廣埠(bu)屯(tun)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)創建(jian)(jian)于(yu)1955年,是武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)辦學(xue)(xue)水平(ping)示范校(xiao)(xiao)。近年來,創立(li)以“雅行教(jiao)育”鮮明特色的文(wen)明校(xiao)(xiao)園,探索構建(jian)(jian)文(wen)明校(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)(jian)設常(chang)態(tai)化創新(xin)之路。武(wu)(wu)漢市(shi)洪(hong)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)青鋒小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)于(yu)2016年更名(ming)(ming)(ming)為廣埠(bu)屯(tun)實(shi)驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue),廣埠(bu)屯(tun)實(shi)驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)地處洪(hong)山(shan)、青山(shan)、武(wu)(wu)昌(chang)三區(qu)(qu)交界處的和平(ping)鄉(xiang)。洪(hong)山(shan)區(qu)(qu)教(jiao)育局介紹(shao),讓優質中小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)開“連鎖”,組成1+X名(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan),是今年推進義務教(jiao)育優質均衡(heng)發展、治理薄弱學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的又一種新(xin)模式。據(ju)了(le)解,1+X集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)辦學(xue)(xue)模式,集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)由1所(suo)名(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)牽頭(tou),X所(suo)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)參與組建(jian)(jian)以名(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)命名(ming)(ming)(ming),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)內(nei)部(bu)采取(qu)(qu)總校(xiao)(xiao)加(jia)分校(xiao)(xiao)的管理模式,集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)總校(xiao)(xiao)與分校(xiao)(xiao)間(jian)相互獨立(li),采取(qu)(qu)“多個法人、獨立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)(qu)、完整建(jian)(jian)制、資(zi)源共享(xiang)、自主(zhu)管理”的運作方(fang)式。
學(xue)校(xiao)領(ling)導班子以(yi)身作則,率先垂范,國家關(guan)工委、團中(zhong)央、省委宣(xuan)傳部(bu)先后來校(xiao)調研,對此給予好評。思(si)想道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)為(wei)(wei)(wei)首,興文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明之(zhi)風(feng)。創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思(si)想模式,開展“做一個有道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)的(de)(de)人(ren)”等(deng)活動(dong),以(yi)獨具特色的(de)(de)“三(san)小(xiao)”——“小(xiao)崗(gang)位、小(xiao)家政、小(xiao)導游”活動(dong),提升學(xue)生人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)素(su)養、道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)修(xiu)養。活動(dong)陣(zhen)地為(wei)(wei)(wei)實,成(cheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明之(zhi)行(xing)。開展《風(feng)景這邊“讀”好》、“書香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”、“陽光雨露(lu)伴(ban)成(cheng)長”、“雅(ya)行(xing)項目(mu)建(jian)設”等(deng)教育,豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明知識,踐行(xing)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)。教師(shi)隊伍為(wei)(wei)(wei)導,澆文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明之(zhi)花。打造“全員育人(ren)、全程育人(ren)、全面育人(ren)”“三(san)全”教師(shi),設計入學(xue)課程,啟動(dong)一年級好習慣養成(cheng)教育活動(dong);設計系列(lie)(lie)(lie)畢業課程——感恩系列(lie)(lie)(lie)、暢想系列(lie)(lie)(lie)、體驗系列(lie)(lie)(lie),為(wei)(wei)(wei)做好一名初(chu)中(zhong)生做準備。校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化為(wei)(wei)(wei)根,固文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明之(zhi)本。開展朝讀經典活動(dong),在(zai)保障、途徑(jing)、手段等(deng)方面不(bu)斷創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),做到(dao)知到(dao)切身處,入腦入心,被(bei)命名為(wei)(wei)(wei)武漢市經典誦讀示范學(xue)校(xiao)。環境建(jian)設為(wei)(wei)(wei)基(ji),譜文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明之(zhi)歌。學(xue)校(xiao)以(yi)“學(xue)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、花園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、樂園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、家園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)“為(wei)(wei)(wei)目(mu)標,打造文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),通(tong)過(guo)“中(zhong)華五千(qian)年文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化路(lu)線圖”“讀書長廊”等(deng)豐富(fu)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)內涵(han),構(gou)建(jian)全新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)教育場境。
