1、主輸入電源故障或整流輸入開關斷開
輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)相(xiang)(xiang)電壓不在(165~250)VAC范(fan)圍內;輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)頻率不在(45~55)Hz范(fan)圍內;整流(liu)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)開關斷開;輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)電源(yuan)相(xiang)(xiang)序錯誤。
2、電池低電壓
開機電(dian)池低壓報警(jing);屬(shu)正(zheng)常(chang)狀況按消聲鍵,消聲即可。電(dian)池開關斷(duan)開,市電(dian)輸入異常(chang)整流器關閉,無充電(dian)電(dian)壓。
3、電池放電
當(dang)電(dian)池低壓(ya)放電(dian)時(shi),報警(jing)聲立即響(xiang)起,大(da)約在90秒后(hou),報警(jing)聲自動停止;當(dang)電(dian)池放電(dian)至接近電(dian)池的臨界(jie)終止電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),報警(jing)聲重新響(xiang)起。
4、EPS應急電池過載
指(zhi)負(fu)載功率比額定輸出(chu)功率大,應(ying)急電源報(bao)警。當(dang)應(ying)急電源報(bao)警時,需要減少(shao)負(fu)載。否(fou)則應(ying)急電源就會自(zi)動轉入整機保(bao)護狀態。
5、逆變輸出過載
負(fu)載(zai)超過EPS應急電(dian)源額定功(gong)率120%,逆變(bian)器可向負(fu)載(zai)供電(dian)1分鐘,而后整機保護。
6、過熱或風扇故障
當應急電源的控制系統、逆(ni)變器(qi)功率(lv)模塊或整流器(qi)功率(lv)模塊因環境(jing)溫度(du)或風扇失效(xiao)而產生過(guo)熱情(qing)況時,應急電源整機(ji)保護。
7、其他線路故障報警
充(chong)電器(qi)與電池組之(zhi)間的連(lian)(lian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)斷線(xian)(xian)和短路;輸出回路的保護動作;電池間連(lian)(lian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)的斷線(xian)(xian);應急輸出主線(xian)(xian)路及支路連(lian)(lian)線(xian)(xian)的開(kai)路和短路。
二、eps應急電源常見故障與維修
1、輸出電壓異常

2、過載保護觸發

3、蓄電池故障
定期檢查蓄電池(chi)狀態,進(jin)行維(wei)護和更(geng)換(huan),以避免老化或損壞。
4、充電故障
