一、消防泵的作用
消(xiao)防泵是用(yong)(yong)來抽(chou)送各類液體(ti),是創(chuang)建(jian)無(wu)泄(xie)漏、無(wu)污染(ran)文明車間、文明工廠(chang)的理(li)(li)想用(yong)(yong)泵與消(xiao)防系統(tong)的。以它全密封、無(wu)泄(xie)漏、耐(nai)腐蝕之特點,廣泛應用(yong)(yong)于環保、水(shui)處理(li)(li)、消(xiao)防等部門(men)。
二、消防水泵安裝注意事項
1、消防水泵安裝前應校核消防泵品牌產品合格證,以及(ji)其規格、型(xing)號和性能與設計(ji)要求(qiu)應一致,并應根據安(an)裝使用說明書安(an)裝。
2、消防(fang)水泵(beng)(beng)安裝前應復核水泵(beng)(beng)基礎混凝土強度、隔振裝置、坐標(biao)、標(biao)高、尺寸和螺栓(shuan)孔位置。
3、消(xiao)防水泵的(de)安(an)(an)裝應符合現行國(guo)家標(biao)準《機(ji)(ji)械設(she)備安(an)(an)裝工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)及驗(yan)收通用規(gui)范》GB50231和《風機(ji)(ji)、壓縮機(ji)(ji)、泵安(an)(an)裝工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)及驗(yan)收規(gui)范》GB50275的(de)有關規(gui)定。
4、消(xiao)防(fang)水泵(beng)安裝前(qian)應復核消(xiao)防(fang)水泵(beng)之(zhi)間,以(yi)及消(xiao)防(fang)水泵(beng)與墻或(huo)其他設(she)備(bei)之(zhi)間的(de)間距,并應滿足安裝、運行和(he)維護管理(li)的(de)要求。
5、消防水(shui)泵(beng)吸水(shui)管上的控制(zhi)閥應在消防水(shui)泵(beng)固(gu)定于基礎(chu)上后在進行安裝,其直徑不(bu)應小于消防水(shui)泵(beng)吸水(shui)口(kou)直徑,且不(bu)應采用(yong)沒有可靠鎖定裝置的控制(zhi)閥,控制(zhi)閥應采用(yong)溝漕式或法蘭式閥門(men)。
6、當消防水(shui)泵和消防水(shui)池位于獨立的兩個基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)且相互為(wei)剛(gang)性(xing)連(lian)接時,吸水(shui)管上(shang)應加設柔性(xing)連(lian)接管。
7、吸水(shui)管水(shui)平管段上不(bu)應有氣(qi)囊和漏氣(qi)現象。變徑連接時,應采用偏心異徑管件并應采用管頂(ding)平接。
8、消防水(shui)泵出水(shui)管(guan)上應(ying)安(an)裝消聲止(zhi)回(hui)閥、控制閥和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表;系(xi)統的總出水(shui)管(guan)上還應(ying)安(an)裝壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)開(kai)關(guan);安(an)裝壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表時應(ying)加設緩沖裝置(zhi)。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表和(he)緩沖裝置(zhi)之間應(ying)安(an)裝旋(xuan)塞;壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表量程在沒有設計要(yao)求時,應(ying)為系(xi)統工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的2倍---2、5倍。
9、消(xiao)防水(shui)泵的隔振(zhen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、進(jin)水(shui)管柔性(xing)接頭的安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)應符合設計要求(qiu),并應有(you)產品說明和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)使用說明。
三、消防泵怎么啟動
消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)制(zhi)室與消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系與消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式(shi)有關。消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)一般分為兩種(zhong),第(di)一種(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)是在總線(xian)制(zhi)聯控(kong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)下,消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕的(de)(de)(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)可通過設在消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)旁(pang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)接口模塊(kuai)將其要求的(de)(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)信號送至消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)制(zhi)室控(kong)制(zhi)臺,再從此處輸出(chu)使(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開關量觸點。
第二種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),是直(zhi)接(jie)將(jiang)消(xiao)火栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕的(de)開關量觸(chu)點輸出到消(xiao)火栓(shuan)泵啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)箱(xiang)。這兩種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)在實(shi)(shi)際設(she)計中都可(ke)(ke)以運用(yong),前一(yi)種(zhong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)接(jie)線省,但需(xu)在總線制下,對消(xiao)火栓(shuan)聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)模(mo)塊進(jin)行地址編碼(ma)編程(cheng)來達(da)到監測大(da)(da)量消(xiao)火栓(shuan)的(de)目的(de)。后一(yi)種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)簡單可(ke)(ke)靠,但還(huan)需(xu)要把消(xiao)火栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作信號返(fan)給消(xiao)防控(kong)制室(shi)。設(she)計者在具體(ti)設(she)計中可(ke)(ke)根據(ju)實(shi)(shi)際工程(cheng)規模(mo)大(da)(da)小(xiao)來選用(yong),工程(cheng)規模(mo)大(da)(da)、建筑(zhu)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)復(fu)雜可(ke)(ke)采(cai)用(yong)前一(yi)種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),規模(mo)小(xiao)可(ke)(ke)采(cai)用(yong)后一(yi)種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)。
消防(fang)泵的自啟動是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)各保護區的管(guan)網噴嘴玻(bo)璃球高溫(wen)下爆碎,引起管(guan)網水流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)動,從而(er)聯(lian)動報(bao)(bao)警閥(fa)壓力開(kai)關動作,達到自啟動噴淋(lin)泵的目的。通(tong)過(guo)(guo)水流(liu)(liu)指示(shi)器(qi)聯(lian)動模塊或報(bao)(bao)警閥(fa)壓力開(kai)關引線至(zhi)控(kong)制室(shi),消防(fang)控(kong)制室(shi)能(neng)準確反映其(qi)動作信號,同時控(kong)制室(shi)應(ying)能(neng)直接控(kong)制噴淋(lin)泵啟停(ting)。
