廣埠(bu)(bu)屯(tun)小(xiao)學創建(jian)(jian)于1955年(nian),是武(wu)漢市辦(ban)學水平(ping)(ping)示范(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。近年(nian)來(lai),創立(li)以(yi)“雅(ya)行教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)”鮮(xian)明(ming)(ming)特色的(de)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,探索(suo)構建(jian)(jian)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)(jian)設常(chang)態化(hua)創新(xin)之路。武(wu)漢市洪山(shan)(shan)區(qu)(qu)青鋒小(xiao)學于2016年(nian)更名(ming)為廣埠(bu)(bu)屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)學,廣埠(bu)(bu)屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)學地(di)處(chu)洪山(shan)(shan)、青山(shan)(shan)、武(wu)昌三區(qu)(qu)交(jiao)界處(chu)的(de)和平(ping)(ping)鄉(xiang)。洪山(shan)(shan)區(qu)(qu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)局(ju)介紹,讓(rang)優(you)質中(zhong)小(xiao)學開(kai)“連(lian)鎖”,組(zu)成1+X名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)團(tuan),是今年(nian)推進義務教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)優(you)質均衡發展、治(zhi)理(li)薄弱學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)又一種新(xin)模(mo)(mo)式。據(ju)了(le)解(jie),1+X集(ji)團(tuan)辦(ban)學模(mo)(mo)式,集(ji)團(tuan)由1所(suo)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)牽(qian)頭,X所(suo)學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)參與組(zu)建(jian)(jian)以(yi)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)命名(ming),集(ji)團(tuan)學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內部(bu)采(cai)取(qu)總校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)加分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)管理(li)模(mo)(mo)式,集(ji)團(tuan)總校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)與分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)間相互獨立(li),采(cai)取(qu)“多個法人、獨立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)(qu)、完整(zheng)建(jian)(jian)制、資源共享、自主管理(li)”的(de)運(yun)作(zuo)方(fang)式。
學校(xiao)領導班子以(yi)身(shen)作(zuo)則,率(lv)先垂范,國(guo)家(jia)關工委、團中(zhong)央、省委宣傳部(bu)先后來校(xiao)調研,對此給予好評。思想道德為首,興文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之風。創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思想模(mo)式,開展“做一個有道德的人(ren)”等(deng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),以(yi)獨(du)具特色的“三小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”——“小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)崗位、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)家(jia)政(zheng)、小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)導游”活(huo)動(dong)(dong),提升學生(sheng)人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)素養(yang)、道德修養(yang)。活(huo)動(dong)(dong)陣地(di)為實(shi),成文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之行。開展《風景這邊“讀(du)(du)”好》、“書香(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)”、“陽光(guang)雨露(lu)伴成長(chang)”、“雅行項目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)”等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu),豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)知(zhi)識,踐行文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)行為。教(jiao)師隊伍(wu)為導,澆(jiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之花。打造(zao)(zao)“全(quan)員(yuan)育(yu)人(ren)、全(quan)程育(yu)人(ren)、全(quan)面(mian)育(yu)人(ren)”“三全(quan)”教(jiao)師,設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)入(ru)(ru)(ru)學課程,啟動(dong)(dong)一年級好習(xi)慣養(yang)成教(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong);設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)系列(lie)畢業課程——感恩(en)系列(lie)、暢想系列(lie)、體驗系列(lie),為做好一名(ming)(ming)初中(zhong)生(sheng)做準備。校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化為根,固(gu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之本。開展朝讀(du)(du)經典活(huo)動(dong)(dong),在(zai)保障(zhang)、途徑、手(shou)段等(deng)方面(mian)不斷(duan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),做到(dao)(dao)知(zhi)到(dao)(dao)切身(shen)處(chu),入(ru)(ru)(ru)腦入(ru)(ru)(ru)心,被(bei)命名(ming)(ming)為武漢市經典誦讀(du)(du)示范學校(xiao)。環境(jing)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)為基,譜文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之歌。學校(xiao)以(yi)“學園(yuan)(yuan)、花園(yuan)(yuan)、樂園(yuan)(yuan)、家(jia)園(yuan)(yuan)“為目(mu)標,打造(zao)(zao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),通過(guo)“中(zhong)華五千(qian)年文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化路線圖(tu)”“讀(du)(du)書長(chang)廊”等(deng)豐富校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)內涵,構建(jian)(jian)全(quan)新(xin)(xin)的教(jiao)育(yu)場(chang)境(jing)。
