電(dian)熱(re)水壺(hu)(hu)用溫(wen)度傳感器是一種(zhong)用雙金(jin)屬片制(zhi)作的熱(re)敏器件,溫(wen)度低(di)時它朝一個方(fang)向彎(wan)曲,溫(wen)度達到規定值時就向另(ling)一個方(fang)向彎(wan)曲將(jiang)電(dian)路(lu)斷開,停止加熱(re)。電(dian)熱(re)壺(hu)(hu)中就巧妙(miao)地使用了這種(zhong)傳感器。
1.電熱水壺加熱電路的工作過程
交(jiao)流220V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)為電(dian)(dian)熱(re)水(shui)壺供電(dian)(dian),交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)L(火線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)熱(re)熔斷器(qi)(qi)(qi)FU加(jia)到(dao)煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EM和保溫加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EH2的(de)一(yi)端(duan)(duan),交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)N(零線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)溫控器(qi)(qi)(qi)ST加(jia)到(dao)煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan),同時交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)N(零線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)二極管VIE℃和選擇(ze)開關SA加(jia)到(dao)保溫加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EH2的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)(duan)。使煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和保溫加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩端(duan)(duan)都有交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)壓,而(er)開始加(jia)熱(re),如(ru)圖所示。
2.加熱控制電路的工作過程
電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)水(shui)壺(hu)剛開始煮水(shui)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)ST處于(yu)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)狀(zhuang)態。此(ci)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)ST兩引線端(duan)之間是導(dao)通的(de)(de),為電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)提供(gong)(gong)通路,此(ci)時(shi),綠指(zhi)示燈亮(liang),紅指(zhi)示燈兩端(duan)無電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),不亮(liang)。當水(shui)瓶中的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)超過(guo)96℃時(shi)(水(shui)開了),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)ST自(zi)動斷開,停止為煮水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)。此(ci)時(shi),保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩端(duan)仍有(you)交流(liu)(liu)220V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),但由于(yu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)較大所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)能量只(zhi)有(you)煮水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)1/20,因此(ci)只(zhi)起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)作用。此(ci)時(shi),交流(liu)(liu)220V經EM為紅指(zhi)示燈供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)綠指(zhi)示燈滅,紅指(zhi)示燈亮(liang)。
如(ru)果電熱水(shui)瓶(ping)中水(shui)的溫度降低(di)了,溫度控(kong)制器(qi)ST又會自動接通,煮水(shui)加熱器(qi)繼續加始終(zhong)使水(shui)瓶(ping)中的開水(shui)保持(chi)在90℃以上。
