一、激光打標機振鏡方面常見的故障及解決方法有哪些
1、振鏡電機不自鎖
先檢查(cha)各(ge)連接線(xian)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有斷路(lu)或短路(lu),連接是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確,保(bao)險是(shi)(shi)否(fou)完(wan)好,確認無誤(wu)后(hou),打開(kai)(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),觀察振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)上的(de)指示燈(deng)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)亮(liang)綠(lv)燈(deng)或黃燈(deng)。若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)亮(liang)或者亮(liang)紅燈(deng),則拔開(kai)(kai)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線(xian),用(yong)萬用(yong)表測(ce)量其輸入端各(ge)端子的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)否(fou)為±24V。若(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓正(zheng)(zheng)常,側要(yao)再測(ce)試一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)帶上驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)及機負載時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常,如果都不(bu)(bu)(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常,則打開(kai)(kai)控制盒,不(bu)(bu)(bu)帶負載測(ce)試一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)(bu)(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de)話,剛(gang)開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)損(sun)(sun)壞。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸入正(zheng)(zheng)常后(hou),連好所有線(xian)后(hou),上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機一(yi)(yi)般會發出(chu)二聲(sheng)滴答音,若(ruo)沒有響聲(sheng),再用(yong)手手輕推一(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片,稍有點力度,如果振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)片沒自(zi)鎖(suo)的(de)話,則驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)壞,當然電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓輸出(chu)正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)燈(deng)不(bu)(bu)(bu)亮(liang)或者亮(liang)紅燈(deng)那就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)或者電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機有問題,此時找(zhao)一(yi)(yi)塊確認為完(wan)好的(de)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban),正(zheng)(zheng)確連接后(hou),打開(kai)(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機還不(bu)(bu)(bu)自(zi)鎖(suo),則是(shi)(shi)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機損(sun)(sun)壞,同理,找(zhao)一(yi)(yi)個確認完(wan)好的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,接到不(bu)(bu)(bu)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)上,打開(kai)(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)損(sun)(sun)壞,如此反復的(de)接拔線(xian),請務必在斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)情況下(xia)(xia)進行的(de)。
2、振鏡電機有自鎖,但不夠力度
用一塊(kuai)確認完(wan)好的(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅動(dong)板(ban)(ban)和(he)一個完(wan)好的(de)(de)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)機(ji),分別接在待測試(shi)的(de)(de)驅動(dong)板(ban)(ban)和(he)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)頭上,正常(chang)通(tong)電(dian),用手(shou)輕輕轉動(dong)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)軸(zhou),若(ruo)變“硬”,則(ze)正常(chang);否(fou)則(ze),可判定振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)驅動(dong)板(ban)(ban)和(he)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)鏡(jing)電(dian)機(ji)損壞。
3、振鏡電機不擺動
檢查打標卡是否有控制信號輸出,(注意其信號為-5V到+5V的直流電壓信號)若有,則檢查振鏡信號連接(jie)(jie)線是(shi)否(fou)連接(jie)(jie)完好,確(que)認連接(jie)(jie)無誤后(hou),打標,若仍沒有擺動,則檢查信號線是(shi)否(fou)正負接(jie)(jie)反或者斷線,否(fou)則,則可(ke)斷定驅動板損壞。
4、打標出現波浪線,打標頭機有輕微的叫聲
振(zhen)鏡驅動(dong)板發熱量稍高(gao)(出現(xian)干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao))檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)接地(di)(di)線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)接上(最好(hao)的(de)(de)接地(di)(di)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi):X振(zhen)鏡信號地(di)(di),Y振(zhen)鏡信號地(di)(di),屏蔽線(xian),220V電(dian)源大地(di)(di),及打(da)標(biao)(biao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼要連(lian)通),若(ruo)(ruo)地(di)(di)線(xian)接上后仍(reng)有干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao),則(ze)首先檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)打(da)標(biao)(biao)卡(ka)卡(ka)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常(檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)用一塊確(que)認完好(hao)的(de)(de)打(da)標(biao)(biao)卡(ka)換上,打(da)標(biao)(biao)看是(shi)否(fou)仍(reng)有干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao)),若(ruo)(ruo)仍(reng)然(ran)有干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao),則(ze)進一步檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)振(zhen)鏡電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)連(lian)接線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)完好(hao),和其(qi)它線(xian)是(shi)否(fou)有纏繞,若(ruo)(ruo)一切正(zheng)(zheng)常,則(ze)首先用一塊確(que)認完好(hao)的(de)(de)振(zhen)鏡驅動(dong)板換上,若(ruo)(ruo)沒(mei)干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao),則(ze)可(ke)斷(duan)定(ding)(ding)振(zhen)鏡驅動(dong)板有問題;若(ruo)(ruo)有干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao),則(ze)振(zhen)鏡電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)有問題。(當然(ran)公司外出激光維修人員,請確(que)定(ding)(ding)好(hao),如(ru)果客(ke)戶的(de)(de)振(zhen)鏡是(shi)三年以前(qian)的(de)(de)產品,產品的(de)(de)抵抗(kang)干(gan)(gan)(gan)擾(rao)(rao)(rao)能力肯定(ding)(ding)會差一點,振(zhen)鏡打(da)標(biao)(biao)頭周邊如(ru)有有手(shou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)信號,馬(ma)達,電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),磁場,又或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)Q開關的(de)(de)射頻信號外露都(dou)有可(ke)能影響(xiang),新(xin)的(de)(de)振(zhen)鏡都(dou)有可(ke)以發生這(zhe)種現(xian)象)
5、產生嘯叫
先和第四步一樣,測試一下打(da)標卡信號,布線(xian),外部(bu)干擾等,如果還有(you)嘯(xiao)叫(jiao)(jiao),則調試振鏡(jing)驅動板的濾波板上電位器,若仍(reng)不能消除嘯(xiao)叫(jiao)(jiao),則需要重(zhong)新返回公司(si)做精(jing)密的調校。(注(zhu)意(yi):不能長時間處于嘯(xiao)叫(jiao)(jiao)狀(zhuang)態,以免(mian)會燒(shao)壞振鏡(jing)電機)
6、打標里不封口或封口過頭
改變打標(biao)軟件(jian)中“跳(tiao)轉延(yan)時(shi)(shi)”,出光(guang)及關(guan)光(guang)等延(yan)時(shi)(shi)。若任都(dou)不行,則(ze)是振鏡(jing)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)完全校正好,應該要(yao)返回公司(si),會返回供應商處,有(you)(you)(you)條件(jian)的(de)激(ji)光(guang)維修售后人員(yuan)可以(yi)按照(zhao)振鏡(jing)調試步驟做一定的(de)調節,但要(yao)注意(yi)有(you)(you)(you)幾個電位器(qi)是不是隨便亂動(dong)的(de)。
7、打標時,打標頭下方,沒有激光輸出,但激光出光孔有激光
軟件打標速度大(da)快(kuai),場(chang)鏡(jing)沒有安裝,振鏡(jing)不動且擺的位置(zhi)不正常,振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落,振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)臟(zang)。前面(mian)幾(ji)個問題按(an)上(shang)(shang)面(mian)的方(fang)法來處理,振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落裂(lie)開,要返(fan)回(hui)公司重新(xin)換(huan)上(shang)(shang)新(xin)鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)并調試(shi)好激光,振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)臟(zang)用品(pin)99%酒精和脫(tuo)脂棉擦試(shi),如(ru)擦拭不了(le)且是振鏡(jing)中心部(bu)分,或者邊緣(yuan)部(bu)分大(da)1平方(fang)毫米則要更換(huan)振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)與振鏡(jing)片(pian)(pian)(pian)脫(tuo)落一樣處理。
二、如何避免激光振鏡的二次污染
在一般功率輸出的(de)激(ji)光(guang)器中,所(suo)有的(de)鏡片(pian)大都會(hui)由于制造工藝的(de)原因或受外界污染等(deng)因素導致鏡片(pian)對特(te)定的(de)激(ji)光(guang)波長吸收大,久而久之使鏡片(pian)壽(shou)命縮短,由于鏡片(pian)的(de)損(sun)壞而造成影響使用甚至停(ting)機(ji)的(de)情(qing)況時(shi)有發生(sheng)。
鏡片對激光(guang)波長吸收的(de)(de)增加會引起不均勻加熱導(dao)致鏡片的(de)(de)反射(she),折射(she)率產生變化,激光(guang)波長從高(gao)吸收鏡片上(shang)透過或反射(she)時激光(guang)功率的(de)(de)分布(bu)不均勻使鏡片中心溫度高(gao),邊(bian)緣溫度低,產生這種(zhong)變化在光(guang)學上(shang)稱透鏡效應。
由于污(wu)染(ran)導致鏡片(pian)高吸收引發(fa)熱(re)透鏡效應會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)許多問題。透鏡基片(pian)的(de)(de)不(bu)可逆熱(re)應力的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng),光束傳播通過鏡片(pian)時所(suo)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)功率損耗(hao),聚焦(jiao)光點位置的(de)(de)偏移動(dong),鍍(du)膜層的(de)(de)過早損壞等(deng)都能(neng)導致鏡片(pian)遭到(dao)破(po)壞。對(dui)于暴(bao)露在空氣中的(de)(de)鏡片(pian),在做清(qing)理(li)時,往(wang)往(wang)不(bu)遵循對(dui)鏡片(pian)清(qing)理(li)的(de)(de)要求和注意事項,隨(sui)便取(qu)材(cai),其結果(guo)將造成(cheng)新的(de)(de)污(wu)染(ran)甚至劃傷鏡片(pian),造成(cheng)不(bu)可彌補的(de)(de)損失。所(suo)以根據多年(nian)的(de)(de)經驗(yan)總(zong)結認為:無論哪(na)一類(lei)光學透鏡保持(chi)清(qing)潔是最重要的(de)(de),要有良好的(de)(de)清(qing)潔習慣去小心清(qing)洗鏡片(pian),就能(neng)減少或清(qing)除有關人為的(de)(de)原(yuan)因所(suo)造成(cheng)污(wu)染(ran)。
作為一(yi)條常識,當用(yong)手(shou)去操作光(guang)學系(xi)(xi)統時,無論(lun)清(qing)潔,拆卸,安裝(zhuang)都(dou)要(yao)(yao)帶(dai)上(shang)指(zhi)套或(huo)醫用(yong)手(shou)套,要(yao)(yao)始終保(bao)持遵循清(qing)洗鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求及注意事項,在(zai)清(qing)潔過(guo)程中,只能用(yong)規定的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料,如(ru)光(guang)學用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擦(ca)鏡紙,棉(mian)簽,試劑級乙(yi)醇。對任何鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)清(qing)潔,拆卸,安裝(zhuang)走捷徑都(dou)將導致鏡片(pian)壽命(ming)縮(suo)短,甚至永久性地(di)損壞。所以,要(yao)(yao)用(yong)普通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)常識來(lai)防止鏡片(pian)受其它原因的(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染(ran),如(ru)遇防潮濕、煙霧、防塵等等。在(zai)確定某一(yi)鏡片(pian)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)后,要(yao)(yao)用(yong)洗耳球(qiu)(qiu)吹鏡片(pian),直到其表(biao)面(mian)沒(mei)有微粒(li)為佳,千(qian)萬不要(yao)(yao)用(yong)嘴(zui)去吹。因為吹出的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣大都(dou)含油、水等將會(hui)進一(yi)步污(wu)(wu)染(ran)鏡片(pian)。如(ru)果經(jing)過(guo)洗耳球(qiu)(qiu)處(chu)理以后其表(biao)面(mian)仍有污(wu)(wu)染(ran)存在(zai),就(jiu)必須(xu)用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)棉(mian)簽蘸實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)級丙酮,乙(yi)醇來(lai)輕(qing)輕(qing)擦(ca)拭。這樣(yang)就(jiu)可以清(qing)除(chu)大多數污(wu)(wu)染(ran)薄層(ceng)。激光(guang)器(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)鏡片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)會(hui)對激光(guang)輸出乃(nai)至數據采集系(xi)(xi)統造成嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)采集錯誤,如(ru)果我們能夠使鏡片(pian)經(jing)常保(bao)持清(qing)潔,將會(hui)延長整(zheng)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming)。
