廣埠屯(tun)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)創建(jian)于1955年(nian)(nian),是武漢市辦學(xue)水(shui)平(ping)示范(fan)校(xiao)。近年(nian)(nian)來,創立(li)以“雅(ya)行教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”鮮明(ming)(ming)特色的(de)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)園,探索構(gou)建(jian)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)園建(jian)設常態化創新之路。武漢市洪(hong)(hong)山(shan)區青鋒小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)于2016年(nian)(nian)更名(ming)為廣埠屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue),廣埠屯(tun)實驗小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)地(di)處洪(hong)(hong)山(shan)、青山(shan)、武昌三(san)區交界(jie)處的(de)和平(ping)鄉。洪(hong)(hong)山(shan)區教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局介紹,讓優(you)質中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)開“連鎖”,組成1+X名(ming)校(xiao)集團,是今(jin)年(nian)(nian)推進義務教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)優(you)質均衡發展、治理(li)薄弱學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)又一種(zhong)新模(mo)式(shi)。據了解,1+X集團辦學(xue)模(mo)式(shi),集團由1所名(ming)校(xiao)牽頭,X所學(xue)校(xiao)參與組建(jian)以名(ming)校(xiao)命名(ming),集團學(xue)校(xiao)內(nei)部采取(qu)總校(xiao)加分(fen)校(xiao)的(de)管理(li)模(mo)式(shi),集團總校(xiao)與分(fen)校(xiao)間相互(hu)獨立(li),采取(qu)“多個(ge)法人(ren)、獨立(li)校(xiao)區、完整建(jian)制、資源(yuan)共(gong)享、自主管理(li)”的(de)運作方式(shi)。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)領導班(ban)子以身(shen)作則,率先(xian)垂范(fan),國家關工委、團中央(yang)、省委宣傳部先(xian)后來校(xiao)調研(yan),對此給予好評。思想道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)為(wei)(wei)首,興(xing)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之(zhi)風(feng)。創新(xin)思想模式,開展“做(zuo)一(yi)個有道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)的人(ren)(ren)”等(deng)(deng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),以獨(du)具特色的“三小”——“小崗位、小家政、小導游”活(huo)(huo)動(dong),提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生人(ren)(ren)文(wen)素養(yang)、道(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)修養(yang)。活(huo)(huo)動(dong)陣地(di)為(wei)(wei)實,成(cheng)(cheng)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之(zhi)行(xing)(xing)。開展《風(feng)景這邊“讀”好》、“書香校(xiao)園(yuan)”、“陽光雨露伴(ban)成(cheng)(cheng)長”、“雅行(xing)(xing)項目(mu)建(jian)設”等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),豐富文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)知識,踐行(xing)(xing)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)。教(jiao)師隊伍為(wei)(wei)導,澆文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之(zhi)花。打造(zao)“全員育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全程育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全面育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)”“三全”教(jiao)師,設計入(ru)學(xue)(xue)課(ke)(ke)程,啟動(dong)一(yi)年(nian)級好習慣養(yang)成(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong);設計系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)(lie)畢業課(ke)(ke)程——感恩系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)(lie)、暢想系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)(lie)、體驗系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)(lie),為(wei)(wei)做(zuo)好一(yi)名初中生做(zuo)準備。校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)為(wei)(wei)根,固文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之(zhi)本。開展朝讀經典(dian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),在(zai)保(bao)障、途徑、手段等(deng)(deng)方面不斷創新(xin),做(zuo)到知到切身(shen)處(chu),入(ru)腦入(ru)心,被命名為(wei)(wei)武漢市經典(dian)誦讀示范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。環境建(jian)設為(wei)(wei)基,譜文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)之(zhi)歌。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以“學(xue)(xue)園(yuan)、花園(yuan)、樂園(yuan)、家園(yuan)“為(wei)(wei)目(mu)標,打造(zao)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan),通過“中華五千年(nian)文(wen)化(hua)路線圖”“讀書長廊”等(deng)(deng)豐富校(xiao)園(yuan)內涵,構建(jian)全新(xin)的教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)場境。
