未(wei)來(lai),是(shi)(shi)令人(ren)期待和樸(pu)素迷離(li)的(de)。盡(jin)管有眾(zhong)多的(de)變(bian)數,但依然可(ke)以(yi)看到一些方向(xiang)性(xing)的(de)趨勢(shi)。在家(jia)(jia)具行業里,“電(dian)(dian)商”應該(gai)說是(shi)(shi)最熱的(de)詞(ci)。正如當年家(jia)(jia)具行業面臨是(shi)(shi)否上(shang)“ERP”一樣,家(jia)(jia)具企業和家(jia)(jia)具賣場似乎也都面臨著“不上(shang)電(dian)(dian)商等死,上(shang)了(le)電(dian)(dian)商找(zhao)死”的(de)兩難選擇。然而,電(dian)(dian)商時代來(lai)了(le),沒有人(ren)能繞(rao)得(de)開。特別是(shi)(shi)中國傳統制造代表,中國第(di)四(si)大消費品行業----家(jia)(jia)具。
生活家具電商發展現狀
一(yi)(yi)、“定(ding)價(jia)”問(wen)題,就是線上(shang)與線下的(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)無法一(yi)(yi)致。首先是相(xiang)同產品,價(jia)格(ge)(ge)一(yi)(yi)致無法經營,在(zai)實(shi)體店(dian)可以(yi)賣(mai)的(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge),在(zai)電商就沒(mei)有競(jing)爭優勢。如(ru)果(guo)電商價(jia)格(ge)(ge)低于(yu)實(shi)體店(dian)價(jia)格(ge)(ge),對實(shi)體店(dian)就是毀(hui)滅性打擊,等于(yu)“自(zi)相(xiang)殘殺”。很(hen)多(duo)企(qi)業調(diao)整戰略,使得線上(shang)線下產品不一(yi)(yi)致,似乎(hu)可以(yi)避開價(jia)格(ge)(ge)互相(xiang)打架(jia)的(de)問(wen)題。然而,目前的(de)家具企(qi)業根本沒(mei)有這個(ge)能力去開辟和做好另一(yi)(yi)套產品線和服(fu)務。
二、物流和服務問題,物流的安全,速度和服務還有待提高。但這是個過程,不可能一蹴而就。而且物流的發展日新月異,正在不斷完善。物流越來越專業化,社會化,客戶化,及時化。關鍵還是在家具企業,對產品結構的設計,包裝以及運輸問題盡量優化,達到既經濟又安全,消費者操作便利。
三、安裝問題,實際已經得到較好解決,就是安裝社會化,外包化。市場已有這樣的公司專門負責家具的物流和安裝服務。做電商,絕不能什么都自己做,結果什么都做不好,必須利用社會分工,集約社會力量,進行供應鏈的整合和再設計。
四、環保(bao)(bao)問題(ti),隨著生態惡化、霧(wu)霾等問題(ti)日益嚴重,環保(bao)(bao)已然(ran)成為熱議的話題(ti)。大部分消費者格(ge)外注重家具(ju)環保(bao)(bao)性(xing)能,這為一些環保(bao)(bao)家具(ju)企業帶來不少商機,同時也(ye)說明環保(bao)(bao)性(xing)已經成為建材家居(ju)行業的消費主流。
今后(hou)的(de)家具會不(bu)會是木制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)家居一(yi)統(tong)天下的(de)局(ju)面并不(bu)能確定。發生變化(hua)的(de)最重(zhong)要推(tui)動力(li)是消費者的(de)覺醒,以(yi)及設(she)計(ji)界(jie)、家具制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造企業的(de)主動引(yin)導。從全(quan)世界(jie)最新潮(chao)的(de)家具設(she)計(ji)作品看,木制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)家居只(zhi)是一(yi)部分,從來都不(bu)是全(quan)部。目前,木制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)家具正在(zai)遭遇原材料不(bu)足以(yi)及甲醛釋放兩(liang)大(da)壓力(li),相比之下,金屬家居就完(wan)全(quan)避免了(le)這兩(liang)大(da)致命傷。基于此,一(yi)些(xie)家居企業開始(shi)使(shi)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)、鋁合(he)金制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造家居,有的(de)甚至計(ji)劃(hua)得(de)更遠,開始(shi)使(shi)用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造住宅。
隨著科技發展“智能”已經成為一種生活方式和社會潮流,和當年智能手機的普及一樣,家具行業也開(kai)始(shi)注重用戶(hu)需求并緊跟社會潮流,涉足智能家居的研發,在為其生活帶(dai)來便利的同時(shi),也增加企業在市場的競爭(zheng)力,開(kai)拓新渠道(dao)。
而在我們討論“O2O”的時候,時代又呼喚著“O2M(全渠道) ”,就是企業為了滿足消費者任何時候、任何地點、任何方式購買的需求,采取實體渠道、電子商務渠道和移動電子商務渠道整合的方式進行銷售,提供給顧客無差別的購買體驗。但全渠道概念要在中國家具企業生根落地,還有較長的路要走。
