番茄種子的選擇標準及處理方法
1.種子的選擇
要根據生長季節、栽培方式、市場需求選(xuan)擇合適的(de)(de)番(fan)茄品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。優良(liang)的(de)(de)番(fan)茄品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)應(ying)具(ju)有抗(kang)病、豐產(chan)、優質等(deng)特點。同時(shi)還要檢查種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)的(de)(de)成(cheng)熟(shu)度、飽滿度、機(ji)械損(sun)(sun)傷度、發芽(ya)率(lv)及發芽(ya)勢等(deng)項指標。合格的(de)(de)番(fan)茄種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)其(qi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)凈度應(ying)高(gao)于(yu)98%,種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)色(se)澤純正、無霉變,純度高(gao)于(yu)95%,發芽(ya)率(lv)高(gao)于(yu)88%,水分含量低于(yu)8%,為此選(xuan)購(gou)(gou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)應(ying)到信譽較高(gao)的(de)(de)科研單位或種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)部門購(gou)(gou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),嚴防購(gou)(gou)得假冒劣種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)造成(cheng)經濟損(sun)(sun)失。
種子(zi)(zi)千(qian)粒(li)重是(shi)種子(zi)(zi)飽滿(man)度的(de)主(zhu)要標(biao)志,若千(qian)粒(li)重低于下(xia)限數(shu)字(zi)則(ze)不宜(yi)在生產(chan)上使(shi)用。一般大果(guo)型番(fan)茄種子(zi)(zi)的(de)千(qian)粒(li)重在3.2克左(zuo)右。
為了提高(gao)番茄種(zhong)子在(zai)生產利用的(de)年(nian)限,應在(zai)種(zhong)子貯藏過程中,盡量創造(zao)良好的(de)條件(jian),延長種(zhong)子壽命(ming)。種(zhong)子貯藏時,要使種(zhong)子充分(fen)干(gan)燥,貯藏庫的(de)空氣相對濕度盡量降低(di),溫(wen)度一般(ban)(ban)在(zai)5℃以下。一般(ban)(ban)番茄種(zhong)子的(de)壽命(ming)3~6年(nian),在(zai)生產上利用年(nian)限2~3年(nian)。
2.種子處理
播前種子處理,可減少番茄種子帶菌,提高種子活力,促使出苗整齊一致,增強(qiang)幼苗抗性。
(1) 浸種
是使番茄種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)在(zai)(zai)有(you)利(li)于吸水(shui)(shui)(shui)的溫度條件下(xia),在(zai)(zai)短時(shi)間內吸足從(cong)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)萌動到(dao)出苗所需(xu)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)量。浸(jin)(jin)種(zhong)(zhong)容器可用(yong)(yong)(yong)干凈的瓦(wa)盆(pen)(pen)、瓷盆(pen)(pen)或塑料(liao)盆(pen)(pen),不(bu)要用(yong)(yong)(yong)金屬或帶油污的容器。浸(jin)(jin)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)通(tong)常(chang)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)22~28℃干凈的清水(shui)(shui)(shui)浸(jin)(jin)泡番茄種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)要浸(jin)(jin)沒(mei)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),不(bu)斷攪動,把浮在(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)面上的癟籽(zi)去掉,用(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)搓洗種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),去掉沾在(zai)(zai)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)上的果肉、果皮和(he)粘液等,然后再(zai)換清潔的同等溫度的溫水(shui)(shui)(shui)浸(jin)(jin)泡6~8小時(shi),可使種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)充分吸水(shui)(shui)(shui)。這種(zhong)(zhong)浸(jin)(jin)種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)簡便(bian)安全,但對種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)沒(mei)有(you)消毒(du)殺菌作用(yong)(yong)(yong)。近年來隨(sui)著(zhu)栽培(pei)技術(shu)的不(bu)斷提(ti)高,常(chang)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)以下(xia)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)處理種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi):
微量元素處理
具(ju)體做法是首先按(an)一定比例配(pei)制多種微量元素的溶液。其配(pei)方為冷開水(shui)5000千克(ke),加硫酸(suan)(suan)銅2克(ke),硼酸(suan)(suan)2克(ke),硫酸(suan)(suan)鋅2克(ke),硫酸(suan)(suan)錳1.5克(ke),硫酸(suan)(suan)銨0.1克(ke)。然后將番(fan)茄(qie)(qie)種子用紗(sha)布(bu)包好,浸入此溶液中24小(xiao)時后取(qu)出(chu),稍(shao)蔭(yin)干(gan)后再浸12小(xiao)時。可促進番(fan)茄(qie)(qie)早熟,提(ti)高產量。
赤霉素處理
用5%~10%的赤霉素溶液浸種(zhong)可促(cu)進發芽和秧苗生(sheng)長,但濃度(du)不能過高,否則會引起秧苗徒長。
此外,還可(ke)用(yong)1%的碳酸氫鈉溶液浸種24小時(shi),能促(cu)進(jin)(jin)植株發育(yu),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)早熟(shu)。
(2) 種子消毒
番茄種(zhong)子傳播的(de)病(bing)(bing)害較(jiao)多(duo),如猝(cu)倒病(bing)(bing)、葉(xie)霉病(bing)(bing)、病(bing)(bing)毒(du)病(bing)(bing)、早疫(yi)病(bing)(bing)、枯萎病(bing)(bing)、斑枯病(bing)(bing)、潰(kui)瘍病(bing)(bing)等,因(yin)此,在(zai)播種(zhong)前(qian)必(bi)須對種(zhong)子進行消毒(du)處理。種(zhong)子消毒(du)的(de)方法很多(duo),可(ke)根據當(dang)地條(tiao)件任選一種(zhong)。
溫湯浸種
將番茄種子(zi)在(zai)涼水(shui)中(zhong)浸包(bao)10分鐘,然后放入50℃的熱(re)(re)水(shui)中(zhong),不(bu)斷快速地攪動(dong),使種子(zi)受熱(re)(re)均勻,并隨(sui)時(shi)(shi)補充(chong)熱(re)(re)水(shui),用棒狀(zhuang)溫(wen)度計測(ce)水(shui)溫(wen),使水(shui)溫(wen)穩定在(zai) 50~52℃,20~30分鐘后撈出放在(zai)涼水(shui)中(zhong)散去(qu)余熱(re)(re),然后浸種在(zai)25~30℃的溫(wen)水(shui)中(zhong)4~6小時(shi)(shi)。此(ci)法簡便(bian),成本低,殺(sha)菌力強,是常用的消毒方法。
高溫處理
將干燥種(zhong)子放入70℃恒溫箱(xiang)中,處理72小時,然后再浸種(zhong)、催芽、播(bo)種(zhong),對番茄(qie)病(bing)毒病(bing)有一定防治效果。
藥劑浸種
將種(zhong)子用(yong)殺(sha)菌(jun)藥劑處理(li),消(xiao)毒種(zhong)子表面附著的病原菌(jun)。主(zhu)要的常用(yong)藥劑有:
A.福爾馬(ma)林 先將(jiang)種子放(fang)入清(qing)水中浸泡(pao)4~5小時后(hou),再(zai)放(fang)入1%福爾馬(ma)要溶(rong)液中(即40%甲醛溶(rong)液1份(fen)兌水99份(fen)),浸泡(pao)15~20分鐘后(hou)取出用濕布包好,放(fang)在密(mi)閉(bi)容器中悶2~3小時,熏蒸消(xiao)毒(du),然后(hou)再(zai)用清(qing)水反復沖(chong)洗(xi)干凈。可以減輕和控制番茄早疫病和枯萎病。
B.抗枯寧 用每支(2毫升)抗枯寧加水10~15千克,浸種4~5小(xiao)時,然后將種子用清水反復洗凈,稍晾干,對枯萎病等有防治效果。
C.高錳酸鉀(jia) 先將種(zhong)子于40℃溫水中浸泡3~4小時,然后放入(ru)1%高錳酸鉀(jia)溶液中泡10~15分(fen)鐘,利用強氧化(hua)作用殺(sha)死種(zhong)子表面病菌。將種(zhong)子取出后用清(qing)水沖洗干凈,可減輕潰瘍病和煙草(cao)花葉病毒病的(de)危害。
D.瑞多霉 用25%瑞多霉1000倍液消毒可防(fang)止種子表(biao)面帶(dai)有晚疫病、綿腐病病菌。
E.鹽酸(suan) 用(yong)0.5%稀鹽酸(suan)溶(rong)液浸種3小時,能消滅附著生(sheng)種子(zi)表面(mian)的(de)病菌(jun)。
F.藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)拌種(zhong) 用(yong)(yong)70%敵克(ke)松粉(fen)劑(ji)拌種(zhong),用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)為種(zhong)子重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)的0.3%;用(yong)(yong)50%的二氯(lv)萘酰可濕性粉(fen)劑(ji)拌種(zhong),用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)為種(zhong)子重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)的0.2%,對防止番茄苗期立枯病(bing)有顯著(zhu)作用(yong)(yong)。拌種(zhong)時所(suo)用(yong)(yong)藥(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)應精確,與種(zhong)子混(hun)拌應均勻,拌種(zhong)的種(zhong)子要干(gan)燥(zao),操(cao)作人(ren)員應戴上口罩(zhao)和(he)手套(tao),確保(bao)安全。
(3) 催芽
種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)浸(jin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)消毒后(hou),為促(cu)使(shi)幼胚(pei)迅速(su)發育(yu)而(er)催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽。在催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽過程中,要提(ti)供適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)、水分(fen)和(he)空氣環境。番茄種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽的(de)(de)適(shi)宜(yi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為25~30℃,相(xiang)對濕(shi)度(du)(du)為 90%以上。在催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽過程中,應經常檢查和(he)翻(fan)動種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi),每天(tian)要按時用(yong)30℃左右(you)的(de)(de)溫(wen)水沖洗種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)1~2次,甩干(gan)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表面水分(fen)或稍晾(liang)后(hou)繼續(xu)催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽,以便保持濕(shi)度(du)(du),更換空氣,促(cu)使(shi)所有(you)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)發芽均勻。在適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)(de)條(tiao)件下,經2~3天(tian)番茄種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)即可發芽,常用(yong)的(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)(cui)芽方(fang)法(fa)有(you)以下幾種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):
瓦盆催芽法
將浸種(zhong)消毒(du)后的(de)(de)種(zhong)子洗凈(jing),用(yong)干凈(jing)的(de)(de)濕(shi)紗布包好,放(fang)入墊(dian)有稻秸的(de)(de)瓦盆里,以免底部積水而霉爛種(zhong)子,上面(mian)蓋上潮濕(shi)的(de)(de)麻袋(dai)或毛(mao)巾,以保(bao)持濕(shi)度,然后把(ba)瓦盆放(fang)在(zai)壓火道(dao)、熱坑頭或催芽(ya)箱(xiang)內催芽(ya)。
摻沙催芽法
將浸種(zhong)(zhong)消毒(du)后(hou)洗(xi)干(gan)凈的種(zhong)(zhong)子與(yu)洗(xi)干(gan)凈的河沙(sha)按1:1.5的比例拌勻,裝入瓦盆(pen)內(nei),蓋上濕沙(sha)或濕布(bu),然后(hou)放在適溫(wen)處催芽。
電熱控溫催芽法
通過(guo)在催芽箱內安裝(zhuang)電子控溫(wen)儀控制溫(wen)度,并保持(chi)適宜的空氣(qi)濕(shi)度。
對催(cui)芽(ya)溫度的掌握,開始要稍低,以(yi)后逐漸增高,當(dang)胚根將要突破種皮時再降(jiang)低(降(jiang)至20~24℃),促使(shi)胚根粗壯。當(dang)70%左(zuo)右的種子胚根露白時,應將種子用濕毛(mao)巾包好(hao)放入冰(bing)箱內,溫度在5℃左(zuo)右并保(bao)持適宜的濕度,待條件良好(hao)時,再行播種。
