一、陶瓷電容是什么
陶瓷電容是指用(yong)(yong)高介電(dian)(dian)(dian)常數的電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)鈦酸鋇(bei)一氧化(hua)鈦擠壓成(cheng)圓(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)、圓(yuan)(yuan)片或圓(yuan)(yuan)盤作(zuo)為(wei)介質,并(bing)用(yong)(yong)燒(shao)滲法將銀鍍在(zai)(zai)陶瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)上作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極制成(cheng)。它又分高頻(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介和(he)低頻(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介兩種(zhong)。具有(you)小的正電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)溫度系數的電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi),用(yong)(yong)于高穩定振蕩回路(lu)中,作(zuo)為(wei)回路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)及(ji)墊整電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)。低頻(pin)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)介電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)限于在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率較低的回路(lu)中作(zuo)旁路(lu)或隔直流(liu)用(yong)(yong),或對穩定性(xing)和(he)損耗要(yao)求(qiu)不高的場合(he)(包括高頻(pin)在(zai)(zai)內)。這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)不宜使用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)脈沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,因為(wei)它們(men)易于被脈沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓擊穿。
二、瓷片電容怎么分類
1、按介質材料(liao)可(ke)分為:高介電(dian)(dian)(dian)常數(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)和低(di)介電(dian)(dian)(dian)常數(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)。
2、按(an)工(gong)作頻率可(ke)分為:高(gao)頻瓷介電容器和低(di)頻瓷介電容器。
3、按工作電壓可分為:高壓瓷(ci)介(jie)電容器(1KVDC以(yi)(yi)上)和(he)低(di)壓瓷(ci)介(jie)電容器(500VDC以(yi)(yi)下)。
4、按外形(xing)(xing)(xing)結構可分為:圓片形(xing)(xing)(xing)、管形(xing)(xing)(xing)、穿心式(shi)、筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)(xing)以及疊片式(shi)等。
5、按瓷介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)(dian)介(jie)質又分:I類(lei)瓷介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容、II類(lei)瓷介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容、III類(lei)瓷介(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容。
I類瓷介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong):NP0,SL0,C0G。I類瓷介(jie)(jie)電容(rong)(rong)容(rong)(rong)量穩定(ding)性很好,基本不(bu)隨溫(wen)度,電壓(ya),時間等變化而變化,但是一(yi)般容(rong)(rong)量都很小。
II類瓷(ci)(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong):X7R,X5R,Y5U,Y5V,2X1。II類瓷(ci)(ci)介(jie)電容(rong)(rong)容(rong)(rong)量穩定性很差(cha),隨著溫(wen)度,電壓,時間變(bian)化(hua)幅度較大(da),所以一般用在對容(rong)(rong)量穩定性要(yao)求(qiu)不高的場合,如濾波等。
III類瓷(ci)介電容(rong):Y5V,2F4,瓷(ci)介電容(rong)器EIA RS-198。
