評價內(nei)存條的性能指(zhi)標一共有四個:
(1) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang):即一根內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條可(ke)(ke)以容(rong)(rong)納(na)的(de)二(er)進(jin)制(zhi)信息量(liang)(liang),如(ru)常用(yong)的(de)168線(xian)內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條的(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)一般多為(wei)(wei)(wei)32兆、64兆和128兆。而DDRII3普遍為(wei)(wei)(wei)1GB到8GB。 (2) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取速度(存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)):即兩(liang)次獨(du)立(li)的(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取操(cao)作之間(jian)所需的(de)最短(duan)時間(jian),又稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi),半導體(ti)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)一般為(wei)(wei)(wei)60納(na)秒至100納(na)秒。 (3) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing):存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)用(yong)平(ping)均(jun)故(gu)障(zhang)間(jian)隔(ge)時間(jian)來衡量(liang)(liang),可(ke)(ke)以理解為(wei)(wei)(wei)兩(liang)次故(gu)障(zhang)之間(jian)的(de)平(ping)均(jun)時間(jian)間(jian)隔(ge)。 (4)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能價格比:性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能主(zhu)要(yao)包(bao)括(kuo)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)、存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)和可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)三項內(nei)容(rong)(rong),性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能價格比是一個綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)指標,對于不同的(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器有不同的(de)要(yao)求。
