博白(bai)桂圓肉以色澤黃(huang)亮、肉厚、糖(tang)分較多著(zhu)稱,泡開果肉呈梅花形(xing),湯色微黃(huang)透澈,氣味芳(fang)香、清甜可口,營養豐富而飲譽全(quan)球。
歷史淵源和知名度
桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國南(nan)方水果(guo),多產(chan)于兩(liang)廣地(di)區(qu)(qu)。與荔枝、香蕉、菠蘿同為(wei)(wei)(wei)華南(nan)四大珍(zhen)(zhen)果(guo)。其(qi)(qi)樹高一二(er)丈,葉長而(er)略小,開白(bai)(bai)花,成(cheng)實(shi)于初(chu)秋。其(qi)(qi)實(shi)累累而(er)墜,外形圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)滾,如(ru)彈丸卻略小于荔枝,皮(pi)青褐色(se)(se)。去(qu)皮(pi)則剔透晶瑩(ying)偏漿白(bai)(bai),隱約可見內里(li)紅黑色(se)(se)果(guo)核(he),極似眼珠,故以“龍(long)(long)(long)眼”名(ming)(ming)(ming)之。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)原(yuan)產(chan)我國南(nan)方,栽培歷史可追溯到(dao)二(er)千多年(nian)前(qian)的(de)(de)漢(han)代。北魏(wei)(wei)(386—534年(nian))·賈(jia)思勰(xie)《齊民要術》云:“龍(long)(long)(long)眼一名(ming)(ming)(ming)益智,一名(ming)(ming)(ming)比(bi)目。”因其(qi)(qi)成(cheng)熟于桂(gui)(gui)(gui)樹飄(piao)香時(shi)節(jie),俗稱(cheng)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)元。古時(shi)列為(wei)(wei)(wei)重要貢(gong)(gong)品。魏(wei)(wei)文帝(535—551年(nian))曾詔群臣:“南(nan)方果(guo)之珍(zhen)(zhen)異者,有龍(long)(long)(long)眼、荔枝,令歲貢(gong)(gong)焉(yan)。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),既(ji)是(shi)將鮮龍(long)(long)(long)眼曬干(gan)或(huo)烘干(gan)后成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)龍(long)(long)(long)眼干(gan),龍(long)(long)(long)眼干(gan)去(qu)殼去(qu)核(he)后,為(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)。廣西稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)”,因此在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)些特產(chan)名(ming)(ming)(ming)稱(cheng)前(qian)冠以“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)”字,龍(long)(long)(long)眼干(gan)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)”。廣西桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)分布較廣,主(zhu)要分布在(zai)(zai)玉林、貴(gui)港、崇(chong)左、南(nan)寧、百色(se)(se)等地(di),各地(di)均(jun)有較好品質的(de)(de)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)市。 1988年(nian)出版的(de)(de)《廣西傳統食品》一書記載,博白(bai)(bai)縣是(shi)廣西桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要產(chan)區(qu)(qu),素(su)有“中(zhong)國桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”的(de)(de)美譽。早在(zai)(zai)唐代初(chu)期,博白(bai)(bai)民間就盛行曬烤桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),博白(bai)(bai)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以色(se)(se)澤黃(huang)亮(liang)、肉(rou)(rou)厚、糖(tang)分較多著稱(cheng),泡(pao)開果(guo)肉(rou)(rou)呈梅花形,湯色(se)(se)微黃(huang)透澈,氣(qi)味芳香、清甜可口。1991年(nian),博白(bai)(bai)縣被(bei)國家(jia)農(nong)(nong)業部(bu)定為(wei)(wei)(wei)國家(jia)優質龍(long)(long)(long)眼生產(chan)基地(di),1992年(nian)被(bei)國家(jia)農(nong)(nong)業部(bu)命(ming)名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”。博白(bai)(bai)生產(chan)的(de)(de)生曬圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以其(qi)(qi)顆(ke)粒完整、干(gan)散(san)、色(se)(se)澤金黃(huang)、營養豐富(fu)而(er)飲(yin)譽全(quan)球,1993年(nian)在(zai)(zai)曼谷“93年(nian)中(zhong)國優質農(nong)(nong)產(chan)品及科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)設備展(zhan)覽會”上(shang)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)(wei)(wei)銀獎(jiang),1994年(nian)在(zai)(zai)“94年(nian)全(quan)國優質農(nong)(nong)產(chan)品鄭(zheng)州展(zhan)銷會”上(shang)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)(wei)(wei)金獎(jiang)。
