一、eps電源是什么
EPS電源(yuan)又稱EPS、消(xiao)防應(ying)急電源(yuan)、EPS應(ying)急電源(yuan),全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急電力(li)供給),國家新標準(zhun)為GB17945-2010《消(xiao)防應(ying)急照明與(yu)疏散指示系統(tong)》。
EPS電(dian)(dian)源是(shi)當(dang)今重要建筑物中(zhong)為了電(dian)(dian)力保障和消防安全而采(cai)用(yong)的一種應急電(dian)(dian)源。它主(zhu)要由(you)輸入輸出單元、充電(dian)(dian)模塊、電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)、逆(ni)變器、監控器、輸出切(qie)換裝置等部分組(zu)成。廣泛應用(yong)于節(jie)能供(gong)電(dian)(dian)、大樓照明、道(dao)路交通照明、隧道(dao)照明、電(dian)(dian)力、工礦(kuang)企業(ye)、消防電(dian)(dian)梯等。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源可(ke)以作為(wei)電(dian)力系統的備用電(dian)源,在主電(dian)源失效時提供緊(jin)急(ji)電(dian)力供應,確保設備的正常運行。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應(ying)急(ji)電源(yuan)(yuan)的快速啟動(dong)和自動(dong)切換特性(xing),使得其在電力突然中斷(duan)或故障(zhang)發(fa)生時(shi)能夠迅(xun)速切換到備用電源(yuan)(yuan),保(bao)證關鍵設備的持續供電。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當(dang)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi),由市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經過互投裝置給重要負(fu)(fu)載(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)時(shi)進行市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然(ran)后再(zai)由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)向逆變器(qi)提供(gong)直(zhi)流能源。在這里,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)一個(ge)僅需(xu)向蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)提供(gong)相當(dang)于(yu)10%蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)容量(Ah)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)小功率直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,它(ta)并不具備直(zhi)接向逆變器(qi)提供(gong)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)能力。此(ci)時(shi),市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經由EPS的(de)交流旁路和轉換開(kai)關(guan)所組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統向用戶(hu)(hu)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)應(ying)急負(fu)(fu)載(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此(ci)同(tong)時(shi),在EPS的(de)邏輯(ji)控制(zhi)板的(de)調控下,逆變器(qi)停止工作處于(yu)自動關(guan)機(ji)狀態。在此(ci)條件下,用戶(hu)(hu)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)實際使(shi)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)(shi)來自電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此(ci),EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源也是(shi)(shi)通常說(shuo)的(de)一直(zhi)工作在睡眠狀態,可以(yi)有效(xiao)的(de)達到節能的(de)效(xiao)果。
2、當市電供電中(zhong)斷或市電電壓(ya)(ya)超(chao)限(±15%或±20%額定(ding)輸入電壓(ya)(ya))時,互(hu)投裝置將(jiang)立(li)即投切至逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)供電,在(zai)電池組所提供的(de)(de)直流(liu)能源(yuan)的(de)(de)支持下,此時,用戶負(fu)載(zai)所使用的(de)(de)電源(yuan)是(shi)通過(guo)EPS的(de)(de)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)轉換(huan)的(de)(de)交流(liu)電源(yuan),而不(bu)是(shi)來自(zi)市電。
3、當市電電壓(ya)恢復(fu)正常工作時(shi)(shi),EPS的(de)(de)控(kong)制中心發出信號對逆(ni)變器(qi)執(zhi)行自動關機(ji)操(cao)作,同時(shi)(shi)還通過它的(de)(de)轉換開關執(zhi)行從逆(ni)變器(qi)供電向交(jiao)流(liu)旁路供電的(de)(de)切換操(cao)作。此后,EPS在經(jing)交(jiao)流(liu)旁路供電通路向負(fu)載提供市電的(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi),還通過充電器(qi)向電池組充電。
