1.將(jiang)油(you)皮材料(liao)分成(cheng)(cheng)28克1份,油(you)酥分成(cheng)(cheng)20克1份,數(shu)量同油(you)皮的個(ge)數(shu),準備同樣數(shu)量的內(nei)餡,每個(ge)25克
2.將一份油(you)皮搟成(cheng)圓形,放(fang)一個油(you)酥(su)在中間,包好,搟長,再卷起所有油(you)皮,油(you)酥(su)均(jun)這樣操作,做好的(de)蒙保鮮膜放(fang)一旁
3.將所有卷好的,酥皮,再次搟長卷起(qi)
4.取一個酥(su)皮(pi),豎(shu)著放,用手掌輕(qing)輕(qing)壓扁,再用搟(xian)(xian)面棍搟(xian)(xian)成圓片,圓片中間放上內(nei)餡,包起(qi)
5.將(jiang)收口朝下,用手掌略微壓(ya)扁,再用搟(xian)面棍搟(xian)至0.8-1cm左右厚度即可
6.用小刀在中(zhong)間豎著劃(hua)兩刀,表面刷上蛋黃液(ye),在撒上一些白芝麻(ma)
7.烤箱預熱(re)190度,烤想中層,25分鐘左(zuo)右
