一、消防泵的作用
消防泵是用(yong)來(lai)抽送各類液體,是創建無泄漏、無污染文(wen)明車間、文(wen)明工廠的理想用(yong)泵與消防系統的。以它全密封(feng)、無泄漏、耐腐蝕之特(te)點,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于環保、水處理、消防等(deng)部門。
二、消防水泵安裝注意事項
1、消防水泵安裝前應校核消防泵品牌產品(pin)合格證,以(yi)及其(qi)規格、型號和性能與設計要求應一(yi)致,并應根(gen)據安(an)裝使用(yong)說明(ming)書安(an)裝。
2、消(xiao)防水泵(beng)安裝前應復核水泵(beng)基礎混(hun)凝土強度、隔振裝置、坐標、標高(gao)、尺寸(cun)和螺(luo)栓孔(kong)位(wei)置。
3、消(xiao)防(fang)水泵的安裝應(ying)符合現行國(guo)家標準《機(ji)械設備安裝工程(cheng)施工及(ji)驗收通用規范(fan)》GB50231和(he)《風機(ji)、壓縮機(ji)、泵安裝工程(cheng)施工及(ji)驗收規范(fan)》GB50275的有關規定。
4、消(xiao)防(fang)水(shui)泵安(an)裝(zhuang)前應(ying)(ying)復核消(xiao)防(fang)水(shui)泵之(zhi)間(jian)(jian),以及(ji)消(xiao)防(fang)水(shui)泵與墻或(huo)其他設(she)備之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的間(jian)(jian)距,并應(ying)(ying)滿足安(an)裝(zhuang)、運行和(he)維(wei)護管理的要求。
5、消防水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)吸(xi)水(shui)(shui)管上(shang)的控(kong)制閥(fa)應(ying)在消防水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)固定于基礎上(shang)后在進行安(an)裝,其直徑不應(ying)小于消防水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)吸(xi)水(shui)(shui)口直徑,且不應(ying)采用(yong)沒有可靠鎖(suo)定裝置的控(kong)制閥(fa),控(kong)制閥(fa)應(ying)采用(yong)溝漕式或法蘭式閥(fa)門。
6、當消(xiao)防(fang)水(shui)泵和消(xiao)防(fang)水(shui)池位于(yu)獨立的兩(liang)個(ge)基礎(chu)上且相互(hu)為剛性(xing)連接時,吸水(shui)管(guan)上應加設柔(rou)性(xing)連接管(guan)。
7、吸水(shui)管水(shui)平(ping)管段上不應(ying)有氣(qi)囊和(he)漏氣(qi)現象。變徑連接時,應(ying)采用(yong)偏心異(yi)徑管件并應(ying)采用(yong)管頂平(ping)接。
8、消防水泵出水管(guan)上應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)消聲(sheng)止回閥、控制閥和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)表(biao);系統的總(zong)出水管(guan)上還應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)表(biao)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)開關;安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)表(biao)時(shi)應(ying)加設緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)表(biao)和(he)緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)之間應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)旋塞(sai);壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)表(biao)量程在沒有設計要(yao)求時(shi),應(ying)為(wei)系統工作壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的2倍---2、5倍。
9、消防水(shui)泵的(de)隔(ge)振裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置、進(jin)水(shui)管柔性接頭的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)應符(fu)合設計要求(qiu),并應有產品說(shuo)明和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)使用(yong)說(shuo)明。
三、消防泵怎么啟動
消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防控(kong)制(zhi)室與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)泵(beng)的(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式(shi)(shi)有關(guan)。消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防泵(beng)的(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)一般分為兩種(zhong),第(di)一種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)是在(zai)總線制(zhi)聯控(kong)方式(shi)(shi)下,消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕的(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)可通過設在(zai)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)旁的(de)聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)接(jie)口模塊(kuai)將其(qi)要求(qiu)的(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)信號送至消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防控(kong)制(zhi)室控(kong)制(zhi)臺,再從此處輸出使消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)開(kai)關(guan)量觸點。
第二種(zhong)(zhong)啟動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi),是直(zhi)接將消火栓動(dong)(dong)作按鈕的(de)開關量(liang)觸點輸(shu)出到(dao)(dao)消火栓泵啟動(dong)(dong)箱。這兩種(zhong)(zhong)啟動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)在(zai)實際設計中(zhong)都可(ke)以運用(yong),前一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)方式(shi)(shi)接線省,但需(xu)(xu)在(zai)總線制下(xia),對消火栓聯動(dong)(dong)模(mo)塊進行(xing)地(di)址編碼編程來達(da)到(dao)(dao)監(jian)測大(da)量(liang)消火栓的(de)目的(de)。后(hou)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)啟動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)簡單可(ke)靠,但還需(xu)(xu)要(yao)把消火栓動(dong)(dong)作信號(hao)返給消防控制室。設計者(zhe)在(zai)具體設計中(zhong)可(ke)根據實際工程規(gui)模(mo)大(da)小(xiao)來選用(yong),工程規(gui)模(mo)大(da)、建筑(zhu)形式(shi)(shi)復雜可(ke)采用(yong)前一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)啟動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi),規(gui)模(mo)小(xiao)可(ke)采用(yong)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)啟動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)。
消防(fang)泵的自啟(qi)動是通(tong)過各保護區的管(guan)網(wang)噴嘴玻璃球高溫下爆碎,引(yin)起管(guan)網(wang)水(shui)流流動,從而聯(lian)動報警(jing)閥壓(ya)力開關(guan)動作,達到自啟(qi)動噴淋泵的目的。通(tong)過水(shui)流指示器聯(lian)動模塊或報警(jing)閥壓(ya)力開關(guan)引(yin)線至(zhi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi),消防(fang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)能準確反映其動作信號,同時控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)(shi)應能直接控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)噴淋泵啟(qi)停。
