該供電(dian)所(suo)屋頂采用(yong)傾角(jiao)固定支架方式,主要由光伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)(jian)、并網逆變(bian)器、計量裝置(zhi)及(ji)交流配電(dian)系(xi)統組(zu)成,太陽能(neng)通過光伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)(jian)轉化(hua)為直(zhi)流電(dian)力,通過并網逆變(bian)器接至供電(dian)所(suo)配電(dian)系(xi)統上網,并實(shi)施自動化(hua)采集數據資料(liao)和遠(yuan)程(cheng)通信、遠(yuan)程(cheng)控制。
“光(guang)伏(fu)發電是一種(zhong)清潔(jie)的(de)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan),既不(bu)(bu)消(xiao)耗資源(yuan)(yuan),同時又(you)不(bu)(bu)釋放(fang)污染物、廢(fei)料,也不(bu)(bu)產(chan)生溫室氣(qi)體破(po)壞大氣(qi)環境,不(bu)(bu)會有(you)(you)廢(fei)渣的(de)堆(dui)放(fang)、廢(fei)水排放(fang)等問題,有(you)(you)利于(yu)保護(hu)周圍環境,是一種(zhong)綠色可再生能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)。”國(guo)網綜合能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務公司新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)事業部負責人柳立慧介紹(shao)。
2020年(nian)(nian)5月,國(guo)(guo)網新疆(jiang)綜合(he)能源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服務(wu)公(gong)(gong)司根據業(ye)務(wu)發展需求(qiu),對(dui)南疆(jiang)地區太陽能資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利用開(kai)展調研,最終(zhong)選(xuan)擇在溫宿縣恰格(ge)拉克(ke)鄉(xiang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所開(kai)展屋頂分布式(shi)光伏試點(dian),歷(li)經(jing)三個(ge)月就已建成——8月正式(shi)竣工(gong)(gong)。而后9月3日經(jing)國(guo)(guo)網阿(a)克(ke)蘇供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)(gong)司電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力調度控制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)、新疆(jiang)綜合(he)能源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服務(wu)公(gong)(gong)司、阿(a)克(ke)蘇鴻通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)業(ye)發展有(you)限責(ze)任公(gong)(gong)司三方組(zu)織(zhi)對(dui)光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站進行(xing)驗收后,對(dui)設備進行(xing)了并網發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。恰格(ge)拉克(ke)鄉(xiang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所屋頂施工(gong)(gong)面積352平方米,共安裝180塊功(gong)率為(wei)275瓦的光伏組(zu)件,總裝機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)49500瓦,年(nian)(nian)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)約(yue)(yue)7.3萬千瓦時,每(mei)年(nian)(nian)可節約(yue)(yue)燃煤約(yue)(yue)21.76噸,減少排放(fang)二氧化(hua)(hua)硫約(yue)(yue)360千克(ke),氮氧化(hua)(hua)合(he)物約(yue)(yue)120千克(ke),二氧化(hua)(hua)碳氣體約(yue)(yue)5.9噸。
