一、陶瓷電容是什么
陶瓷電容是指用高(gao)(gao)介電(dian)(dian)(dian)常數的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)鈦酸(suan)鋇一氧化(hua)鈦擠壓(ya)成(cheng)圓(yuan)管、圓(yuan)片(pian)或圓(yuan)盤作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)介質(zhi),并用燒(shao)滲法將銀鍍(du)在陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)上(shang)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)制成(cheng)。它又(you)分高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介和(he)低頻(pin)(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介兩種。具有(you)小的(de)正電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)溫度系數的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi),用于(yu)高(gao)(gao)穩(wen)定振(zhen)蕩回(hui)路(lu)中,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)回(hui)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)及墊整電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)。低頻(pin)(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)限(xian)于(yu)在工作(zuo)(zuo)頻(pin)(pin)率較低的(de)回(hui)路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)旁(pang)路(lu)或隔直流(liu)用,或對穩(wen)定性和(he)損耗要求不(bu)高(gao)(gao)的(de)場合(包(bao)括高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)(pin)在內)。這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)宜使用在脈(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,因為(wei)(wei)它們易于(yu)被脈(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)擊(ji)穿(chuan)。
二、瓷片電容怎么分類
1、按介質材料可分為:高(gao)介電(dian)(dian)常數電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)和低介電(dian)(dian)常數電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)。
2、按工作(zuo)頻率可(ke)分為:高頻瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器和低(di)頻瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器。
3、按工作電壓可分為:高壓(ya)瓷(ci)(ci)介(jie)電容器(1KVDC以上(shang))和低壓(ya)瓷(ci)(ci)介(jie)電容器(500VDC以下)。
4、按外(wai)形結構(gou)可分為:圓(yuan)片形、管形、穿心式、筒形以(yi)及疊片式等。
5、按瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong)電介(jie)(jie)質又(you)分:I類瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong)、II類瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong)、III類瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong)。
I類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容:NP0,SL0,C0G。I類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容容量(liang)穩定性很好,基本不隨溫度,電(dian)壓,時間等變化(hua)而(er)變化(hua),但是一般容量(liang)都很小。
II類(lei)瓷介電容(rong):X7R,X5R,Y5U,Y5V,2X1。II類(lei)瓷介電容(rong)容(rong)量穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性很差,隨(sui)著溫度(du),電壓,時間變化幅(fu)度(du)較大,所以一般(ban)用在對(dui)容(rong)量穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性要求不高的場(chang)合(he),如(ru)濾(lv)波等。
III類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容:Y5V,2F4,瓷介(jie)電(dian)容器EIA RS-198。
