博白桂圓(yuan)肉(rou)以色澤黃(huang)亮、肉(rou)厚(hou)、糖分較(jiao)多著(zhu)稱,泡開(kai)果肉(rou)呈梅花形,湯色微(wei)黃(huang)透澈,氣味(wei)芳(fang)香(xiang)、清甜可口,營養豐富而飲譽全球。
歷史淵源和知名度
桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)南(nan)(nan)方(fang)水果(guo)(guo),多產(chan)(chan)于(yu)兩廣(guang)(guang)地區(qu)。與荔(li)枝(zhi)、香蕉、菠蘿同為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)華南(nan)(nan)四大珍果(guo)(guo)。其(qi)樹(shu)高一(yi)二(er)丈,葉長而略小,開(kai)(kai)白(bai)花,成實于(yu)初(chu)秋。其(qi)實累累而墜,外形圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)滾(gun),如彈丸卻(que)略小于(yu)荔(li)枝(zhi),皮青褐色。去(qu)皮則剔透晶瑩(ying)偏漿白(bai),隱約(yue)可(ke)見內里(li)紅黑(hei)色果(guo)(guo)核,極似眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)珠,故以(yi)(yi)“龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)”名(ming)之(zhi)。桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)原產(chan)(chan)我(wo)國(guo)南(nan)(nan)方(fang),栽培歷(li)史可(ke)追溯(su)到二(er)千(qian)多年(nian)(nian)前的(de)漢代。北魏(386—534年(nian)(nian))·賈思(si)勰(xie)《齊民要術》云:“龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)一(yi)名(ming)益智,一(yi)名(ming)比目。”因(yin)(yin)其(qi)成熟于(yu)桂(gui)(gui)樹(shu)飄香時節,俗稱桂(gui)(gui)元。古時列(lie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)重要貢品(pin)(pin)。魏文帝(535—551年(nian)(nian))曾詔群臣:“南(nan)(nan)方(fang)果(guo)(guo)之(zhi)珍異者,有龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、荔(li)枝(zhi),令歲貢焉。桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),既(ji)是將鮮(xian)龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)曬(shai)干(gan)或(huo)烘干(gan)后成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)干(gan),龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)干(gan)去(qu)殼(ke)去(qu)核后,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)。廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)”,因(yin)(yin)此在(zai)這些特產(chan)(chan)名(ming)稱前冠(guan)以(yi)(yi)“桂(gui)(gui)”字,龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)干(gan)稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)”。廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)(chan)區(qu)分布較廣(guang)(guang),主(zhu)(zhu)要分布在(zai)玉(yu)林、貴港、崇左、南(nan)(nan)寧、百色等地,各(ge)地均有較好品(pin)(pin)質的(de)桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)市。 1988年(nian)(nian)出(chu)版(ban)的(de)《廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)傳(chuan)統食品(pin)(pin)》一(yi)書(shu)記載,博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)縣(xian)是廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要產(chan)(chan)區(qu),素(su)有“中(zhong)國(guo)桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之(zhi)鄉”的(de)美譽。早(zao)在(zai)唐代初(chu)期,博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)民間(jian)就盛行曬(shai)烤桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)(yi)色澤(ze)黃(huang)(huang)亮、肉(rou)(rou)厚(hou)、糖分較多著(zhu)稱,泡開(kai)(kai)果(guo)(guo)肉(rou)(rou)呈梅花形,湯(tang)色微黃(huang)(huang)透澈,氣味芳(fang)香、清甜可(ke)口。1991年(nian)(nian),博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)縣(xian)被(bei)國(guo)家農(nong)業(ye)部定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)國(guo)家優(you)質龍眼(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)基(ji)地,1992年(nian)(nian)被(bei)國(guo)家農(nong)業(ye)部命名(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之(zhi)鄉”。博(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)生(sheng)曬(shai)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)(yi)其(qi)顆(ke)粒完整、干(gan)散、色澤(ze)金黃(huang)(huang)、營養豐富而飲譽全球,1993年(nian)(nian)在(zai)曼(man)谷“93年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)優(you)質農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)及科技成果(guo)(guo)設備(bei)展覽會(hui)(hui)”上(shang)被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)銀獎,1994年(nian)(nian)在(zai)“94年(nian)(nian)全國(guo)優(you)質農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)鄭州展銷會(hui)(hui)”上(shang)被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)金獎。
