一、陶瓷電容是什么
陶瓷電容是指用高(gao)(gao)(gao)介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)常數的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)鈦酸鋇(bei)一氧化鈦擠壓成圓(yuan)管、圓(yuan)片(pian)或圓(yuan)盤(pan)作為介(jie)質(zhi),并(bing)用燒滲法(fa)將銀鍍在陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)上作為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極制成。它(ta)又分高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)和低頻瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)兩種(zhong)。具有(you)小的(de)正電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容溫度系數的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi),用于高(gao)(gao)(gao)穩定振蕩回(hui)路(lu)中,作為回(hui)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)及墊整電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)。低頻瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)限于在工作頻率(lv)較(jiao)低的(de)回(hui)路(lu)中作旁(pang)路(lu)或隔直流用,或對穩定性和損耗(hao)要求(qiu)不高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)場合(包(bao)括高(gao)(gao)(gao)頻在內(nei))。這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)(qi)不宜使(shi)用在脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,因為它(ta)們易于被脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓擊穿。
二、瓷片電容怎么分類
1、按介質(zhi)材料可分為:高介電(dian)常數電(dian)容(rong)器和低介電(dian)常數電(dian)容(rong)器。
2、按工(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率可(ke)分(fen)為:高頻(pin)瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器(qi)和低頻(pin)瓷(ci)介電(dian)容器(qi)。
3、按工作電壓可分為:高壓瓷介電容(rong)器(qi)(1KVDC以上)和(he)低壓瓷介電容(rong)器(qi)(500VDC以下)。
4、按外形(xing)結構可分為:圓片形(xing)、管(guan)形(xing)、穿心式、筒形(xing)以(yi)及疊片式等。
5、按瓷介(jie)電(dian)容電(dian)介(jie)質又分:I類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容、II類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容、III類瓷介(jie)電(dian)容。
I類(lei)瓷介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)(rong):NP0,SL0,C0G。I類(lei)瓷介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)(rong)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)穩(wen)定性(xing)很好,基本不隨溫度,電壓,時間等變化而變化,但是一般(ban)容(rong)(rong)(rong)量(liang)都很小。
II類瓷介電容(rong):X7R,X5R,Y5U,Y5V,2X1。II類瓷介電容(rong)容(rong)量穩(wen)定性很(hen)差(cha),隨著溫度,電壓,時間變化(hua)幅度較大(da),所以一般用在對容(rong)量穩(wen)定性要求不高的(de)場合(he),如(ru)濾波等。
III類瓷介(jie)(jie)電(dian)容(rong):Y5V,2F4,瓷介(jie)(jie)電(dian)容(rong)器EIA RS-198。
