青島膠州灣國(guo)際物(wu)(wu)流園(yuan)實施后(hou),青島市將加快園(yuan)區多(duo)式聯運海(hai)關(guan)監管中心建設,進(jin)一步完善進(jin)出(chu)口(kou)貨(huo)物(wu)(wu)及過境貨(huo)物(wu)(wu)的(de)報關(guan)、查驗(yan)、通(tong)關(guan)、轉關(guan)等,實現(xian)出(chu)口(kou)貨(huo)物(wu)(wu)運至物(wu)(wu)流園(yuan)即可辦理關(guan)檢手(shou)續,外(wai)貿(mao)企業(ye)整(zheng)體通(tong)關(guan)和(he)(he)物(wu)(wu)流費用平(ping)均(jun)降低三分之一以(yi)上(shang),進(jin)口(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)貨(huo)物(wu)(wu)平(ping)均(jun)通(tong)關(guan)時間分別(bie)縮(suo)短(duan)13小時和(he)(he)1.4小時,預檢驗(yan)后(hou)進(jin)口(kou)貨(huo)物(wu)(wu)的(de)平(ping)均(jun)通(tong)關(guan)時限(xian)縮(suo)短(duan)3-7天(tian)。同時,打造家門口(kou)報檢、全流程把關(guan),覆蓋新“海(hai)上(shang)絲綢(chou)之路”的(de)檢驗(yan)檢疫服務模式。
