一、eps電源是什么
EPS電(dian)源(yuan)又稱EPS、消防應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)、EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan),全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急(ji)電(dian)力供給),國家(jia)新標準為GB17945-2010《消防應(ying)急(ji)照(zhao)明與疏散(san)指示系統》。
EPS電源是當今重要建(jian)筑物中為了(le)電力(li)保障和消(xiao)防安全而采用(yong)(yong)的一種應(ying)急電源。它主要由輸入輸出(chu)單(dan)元、充電模塊、電池(chi)組(zu)、逆(ni)變器、監控器、輸出(chu)切換裝置(zhi)等(deng)部分組(zu)成。廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)節(jie)能供(gong)電、大(da)樓(lou)照明(ming)(ming)、道路交通(tong)照明(ming)(ming)、隧道照明(ming)(ming)、電力(li)、工(gong)礦企業、消(xiao)防電梯等(deng)。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源可(ke)以作為電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統的(de)備(bei)用電(dian)(dian)源,在主電(dian)(dian)源失(shi)效時提供緊急電(dian)(dian)力(li)供應(ying),確保設(she)備(bei)的(de)正常運行。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應急電源的快(kuai)速(su)啟(qi)動(dong)和(he)自動(dong)切(qie)(qie)換(huan)(huan)特(te)性(xing),使得其在電力突(tu)然中(zhong)斷或故障(zhang)發生(sheng)時能夠迅速(su)切(qie)(qie)換(huan)(huan)到備(bei)用電源,保(bao)證關(guan)鍵設備(bei)的持續(xu)供(gong)電。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當(dang)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)正(zheng)常時,由(you)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)過互投裝(zhuang)置給重要負載(zai)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)時進行(xing)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)檢(jian)測及(ji)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然后再由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)向逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)(liu)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)。在(zai)這里,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是一個僅需向蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)相(xiang)當(dang)于(yu)10%蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)容量(Ah)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)小功率直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),它并(bing)不具備直接(jie)向逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力。此(ci)時,市電(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)由(you)EPS的(de)交流(liu)(liu)旁(pang)路和轉換開關(guan)(guan)所(suo)組(zu)成的(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)向用戶(hu)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)應(ying)急(ji)負載(zai)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此(ci)同(tong)時,在(zai)EPS的(de)邏輯(ji)控(kong)制板的(de)調控(kong)下,逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)(qi)停止工作處于(yu)自(zi)動關(guan)(guan)機狀態。在(zai)此(ci)條件下,用戶(hu)負載(zai)實際(ji)使(shi)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是來自(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)市電(dian)(dian)(dian),因此(ci),EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)也是通常說的(de)一直工作在(zai)睡眠狀態,可以有效(xiao)的(de)達到節能(neng)(neng)的(de)效(xiao)果。
2、當市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong)斷(duan)或市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超限(xian)(±15%或±20%額定(ding)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)時,互(hu)投裝置將(jiang)立即(ji)投切至逆變(bian)器供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組所(suo)提供(gong)(gong)的(de)直流(liu)能源(yuan)的(de)支(zhi)持下,此時,用戶負(fu)載所(suo)使(shi)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是通(tong)過EPS的(de)逆變(bian)器轉(zhuan)換的(de)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),而不(bu)是來自市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3、當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓恢復正(zheng)常工(gong)作時,EPS的控制中心發出信號對逆變器執(zhi)行自動(dong)關機(ji)操作,同(tong)時還通過它的轉換(huan)開關執(zhi)行從逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)向交(jiao)流旁(pang)路供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的切換(huan)操作。此后,EPS在經交(jiao)流旁(pang)路供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通路向負載提(ti)供(gong)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的同(tong)時,還通過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器向電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
