評價內(nei)存條的性能(neng)指(zhi)標一共有四個:
(1) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang):即(ji)一(yi)根(gen)內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條(tiao)可(ke)以容(rong)(rong)納(na)的(de)(de)二進制(zhi)信息量(liang)(liang),如常用的(de)(de)168線內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條(tiao)的(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)一(yi)般多為(wei)(wei)(wei)32兆(zhao)、64兆(zhao)和128兆(zhao)。而DDRII3普遍為(wei)(wei)(wei)1GB到(dao)8GB。 (2) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取(qu)(qu)速度(存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲周(zhou)期):即(ji)兩次(ci)獨立(li)的(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取(qu)(qu)操作之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)所需(xu)的(de)(de)最短(duan)時間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),又稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲周(zhou)期,半導體(ti)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲器(qi)的(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取(qu)(qu)周(zhou)期一(yi)般為(wei)(wei)(wei)60納(na)秒至100納(na)秒。 (3) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲器(qi)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)(xing):存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲器(qi)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)(xing)用平均(jun)故(gu)障間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隔時間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)來(lai)衡量(liang)(liang),可(ke)以理解為(wei)(wei)(wei)兩次(ci)故(gu)障之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)平均(jun)時間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隔。 (4)性(xing)(xing)能價(jia)格比:性(xing)(xing)能主要包括存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲器(qi)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)、存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲周(zhou)期和可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)(xing)三項內(nei)容(rong)(rong),性(xing)(xing)能價(jia)格比是一(yi)個綜(zong)合性(xing)(xing)指標(biao),對于(yu)不同的(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲器(qi)有不同的(de)(de)要求。
