一、eps電源是什么
EPS電源(yuan)又稱EPS、消防應急(ji)(ji)電源(yuan)、EPS應急(ji)(ji)電源(yuan),全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急(ji)(ji)電力供(gong)給),國家新(xin)標準為GB17945-2010《消防應急(ji)(ji)照明與疏(shu)散指示系統》。
EPS電源是當今重(zhong)要建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)中為了電力保障和消防安全而采用(yong)(yong)的一種應急電源。它主要由輸入輸出單(dan)元、充電模(mo)塊(kuai)、電池組、逆變器、監控器、輸出切(qie)換裝置等部分組成。廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)節能供電、大樓(lou)照明(ming)、道路交通照明(ming)、隧道照明(ming)、電力、工礦(kuang)企(qi)業、消防電梯等。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源可以作為電(dian)力系統的(de)備(bei)用電(dian)源,在(zai)主電(dian)源失效時提供緊急(ji)電(dian)力供應,確(que)保設備(bei)的(de)正常運(yun)行。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。
3、EPS應急電(dian)源的快(kuai)速(su)啟動和自動切換特性(xing),使得其在電(dian)力(li)突然中(zhong)斷或故障發(fa)生時(shi)能夠迅速(su)切換到備用電(dian)源,保證關鍵設備的持(chi)續(xu)供電(dian)。
三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi)(shi),由市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經過互投裝置(zhi)給重要負(fu)載供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同時(shi)(shi)進行市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然(ran)后(hou)再由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組向(xiang)逆變器(qi)提供(gong)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)能源(yuan)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)這里,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)個僅需向(xiang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組提供(gong)相(xiang)當于10%蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組容量(Ah)的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)小(xiao)功率直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),它并不具(ju)備直(zhi)(zhi)接向(xiang)逆變器(qi)提供(gong)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)能力。此(ci)時(shi)(shi),市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經由EPS的(de)(de)交流(liu)旁路和(he)轉換開關所組成(cheng)的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統向(xiang)用戶的(de)(de)各(ge)種應急負(fu)載供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與(yu)此(ci)同時(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)EPS的(de)(de)邏(luo)輯控(kong)制板的(de)(de)調控(kong)下,逆變器(qi)停(ting)止工作(zuo)處于自(zi)動(dong)關機狀態。在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)條件下,用戶負(fu)載實際使用的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)(shi)來自(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此(ci),EPS應急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)也是(shi)(shi)通常說(shuo)的(de)(de)一(yi)直(zhi)(zhi)工作(zuo)在(zai)(zai)(zai)睡眠狀態,可以有效的(de)(de)達(da)到節能的(de)(de)效果(guo)。
2、當市電(dian)(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷(duan)或(huo)(huo)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超限(±15%或(huo)(huo)±20%額定(ding)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))時,互投裝置將立即投切至逆變器供電(dian)(dian)(dian),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組所(suo)(suo)提供的直流能源(yuan)的支持下,此時,用戶(hu)負載所(suo)(suo)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是通過EPS的逆變器轉(zhuan)換的交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),而不(bu)是來自市電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3、當(dang)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓恢(hui)復(fu)正(zheng)常工作時,EPS的(de)(de)控制中心發出信號(hao)對(dui)逆變器執(zhi)行(xing)自動關機操(cao)作,同時還通(tong)過它(ta)的(de)(de)轉換(huan)開(kai)關執(zhi)行(xing)從逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)交流旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)切(qie)換(huan)操(cao)作。此(ci)后(hou),EPS在經交流旁路(lu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通(tong)路(lu)向(xiang)負載提供(gong)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)同時,還通(tong)過充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
