起糕(gao),是(shi)山(shan)東省威海(hai)一(yi)種(zhong)傳統糕(gao)類小吃(chi)(chi),尤其(qi)在文(wen)登、乳山(shan)更是(shi)常見。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)要(yao)配著稀飯(fan)(fan)食(shi)用(yong)。由于太好吃(chi)(chi),吃(chi)(chi)得快,容(rong)易噎人(ren),故又稱(cheng)“噎煞狗”,一(yi)般(ban)(ban)要(yao)配著稀飯(fan)(fan)食(shi)用(yong)。威海(hai)小飯(fan)(fan)館(guan)內(nei)幾元錢一(yi)塊。
把薯面放(fang)于(yu)瓦盆中(zhong),細細灑(sa)水,反復攪(jiao)拌,和(he)勻(yun)后放(fang)鍋內(nei)大火蒸,切成方塊(kuai)吃(chi)。
