1. 晶體(ti)管(guan)用來驅動繼電器,必須將晶體(ti)管(guan)的(de)發射極接地。具體(ti)電路如下:

NPN晶體(ti)(ti)管(guan)驅動時:當晶體(ti)(ti)管(guan)T1基(ji)極被輸入高電(dian)平(ping)時,晶體(ti)(ti)管(guan)飽和導通,集電(dian)極變為低電(dian)平(ping),因(yin)此繼電(dian)器(qi)線圈通電(dian),觸點RL1吸合。
當(dang)晶(jing)體管T1基極被輸入(ru)低(di)電(dian)平(ping)時(shi),晶(jing)體管截止(zhi),繼電(dian)器線圈斷電(dian),觸點RL1斷開。
PNP晶體(ti)管驅動(dong)電路目(mu)前沒有(you)采用,因此在這里(li)不作(zuo)介紹(shao)。
1.2 電路(lu)中各元器(qi)件(jian)的作用:
晶(jing)體(ti)管T1可(ke)視為(wei)控(kong)制開關,一般(ban)選(xuan)取VCBO≈VCEO≥24V,放大倍(bei)數β一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在120~240之間。。電阻(zu)(zu)R1主要起限流作(zuo)用,降(jiang)低(di)晶(jing)體(ti)管T1功(gong)耗(hao),阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)為(wei)2 KΩ。電阻(zu)(zu)R2使晶(jing)體(ti)管T1可(ke)靠截止,阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)為(wei)5.1KΩ。二極管D1反向續流,抑制浪(lang)涌(yong),一般(ban)選(xuan)1N4148即(ji)可(ke)。

2.1 工作原(yuan)理簡介
根據集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路驅動器(qi)2003的輸入輸出特性,有人把它簡稱叫“驅動器(qi)”“反向(xiang)器(qi)”“放大器(qi)”等,現(xian)在常用(yong)型(xing)號為(wei):TD62003AP。當(dang)2003輸入端(duan)為(wei)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平時(shi),對應的輸出口輸出低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈通電(dian)(dian)(dian),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸點(dian)吸(xi)合;當(dang)2003輸入端(duan)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈斷電(dian)(dian)(dian),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸點(dian)斷開;在2003內部已集成(cheng)起(qi)反向(xiang)續(xu)流作用(yong)的二極管,因(yin)此(ci)可直接用(yong)它驅動繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。
2.2 檢(jian)修 判斷2003好(hao)壞(huai)的方法(fa)非常(chang)簡單,用萬用表直流檔分(fen)別測(ce)量其輸(shu)入和輸(shu)出端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,如果輸(shu)入端(duan)1~7是低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(0V),輸(shu)出端(duan)10~16必(bi)然(ran)是高電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(12V);反(fan)之,如果輸(shu)入端(duan)1~7是高電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(5V),輸(shu)出端(duan)10~16必(bi)然(ran)是低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(0V);否則,驅動器已(yi)壞(huai)。
測試條件:1.待機(ji)(ji);2.開機(ji)(ji)。
測試方(fang)法(fa):將萬用表調至20V直(zhi)流檔,負表筆接電控(kong)板地線(xian)(7812穩壓塊散(san)熱片(pian)),正表筆分別輕觸(chu)2003各(ge)腳。
