一、EPS應急電源供電持續多長時間
EPS應急電源是一(yi)種用于應(ying)對突(tu)發停電(dian)(dian)情況的(de)重要設備,它在供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)中斷(duan)時(shi)能(neng)夠(gou)提供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)繼續供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)功能(neng),確(que)保關鍵(jian)設備的(de)正常運行(xing)。EPS消(xiao)防應(ying)急(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)源可以為消(xiao)防逃生提供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)急(ji)(ji)照(zhao)明。那(nei)么EPS應(ying)急(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)源供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)持(chi)續多長時(shi)間?
EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源持續(xu)供電(dian)時(shi)間需要(yao)視具體情況而(er)定。根據《消防應(ying)急(ji)照明和(he)疏散指示系統 GB17945-2010》規定,在市電(dian)中(zhong)斷時(shi),EPS應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)源可以持續(xu)供電(dian)不能低于90分(fen)鐘,這不僅滿足在發生火災(zai)疏散時(shi)的應(ying)急(ji)照明,也要(yao)為(wei)消防人員的救(jiu)援照明等需要(yao)。
一般情況(kuang)下(xia),普通(tong)照明(ming)燈的(de)EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷時間不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過5秒。對于高危險工作(zuo)區及關鍵工作(zuo)區的(de)應(ying)急照明(ming),EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷時間不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過0.25秒。EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)最(zui)長充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時間不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過24小時,且連續過充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)(bu)能超(chao)過0.05C5A。
根據《民用建筑電氣設計標準 GB51348-2019》規定,部分消防(fang)設備對EPS應急電源也有著(zhu)不同的供電時間(jian)要(yao)求:
火災自動(dong)報警裝置不能低于180(120)分鐘(zhong)。
消火(huo)栓、消防泵及水幕泵不能低于180(120)分鐘(zhong)。
自動(dong)噴水系(xi)統不能低于60分(fen)鐘。
水噴霧(wu)和泡沫滅火系統不能低于(yu)30分鐘。
滅火和干粉滅火系統(tong)不能低于(yu)30分鐘。
防、排煙設備不能低于90、60、30分鐘。
火災(zai)應急(ji)廣播不能低于90、60、30分鐘。
消防電梯不能低于180(120)分(fen)鐘。
由此可見,EPS應(ying)急電源持(chi)續供電時(shi)間對不(bu)同的消防設備也有著不(bu)一樣的要求(qiu),所以在采購EPS消防應(ying)急電源時(shi),一定(ding)要弄清楚其使用場所及(ji)相關的要求(qiu)規定(ding)。此外,定(ding)期(qi)檢查和維護EPS應(ying)急電源也是確保其正常工作和延長供電時(shi)間的重要措施。
二、EPS消防應急電源標準新要求
1、應(ying)急(ji)照明集中EPS電源應(ying)設模擬主(zhu)電源供電故障的自復(fu)式試(shi)驗按(an)鈕(或幵(jian)關(guan)),不應(ying)設影響(xiang)應(ying)急(ji)功(gong)能的開關(guan)。
2、應急(ji)照明集中(zhong)EPS電(dian)(dian)源應顯(xian)示主電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流。
3、應急(ji)照明集中EPS應急(ji)電源應設主(zhu)電、充電、故障(zhang)和應急(ji)狀(zhuang)態(tai)指(zhi)示燈,主(zhu)電狀(zhuang)態(tai)用綠(lv)色,故障(zhang)狀(zhuang)態(tai)用黃色,充電狀(zhuang)態(tai)和應急(ji)狀(zhuang)態(tai)用紅色。
4、應急照明集中EPS電源每(mei)個輸(shu)出支(zhi)路均應單獨(du)保護,且任一支(zhi)路故障(zhang)不應影響其他支(zhi)路的正常工作。
5、應(ying)急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)集中EPS電源主電和備電不(bu)應(ying)同時輸(shu)出(chu),并(bing)能以手動(dong)、自動(dong)兩種(zhong)方式轉(zhuan)人(ren)應(ying)急(ji)狀態(tai),且(qie)應(ying)設只(zhi)有人(ren)員可(ke)操(cao)作的強(qiang)制應(ying)急(ji)啟動(dong)按鈕,該按鈕啟動(dong)后,應(ying)急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)集中電源不(bu)應(ying)受過放電保護的影(ying)響。
6、應(ying)(ying)急照明集中(zhong)EPS電源應(ying)(ying)能在空載(zai)、滿載(zai)10%和超載(zai)20%條件下正常工作,輸(shu)出特性應(ying)(ying)符合(he)制造商(shang)的規(gui)定。
7、當串(chuan)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓大(da)于(yu)等于(yu)12V時(shi),應(ying)急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)集中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源應(ying)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)分段(duan)(duan)保護,每段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組(zu))額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不應(ying)大(da)于(yu)12V,且在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組(zu))充滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),每段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(組(zu))電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓均不應(ying)小(xiao)于(yu)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。當任一段(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓小(xiao)于(yu)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),應(ying)急(ji)照(zhao)明(ming)集中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源應(ying)發出故障聲(sheng)、光信號并指示(shi)相應(ying)的部位。
8、應急照明集中EPS電源在(zai)(zai)下(xia)(xia)述情況下(xia)(xia)應發出故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)、光信(xin)(xin)號(hao),并指示(shi)故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的類型;故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)應能手動消除(chu),當有新的故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)時,故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)聲(sheng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)應再啟動;故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)光信(xin)(xin)號(hao)在(zai)(zai)故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)排(pai)除(chu)前應保持。故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)條件如下(xia)(xia)所述:
a)充電器與電池(chi)之間連接(jie)線開(kai)路。
b)應急輸出(chu)回路(lu)開路(lu)。
c)在(zai)應急狀態下(xia),電池(chi)電壓(ya)低于過(guo)放保(bao)護電壓(ya)值。
