番茄種子的選擇標準及處理方法
1.種子的選擇
要(yao)根(gen)據(ju)生長季(ji)節(jie)、栽培方式、市場需求選擇合適的番(fan)(fan)茄(qie)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。優良的番(fan)(fan)茄(qie)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)應具(ju)有抗病、豐產、優質等特點。同時還要(yao)檢查(cha)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子的成(cheng)熟度(du)、飽滿度(du)、機械損(sun)傷度(du)、發(fa)芽率及發(fa)芽勢等項指標。合格的番(fan)(fan)茄(qie)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子其種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子凈度(du)應高(gao)(gao)于98%,種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子色(se)澤純正、無霉變,純度(du)高(gao)(gao)于95%,發(fa)芽率高(gao)(gao)于88%,水分含量低于8%,為此選購(gou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子應到信譽較高(gao)(gao)的科研單位(wei)或(huo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子部門購(gou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),嚴(yan)防購(gou)得(de)假(jia)冒(mao)劣(lie)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子造成(cheng)經濟損(sun)失。
種(zhong)子(zi)千(qian)粒重(zhong)是種(zhong)子(zi)飽滿(man)度的主要標志,若千(qian)粒重(zhong)低于下限數字則不宜(yi)在生產上使用。一般大果型番茄種(zhong)子(zi)的千(qian)粒重(zhong)在3.2克左右。
為了(le)提(ti)高(gao)番茄種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)在生產利用(yong)的(de)年限(xian)(xian),應(ying)在種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)貯(zhu)藏(zang)過(guo)程中(zhong),盡量(liang)創(chuang)造良好的(de)條件,延長種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)壽命(ming)。種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)貯(zhu)藏(zang)時(shi),要使種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)充分干燥,貯(zhu)藏(zang)庫(ku)的(de)空氣相對濕度盡量(liang)降低,溫度一般(ban)在5℃以(yi)下。一般(ban)番茄種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)壽命(ming)3~6年,在生產上利用(yong)年限(xian)(xian)2~3年。
2.種子處理
播前種子處(chu)理(li),可減(jian)少(shao)番茄種子帶菌,提高種子活力,促使出苗整(zheng)齊一致,增強(qiang)幼(you)苗抗性。
(1) 浸種
是(shi)使番茄種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)在(zai)(zai)有利(li)于吸水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)條件下,在(zai)(zai)短時(shi)間內吸足從種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)萌(meng)動到(dao)出苗(miao)所需(xu)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量。浸種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)容器(qi)可(ke)用(yong)干凈(jing)的瓦盆、瓷盆或塑(su)料盆,不要(yao)(yao)用(yong)金屬(shu)或帶油污的容器(qi)。浸種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法通常采(cai)用(yong)22~28℃干凈(jing)的清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浸泡番茄種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)要(yao)(yao)浸沒種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),不斷攪動,把浮在(zai)(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)上的癟籽去(qu)掉,用(yong)手(shou)搓(cuo)洗種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),去(qu)掉沾在(zai)(zai)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)上的果肉、果皮和(he)粘液等(deng),然后再換清潔的同(tong)等(deng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)浸泡6~8小時(shi),可(ke)使種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)充分(fen)吸水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)浸種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法簡便安全,但對種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)沒有消毒(du)殺菌作用(yong)。近(jin)年來隨著栽培技術的不斷提高,常采(cai)用(yong)以下方(fang)法處理(li)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi):
微量元素處理
具(ju)體做法是首先按一定(ding)比例配制多種(zhong)微量(liang)元素的(de)溶液(ye)。其配方為冷開(kai)水5000千克,加(jia)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅2克,硼酸(suan)2克,硫(liu)酸(suan)鋅2克,硫(liu)酸(suan)錳(meng)1.5克,硫(liu)酸(suan)銨0.1克。然(ran)后將番茄種(zhong)子用(yong)紗布包好,浸入(ru)此溶液(ye)中24小時后取出,稍蔭(yin)干后再浸12小時。可(ke)促進番茄早(zao)熟(shu),提高(gao)產量(liang)。
赤霉素處理
用5%~10%的赤霉素溶液浸種(zhong)可促進發(fa)芽和秧(yang)苗生長,但濃度不(bu)能過高(gao),否則會引起秧(yang)苗徒長。
此外,還可用1%的碳酸氫鈉溶液浸種24小時,能促進植株(zhu)發育(yu),促進早熟(shu)。
(2) 種子消毒
番茄種(zhong)子(zi)傳播的(de)(de)病害較(jiao)多,如猝倒病、葉霉(mei)病、病毒病、早疫病、枯(ku)萎(wei)病、斑(ban)枯(ku)病、潰瘍(yang)病等,因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)播種(zhong)前必須對種(zhong)子(zi)進行消(xiao)毒處理。種(zhong)子(zi)消(xiao)毒的(de)(de)方法很多,可根據當地(di)條件(jian)任選一種(zhong)。
溫湯浸種
將番茄種子(zi)在涼水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)浸(jin)包10分鐘(zhong),然后放(fang)入(ru)50℃的(de)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong),不斷快速地攪(jiao)動,使種子(zi)受熱(re)(re)均勻,并隨(sui)時(shi)補充(chong)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui),用棒狀溫度計測水(shui)(shui)溫,使水(shui)(shui)溫穩(wen)定在 50~52℃,20~30分鐘(zhong)后撈出放(fang)在涼水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)散去余熱(re)(re),然后浸(jin)種在25~30℃的(de)溫水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)4~6小(xiao)時(shi)。此法簡便,成本低,殺菌力強(qiang),是常(chang)用的(de)消毒方法。
高溫處理
將干燥種子放入70℃恒溫箱中,處(chu)理72小時,然后(hou)再(zai)浸種、催芽、播種,對番茄病(bing)(bing)毒病(bing)(bing)有一定防治效果。
藥劑浸種
將種(zhong)子用殺(sha)菌藥劑(ji)處理,消(xiao)毒種(zhong)子表面附著的病原菌。主要的常用藥劑(ji)有:
A.福(fu)爾(er)馬林 先將種(zhong)子放入(ru)(ru)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)中浸泡4~5小時后,再放入(ru)(ru)1%福(fu)爾(er)馬要溶液中(即40%甲(jia)醛溶液1份(fen)兌水(shui)(shui)99份(fen)),浸泡15~20分鐘后取(qu)出(chu)用濕布(bu)包(bao)好(hao),放在密閉容器中悶2~3小時,熏蒸(zheng)消(xiao)毒,然后再用清(qing)水(shui)(shui)反復(fu)沖洗干凈。可以減輕和(he)控制番茄早疫病(bing)和(he)枯萎病(bing)。
B.抗枯寧 用每支(2毫升)抗枯寧加水(shui)10~15千克,浸種4~5小時,然后將(jiang)種子用清水(shui)反復洗凈,稍晾干,對枯萎病(bing)等有(you)防治效果(guo)。
C.高(gao)錳酸(suan)鉀 先將(jiang)種(zhong)子(zi)于(yu)40℃溫水中(zhong)浸泡3~4小(xiao)時,然后放入1%高(gao)錳酸(suan)鉀溶液中(zhong)泡10~15分鐘,利用(yong)強氧化作用(yong)殺死種(zhong)子(zi)表(biao)面病(bing)菌。將(jiang)種(zhong)子(zi)取出后用(yong)清水沖洗干凈(jing),可(ke)減輕潰(kui)瘍病(bing)和(he)煙草花葉病(bing)毒(du)病(bing)的(de)危害。
D.瑞(rui)多(duo)霉(mei) 用(yong)25%瑞(rui)多(duo)霉(mei)1000倍液(ye)消毒可防止種(zhong)子表(biao)面帶有(you)晚疫病(bing)、綿腐病(bing)病(bing)菌(jun)。
E.鹽(yan)酸 用0.5%稀鹽(yan)酸溶(rong)液浸種(zhong)3小時,能消滅附著生種(zhong)子表面的病菌。
F.藥(yao)(yao)(yao)劑拌(ban)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong) 用(yong)70%敵克松粉劑拌(ban)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)0.3%;用(yong)50%的(de)(de)二氯萘酰可濕性(xing)粉劑拌(ban)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)0.2%,對防止番茄苗期(qi)立(li)枯病有顯著作用(yong)。拌(ban)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)時所用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)應精確,與種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)混拌(ban)應均勻,拌(ban)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)要干燥,操(cao)作人員應戴上(shang)口(kou)罩和手套,確保安(an)全。
(3) 催芽
種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)浸種(zhong)(zhong)消(xiao)毒后(hou)(hou),為促使(shi)幼胚(pei)迅速發育而催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya)。在(zai)催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中,要提供(gong)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)溫度(du)、水(shui)分和空氣(qi)(qi)環境。番茄(qie)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)適(shi)宜(yi)溫度(du)為25~30℃,相對濕度(du)為 90%以上(shang)。在(zai)催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中,應(ying)經(jing)常檢查和翻動(dong)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),每(mei)天要按時用30℃左右的(de)溫水(shui)沖(chong)洗種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)1~2次,甩干(gan)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)表面水(shui)分或稍晾后(hou)(hou)繼續催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya),以便保持濕度(du),更換(huan)空氣(qi)(qi),促使(shi)所有(you)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)發芽(ya)(ya)(ya)均勻。在(zai)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)條件下,經(jing)2~3天番茄(qie)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)即可發芽(ya)(ya)(ya),常用的(de)催(cui)芽(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有(you)以下幾種(zhong)(zhong):
瓦盆催芽法
將浸種(zhong)消(xiao)毒后的種(zhong)子洗凈,用干凈的濕(shi)紗布(bu)包(bao)好,放入墊有稻秸的瓦盆(pen)里,以免底部積(ji)水而(er)霉爛種(zhong)子,上(shang)面蓋上(shang)潮濕(shi)的麻袋或毛巾,以保持濕(shi)度,然后把瓦盆(pen)放在壓火道、熱坑頭或催芽箱內催芽。
摻沙催芽法
將(jiang)浸種(zhong)消毒(du)后洗(xi)(xi)干(gan)凈的(de)種(zhong)子(zi)與洗(xi)(xi)干(gan)凈的(de)河沙按(an)1:1.5的(de)比例拌(ban)勻,裝入瓦盆(pen)內(nei),蓋上濕沙或濕布,然后放在(zai)適溫處催芽。
電熱控溫催芽法
通過在催芽箱內安裝電子控溫儀控制溫度(du),并保持適宜的(de)空(kong)氣濕度(du)。
對催芽溫度的(de)(de)掌握,開始要(yao)稍(shao)低,以后逐(zhu)漸增(zeng)高,當胚(pei)根將(jiang)要(yao)突破種(zhong)皮時再降低(降至20~24℃),促使胚(pei)根粗壯。當70%左(zuo)右的(de)(de)種(zhong)子胚(pei)根露白時,應(ying)將(jiang)種(zhong)子用(yong)濕毛巾包好放(fang)入冰箱內(nei),溫度在(zai)5℃左(zuo)右并保持(chi)適(shi)宜的(de)(de)濕度,待條件良好時,再行播種(zhong)。
