(bian)暢通;對高血壓病(bing)人(ren)亦(yi)有療養。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)歷(li)史悠久(jiu),200多年(nian)前,已(yi)名揚海(hai)外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)以鮮美(mei)脆嫩著(zhu)稱(cheng),遠銷(xiao)區內外(wai)。一位(wei)詩人(ren)品嘗(chang)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)后(hou),曾留(liu)下(xia)“席間(jian)一試青(qing)龍(long)味,半夜醒來嘴猶香(xiang)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)詩句(ju)。游子歸來以吃上博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)最為(wei)稱(cheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin),外(wai)來旅(lv)人(ren)也以品嘗(chang)博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)為(wei)快。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)田,泥肉較深,土質肥(fei)沃,灌溉(gai)方(fang)便(bian)(bian),經(jing)常(chang)保(bao)(bao)持(chi)4到5寸(cun)水層;肥(fei)料全部施用腐熟的(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)家水肥(fei),不施化肥(fei)。但(dan)在異國他鄉用博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)子培(pei)植的(de)(de)(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)味道卻大為(wei)遜色(se)(se)。”
