艾(ai)(ai)溪(xi)湖大(da)橋位于中國江西省南昌(chang)(chang)市(shi),西起(qi)北京東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu),主線以高架橋型式由西往東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)跨過艾(ai)(ai)溪(xi)湖南路(lu)(lu)、艾(ai)(ai)溪(xi)湖和昌(chang)(chang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)大(da)道(dao),接艾(ai)(ai)溪(xi)湖南路(lu)(lu)交叉口(kou)和昌(chang)(chang)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)大(da)道(dao)交叉口(kou)簡易立(li)交,東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)至(zhi)紫陽大(da)道(dao)是南昌(chang)(chang)市(shi)東(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部的主出入口(kou)。
整體布局
艾溪湖大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)分別由水上主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、南北兩道(dao)引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、拱肋、橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩其立交匝道(dao)組(zu)成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)路段呈(cheng)正西至正東方向布(bu)置。
設計理念
艾溪湖大(da)橋采用外傾式(shi)拱橋作為方案,以(yi)對(dui)稱傾斜拱結(jie)構與(yu)橋外伸出的半圓(yuan)人行道等相對(dui),寓意“張開雙臂、擁抱藍天”,也象征(zheng)南昌(chang)市(shi)美好的未來與(yu)日同輝。

艾溪(xi)湖(hu)大橋主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)橋為(wei)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連續外(wai)(wai)傾式(shi)(shi)思索面下(xia)(xia)城市(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)系桿拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)橋,上部結(jie)構(gou)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連續梁(liang)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)合結(jie)構(gou),中(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體為(wei)外(wai)(wai)傾式(shi)(shi)四索面下(xia)(xia)承式(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)系桿拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)橋;拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)豎向為(wei)疊拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)形(xing)(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi),下(xia)(xia)層(ceng)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)為(wei)受(shou)力拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),上層(ceng)副拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)為(wei)裝(zhuang)飾拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),兩拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)間(jian)(jian)以聯系件連接。拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)為(wei)矩形(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)構(gou),拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)底與鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)頂面齊平并由高強螺栓(shuan)連接在墩(dun)(dun)頂中(zhong)橫(heng)梁(liang)上,拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)內設(she)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)加勁肋(lei)(lei)。拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)外(wai)(wai)露面采用(yong)(yong)裝(zhuang)飾涂(tu)料(liao),顏色采用(yong)(yong)突出江西革命文化(hua)特(te)色的中(zhong)國紅(hong)涂(tu)刷涂(tu)料(liao)前必須對拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)表面進行(xing)(xing)(xing)除銹處理,以保(bao)證涂(tu)料(liao)的耐(nai)久性。橋面系為(wei)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連續鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)結(jie)構(gou),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)橫(heng)向由三(san)個鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)組(zu)成(cheng),即中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)為(wei)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)、兩側為(wei)人行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)。車行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)與人行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)(jian)通過鏤空梁(liang)連接;鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)底面無橫(heng)坡,頂面橫(heng)坡與道(dao)(dao)(dao)路一致。中(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)有(you)(you)(you)五道(dao)(dao)(dao)縱(zong)(zong)向腹(fu)板(ban)(ban)(ban),邊跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)縱(zong)(zong)向腹(fu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)有(you)(you)(you)九道(dao)(dao)(dao),鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)頂板(ban)(ban)(ban)采用(yong)(yong)帶U肋(lei)(lei)的正交異性板(ban)(ban)(ban)結(jie)構(gou),U肋(lei)(lei)為(wei)梯(ti)形(xing)(xing)(xing)閉口肋(lei)(lei),鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)底板(ban)(ban)(ban)采用(yong)(yong)帶平鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)肋(lei)(lei)的正交異性板(ban)(ban)(ban)結(jie)構(gou),在主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)梁(liang)內、拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)處布置(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)4組(zu)用(yong)(yong)于平衡拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)水平推力的系桿,系桿均采用(yong)(yong)環氧噴涂(tu)非集束鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi),采用(yong)(yong)非集束形(xing)(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)布置(zhi),每(mei)組(zu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)外(wai)(wai)再增設(she)PE防(fang)(fang)護(hu)套;鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)采用(yong)(yong)單根雙向張(zhang)拉工藝,錨墊板(ban)(ban)(ban)下(xia)(xia)設(she)置(zhi)糾偏裝(zhuang)置(zhi),錨頭防(fang)(fang)護(hu)參照可換式(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)系桿的保(bao)護(hu)罩構(gou)造(zao)。主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)橋橋墩(dun)(dun)采用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)混凝土(tu)方形(xing)(xing)(xing)柱身、鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)混凝土(tu)承臺、鉆孔灌注樁基礎(chu),一個主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)墩(dun)(dun)以道(dao)(dao)(dao)路中(zhong)心線(xian)為(wei)界(jie)分成(cheng)左右兩個橋墩(dun)(dun)。

交通監控
2017年9月(yue)15日起,南(nan)昌(chang)市公安交(jiao)管局(ju)利用南(nan)昌(chang)市道路(lu)上的動態(tai)監控系統,對艾溪(xi)湖(hu)大橋和昌(chang)南(nan)高架橋通行的違法行為進行全天候抓拍。
照明設施
2011年9月9日,艾(ai)溪湖橋上各(ge)(ge)類景觀(guan)、照明燈共達12291盞,主橋雙拱上的LED燈亮出各(ge)(ge)種造型(xing),使其成為(wei)一處新的靚麗風(feng)景。

2017年(nian)9月1日,艾(ai)溪湖大橋(qiao)(qiao)不實施收(shou)費制度,全橋(qiao)(qiao)免費通(tong)行。

技術難題
艾(ai)溪湖(hu)大橋(qiao)在(zai)主(zhu)橋(qiao)上采(cai)用(yong)了(le)MIDAS2006程序進行(xing)計算(suan);結構為空間體(ti)系,該計算(suan)中采(cai)用(yong)了(le)三維有限元(yuan)模(mo)型計算(suan)。由于鋼箱梁比較寬,計算(suan)模(mo)型采(cai)用(yong)梁格(ge)法進行(xing)模(mo)擬;主(zhu)梁、主(zhu)拱采(cai)用(yong)空間梁單元(yuan)模(mo)擬,斜拉索(suo)采(cai)用(yong)單元(yuan)模(mo)擬。
