產品品質特性特征
(1)外在感官特征:策勒紅(hong)棗屬(shu)干、鮮兼用品(pin)(pin)種,深紅(hong)色,果(guo)(guo)形(xing)端正豐(feng)滿(man)、單果(guo)(guo)重23克,最大50克以(yi)上(shang)。果(guo)(guo)皮光(guang)滑,色澤(ze)光(guang)亮均勻(yun),果(guo)(guo)實呈(cheng)圓柱形(xing)或長倒(dao)卵形(xing),皮薄果(guo)(guo)肉厚,果(guo)(guo)核(he)小,質脆甜(tian),可食率97%以(yi)上(shang),經晾(liang)曬風干而(er)成,紅(hong)色更深,口感更甘甜(tian),品(pin)(pin)質上(shang)乘。
