電(dian)熱水壺用溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一種用雙(shuang)金屬片制作的熱敏(min)器(qi)(qi)件(jian),溫(wen)度低時它朝一個(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)彎(wan)曲,溫(wen)度達到規(gui)定值時就向(xiang)另一個(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)彎(wan)曲將電(dian)路斷開,停止加(jia)熱。電(dian)熱壺中就巧妙地使用了這種傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)。
1.電熱水壺加熱電路的工作過程
交流(liu)220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)水(shui)壺供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)L(火線(xian))端經熱(re)(re)熔斷器(qi)(qi)(qi)FU加(jia)到煮水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EM和(he)保(bao)溫加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EH2的(de)(de)(de)一端,交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)N(零線(xian))端經溫控器(qi)(qi)(qi)ST加(jia)到煮水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)另一端,同時交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)N(零線(xian))端經二極管VIE℃和(he)選擇(ze)開關(guan)SA加(jia)到保(bao)溫加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)EH2的(de)(de)(de)另一端。使煮水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)保(bao)溫加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)端都有交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,而開始加(jia)熱(re)(re),如(ru)圖所示。
2.加熱控制電路的工作過程
電熱(re)水(shui)(shui)壺剛開始(shi)煮水(shui)(shui)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST處于低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)狀態。此時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST兩引線端(duan)(duan)之間是導通(tong)的(de)(de),為電源供(gong)電提供(gong)通(tong)路,此時(shi),綠(lv)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮,紅(hong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)兩端(duan)(duan)無電壓(ya),不亮。當水(shui)(shui)瓶中的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度超過96℃時(shi)(水(shui)(shui)開了),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制器(qi)ST自動斷開,停止為煮水(shui)(shui)加熱(re)器(qi)供(gong)電。此時(shi),保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加熱(re)器(qi)兩端(duan)(duan)仍(reng)有交流(liu)(liu)220V電壓(ya),但由于保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加熱(re)器(qi)電阻(zu)值較大所產生的(de)(de)能(neng)量只有煮水(shui)(shui)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)1/20,因此只起(qi)到保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。此時(shi),交流(liu)(liu)220V經EM為紅(hong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)供(gong)電綠(lv)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)滅,紅(hong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮。
如果(guo)電熱水瓶(ping)中水的(de)溫度降(jiang)低(di)了,溫度控制器ST又會自動接通,煮水加熱器繼續(xu)加始終使水瓶(ping)中的(de)開水保持在90℃以上。
