一、eps電源是什么
EPS電源(yuan)又(you)稱EPS、消防應急(ji)(ji)電源(yuan)、EPS應急(ji)(ji)電源(yuan),全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)電力供給(gei)),國家新標(biao)準為(wei)GB17945-2010《消防應急(ji)(ji)照明(ming)與(yu)疏散指示系統》。
EPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)當今重(zhong)要建筑物中(zhong)為了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力保(bao)障和消防(fang)安全而采用的一種(zhong)應急(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。它(ta)主要由輸(shu)入(ru)輸(shu)出單元、充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組、逆變器、監控器、輸(shu)出切換(huan)裝置等部分組成。廣泛應用于節能供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、大(da)樓照(zhao)明(ming)、道路交通照(zhao)明(ming)、隧道照(zhao)明(ming)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力、工礦(kuang)企業、消防(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯等。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急電(dian)(dian)源可以作為電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統的備用電(dian)(dian)源,在主電(dian)(dian)源失效(xiao)時提供(gong)緊急電(dian)(dian)力(li)供(gong)應,確保設(she)備的正常運行(xing)。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應(ying)急電源的快速(su)啟動(dong)和自(zi)動(dong)切換特性(xing),使得(de)其在電力突然(ran)中(zhong)斷或故障發生(sheng)時能夠(gou)迅速(su)切換到備(bei)用電源,保證(zheng)關鍵設(she)備(bei)的持(chi)續供電。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)正常時,由(you)市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)經過互(hu)投裝(zhuang)置(zhi)給重要(yao)負(fu)載供電(dian)(dian),同時進(jin)行市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管理(li),然(ran)后再由(you)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組向(xiang)逆(ni)變器提供直流(liu)(liu)能(neng)源。在(zai)這里,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器是一個(ge)僅需向(xiang)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組提供相當于(yu)10%蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組容量(Ah)的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)小功率直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,它并不具備直接向(xiang)逆(ni)變器提供直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)。此時,市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)經由(you)EPS的(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)(liu)旁路和轉換(huan)開關所組成的(de)(de)(de)供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統向(xiang)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)各種應(ying)急負(fu)載供電(dian)(dian)。與(yu)此同時,在(zai)EPS的(de)(de)(de)邏輯控制(zhi)板的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)控下,逆(ni)變器停(ting)止(zhi)工作處于(yu)自(zi)動關機(ji)狀態。在(zai)此條件下,用(yong)戶負(fu)載實際(ji)使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源是來自(zi)電(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)(de)市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian),因此,EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源也是通(tong)常說的(de)(de)(de)一直工作在(zai)睡(shui)眠狀態,可以有效的(de)(de)(de)達到節能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)效果。
2、當市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷或市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超限(±15%或±20%額定輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)時,互投裝置將立即投切至逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)所(suo)(suo)提供(gong)的直流能源(yuan)的支持下,此(ci)時,用戶負載所(suo)(suo)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是通(tong)過EPS的逆變器轉換的交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),而不(bu)是來自市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3、當市電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓恢復正常工作(zuo)時,EPS的(de)(de)控制中心發出(chu)信號對逆變器執行自(zi)動關機操作(zuo),同時還通過它的(de)(de)轉換(huan)開關執行從逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)向交流(liu)旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)切換(huan)操作(zuo)。此后,EPS在經交流(liu)旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通路(lu)向負載(zai)提(ti)供(gong)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)同時,還通過充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器向電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
