博白(bai)桂圓肉(rou)以色澤黃(huang)亮、肉(rou)厚、糖分較多著(zhu)稱,泡(pao)開果肉(rou)呈梅花(hua)形(xing),湯色微(wei)黃(huang)透澈,氣(qi)味芳香、清(qing)甜(tian)可口,營養豐富而(er)飲譽全球(qiu)。
歷史淵源和知名度
桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)中國(guo)(guo)南(nan)(nan)方水果,多(duo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)于(yu)兩廣(guang)(guang)(guang)地區。與荔(li)枝、香蕉(jiao)、菠蘿同為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)華南(nan)(nan)四大(da)珍果。其樹高一(yi)二丈,葉長而略小,開白花,成實(shi)于(yu)初(chu)秋。其實(shi)累(lei)累(lei)而墜,外形(xing)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)滾,如彈丸(wan)卻(que)略小于(yu)荔(li)枝,皮青褐色(se)。去皮則剔透(tou)晶瑩偏漿(jiang)白,隱約可見內里紅黑色(se)果核,極(ji)似眼(yan)珠(zhu),故以(yi)“龍(long)(long)眼(yan)”名之。桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)原(yuan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)我國(guo)(guo)南(nan)(nan)方,栽培歷史(shi)可追溯到二千多(duo)年(nian)前的(de)(de)漢代(dai)。北魏(386—534年(nian))·賈思勰(xie)《齊民(min)要術(shu)》云(yun):“龍(long)(long)眼(yan)一(yi)名益(yi)智,一(yi)名比目。”因(yin)其成熟于(yu)桂(gui)樹飄(piao)香時節,俗稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)桂(gui)元。古時列為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)重要貢(gong)品(pin)(pin)。魏文帝(di)(535—551年(nian))曾詔群(qun)臣:“南(nan)(nan)方果之珍異者,有(you)龍(long)(long)眼(yan)、荔(li)枝,令歲貢(gong)焉。桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),既是將鮮龍(long)(long)眼(yan)曬干(gan)(gan)(gan)或(huo)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)后(hou)(hou)成為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)龍(long)(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan),龍(long)(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan)去殼去核后(hou)(hou),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)。廣(guang)(guang)(guang)西(xi)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)”,因(yin)此在這(zhe)些特產(chan)(chan)(chan)名稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)前冠以(yi)“桂(gui)”字,龍(long)(long)眼(yan)干(gan)(gan)(gan)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)”。廣(guang)(guang)(guang)西(xi)桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)區分(fen)布(bu)較廣(guang)(guang)(guang),主要分(fen)布(bu)在玉林(lin)、貴港、崇左、南(nan)(nan)寧(ning)、百色(se)等地,各(ge)地均有(you)較好品(pin)(pin)質的(de)(de)桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)市。 1988年(nian)出版的(de)(de)《廣(guang)(guang)(guang)西(xi)傳統(tong)食品(pin)(pin)》一(yi)書記(ji)載,博(bo)白縣是廣(guang)(guang)(guang)西(xi)桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)主要產(chan)(chan)(chan)區,素有(you)“中國(guo)(guo)桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”的(de)(de)美(mei)譽。早在唐代(dai)初(chu)期,博(bo)白民(min)間就盛行曬烤桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),博(bo)白桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)色(se)澤黃亮、肉(rou)(rou)厚、糖分(fen)較多(duo)著稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),泡開果肉(rou)(rou)呈梅花形(xing),湯色(se)微黃透(tou)澈,氣味芳香、清甜(tian)可口(kou)。1991年(nian),博(bo)白縣被(bei)(bei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)農(nong)業部定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)優質龍(long)(long)眼(yan)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地,1992年(nian)被(bei)(bei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)農(nong)業部命名為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之鄉”。博(bo)白生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)生曬圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)其顆粒完(wan)整、干(gan)(gan)(gan)散、色(se)澤金黃、營養(yang)豐富(fu)而飲譽全球(qiu),1993年(nian)在曼(man)谷“93年(nian)中國(guo)(guo)優質農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)及(ji)科技成果設備展覽會”上(shang)被(bei)(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)銀獎,1994年(nian)在“94年(nian)全國(guo)(guo)優質農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)鄭州展銷會”上(shang)被(bei)(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)金獎。
