一、消防泵的作用
消防泵(beng)是用(yong)來抽(chou)送各類液(ye)體,是創建無泄(xie)漏、無污染文明(ming)(ming)車間、文明(ming)(ming)工(gong)廠的理想用(yong)泵(beng)與消防系統的。以它全(quan)密封、無泄(xie)漏、耐(nai)腐蝕之特點,廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)于環保、水處理、消防等部(bu)門。
二、消防水泵安裝注意事項
1、消防水泵安裝前應校核消防泵品牌產品合格證,以及其規格、型號和性(xing)能(neng)與設計要求(qiu)應(ying)一致,并應(ying)根據安裝(zhuang)使用(yong)說明書安裝(zhuang)。
2、消防水泵(beng)安裝(zhuang)前應(ying)復核(he)水泵(beng)基礎混凝(ning)土強(qiang)度(du)、隔振裝(zhuang)置、坐標(biao)、標(biao)高、尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)螺栓(shuan)孔位(wei)置。
3、消防水(shui)泵的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)應(ying)符(fu)合現行國家標(biao)準《機械(xie)設備安(an)裝(zhuang)工程(cheng)施工及驗收(shou)通用規(gui)范》GB50231和《風機、壓縮機、泵安(an)裝(zhuang)工程(cheng)施工及驗收(shou)規(gui)范》GB50275的(de)有關規(gui)定。
4、消防水(shui)泵安(an)裝前應(ying)復核消防水(shui)泵之間,以及(ji)消防水(shui)泵與墻(qiang)或(huo)其他設備之間的(de)間距(ju),并(bing)應(ying)滿足安(an)裝、運行和維護管(guan)理的(de)要求。
5、消防水(shui)泵(beng)吸水(shui)管(guan)上的(de)控制閥應(ying)在消防水(shui)泵(beng)固(gu)定于基(ji)礎上后在進(jin)行安(an)裝,其直徑不應(ying)小于消防水(shui)泵(beng)吸水(shui)口直徑,且不應(ying)采(cai)用沒有可靠鎖定裝置的(de)控制閥,控制閥應(ying)采(cai)用溝漕式或法蘭式閥門。
6、當消防(fang)水(shui)泵(beng)和消防(fang)水(shui)池位于獨立的兩個基礎上(shang)且相互為(wei)剛性(xing)連接時(shi),吸(xi)水(shui)管上(shang)應加設柔(rou)性(xing)連接管。
7、吸水(shui)管水(shui)平管段(duan)上(shang)不(bu)應(ying)有(you)氣(qi)囊和(he)漏氣(qi)現象。變徑連接時,應(ying)采(cai)用偏(pian)心異徑管件(jian)并應(ying)采(cai)用管頂(ding)平接。
8、消(xiao)防(fang)水泵(beng)出(chu)水管上應安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)消(xiao)聲止回(hui)閥(fa)、控(kong)制閥(fa)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表;系統的總出(chu)水管上還應安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)開關(guan);安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表時應加設緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表和(he)緩沖(chong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置之間應安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)旋(xuan)塞;壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表量程在沒有設計要求時,應為系統工作壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的2倍---2、5倍。
9、消防水(shui)泵的(de)隔振裝置、進(jin)水(shui)管柔性接頭的(de)安裝應(ying)符合設計要求,并應(ying)有(you)產品說(shuo)(shuo)明和安裝使用說(shuo)(shuo)明。
三、消防泵怎么啟動
消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火栓(shuan)泵的(de)(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形式(shi)(shi)有關。消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)泵的(de)(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)一(yi)般分為兩種(zhong),第(di)一(yi)種(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)是(shi)在(zai)總線制(zhi)聯控(kong)(kong)(kong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)下,消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作按鈕的(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)可(ke)通過設(she)在(zai)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火栓(shuan)旁的(de)(de)聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)接口模塊將其要求的(de)(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)信號送至消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室(shi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)臺,再從(cong)此處(chu)輸(shu)出使消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)火栓(shuan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)開(kai)關量觸(chu)點。
第二種(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),是直接(jie)將(jiang)消(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)動(dong)作按鈕的開關(guan)量觸點輸出到消(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)泵啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)箱。這兩種(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)在(zai)實際設(she)(she)計中都(dou)可以運用(yong)(yong),前一種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)接(jie)線省,但需在(zai)總線制(zhi)(zhi)下,對消(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)聯(lian)動(dong)模塊進行地(di)址編碼編程來達到監(jian)測大量消(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)的目的。后一種(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)簡單可靠,但還需要把(ba)消(xiao)火(huo)栓(shuan)(shuan)動(dong)作信號返給消(xiao)防控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)。設(she)(she)計者在(zai)具體設(she)(she)計中可根據實際工程規(gui)(gui)模大小來選用(yong)(yong),工程規(gui)(gui)模大、建(jian)筑形式(shi)(shi)復雜可采用(yong)(yong)前一種(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),規(gui)(gui)模小可采用(yong)(yong)后一種(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)。
消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)泵(beng)的自啟動(dong)是通(tong)過(guo)各保護區的管網(wang)噴嘴(zui)玻璃球高(gao)溫下(xia)爆碎,引起管網(wang)水流流動(dong),從而聯(lian)動(dong)報警閥壓力(li)(li)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)動(dong)作,達到自啟動(dong)噴淋泵(beng)的目(mu)的。通(tong)過(guo)水流指示器(qi)聯(lian)動(dong)模塊(kuai)或(huo)報警閥壓力(li)(li)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)引線(xian)至控(kong)制室,消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)控(kong)制室能準(zhun)確(que)反映其動(dong)作信(xin)號(hao),同時控(kong)制室應能直(zhi)接控(kong)制噴淋泵(beng)啟停(ting)。
