廣(guang)埠屯(tun)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)創(chuang)建(jian)于1955年,是(shi)(shi)武漢市(shi)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)水平(ping)示范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。近年來,創(chuang)立以(yi)“雅行教育”鮮(xian)明特色的(de)文明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),探索構建(jian)文明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)設常態化創(chuang)新之路。武漢市(shi)洪(hong)山區青鋒小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)于2016年更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)廣(guang)埠屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),廣(guang)埠屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)地處(chu)(chu)洪(hong)山、青山、武昌三(san)區交界處(chu)(chu)的(de)和平(ping)鄉(xiang)。洪(hong)山區教育局介紹,讓優質中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)開“連(lian)鎖”,組成1+X名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan),是(shi)(shi)今年推(tui)進義務(wu)教育優質均衡發展、治理薄(bo)弱(ruo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)又一種新模(mo)式(shi)。據了解,1+X集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式(shi),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)由1所名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)牽頭,X所學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)參與組建(jian)以(yi)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)命名(ming),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內部(bu)采取總校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)加分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)管(guan)理模(mo)式(shi),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)總校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)與分校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)間相互(hu)獨立,采取“多個(ge)法人、獨立校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區、完整建(jian)制、資(zi)源共享、自主管(guan)理”的(de)運作方(fang)式(shi)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)領導班子以身作則,率先垂范(fan),國家(jia)關(guan)工委、團中央、省(sheng)委宣傳部先后(hou)來校(xiao)調研,對此給予(yu)好(hao)(hao)評。思(si)想道(dao)德為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)首,興文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之風。創新思(si)想模式,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“做(zuo)一個有道(dao)德的人(ren)”等(deng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),以獨具(ju)特(te)色的“三小(xiao)”——“小(xiao)崗位、小(xiao)家(jia)政、小(xiao)導游(you)”活(huo)動(dong)(dong),提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生人(ren)文(wen)素養(yang)、道(dao)德修養(yang)。活(huo)動(dong)(dong)陣(zhen)地(di)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)實,成文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之行。開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)《風景這(zhe)邊“讀(du)”好(hao)(hao)》、“書(shu)香校(xiao)園”、“陽光雨露(lu)伴(ban)成長”、“雅(ya)行項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)”等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),豐(feng)富文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)知識,踐行文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)行為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。教(jiao)師隊伍為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)導,澆文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之花。打造“全(quan)(quan)員育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、全(quan)(quan)程(cheng)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、全(quan)(quan)面育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)”“三全(quan)(quan)”教(jiao)師,設(she)計入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)課程(cheng),啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)一年級(ji)好(hao)(hao)習慣養(yang)成教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong);設(she)計系列畢業(ye)課程(cheng)——感恩系列、暢想系列、體驗系列,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)一名初中生做(zuo)準備。校(xiao)園文(wen)化為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)根,固文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之本。開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)朝讀(du)經典活(huo)動(dong)(dong),在(zai)保(bao)障、途徑、手(shou)段等(deng)方面不斷創新,做(zuo)到知到切(qie)身處,入(ru)腦(nao)入(ru)心,被命名為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)武漢(han)市(shi)經典誦讀(du)示范(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。環境(jing)建(jian)設(she)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)基,譜文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之歌。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以“學(xue)(xue)(xue)園、花園、樂(le)園、家(jia)園“為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)目(mu)標,打造文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)園,通過“中華五千年文(wen)化路線(xian)圖”“讀(du)書(shu)長廊”等(deng)豐(feng)富校(xiao)園內(nei)涵,構建(jian)全(quan)(quan)新的教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)場境(jing)。
